Relationship Between Classical and Quantum Physics

Schrfdinger＇s equation is one the equations that mark the beginnings of the systematic quantum physics. It was shown that it follows from the Dirac＇s equation and the relationship with classical physics, i.e. with classical field theory was established. The subject of this work is the relationship between classical relativistic physics and the quantum physics. Investigation carded out in this work, shows that the free electromagnetic field, spinor Dirac＇s field without mass, spinor Dirac＇s field with mass, and some other fields are described by the same vibrational formulation. The conditions that a field be described by Maxwell＇s equations of motion are given in this work, and some solutions of these conditions are also given. Non-relativistic approximation of the equations of the non-quantified field are the Schrōdinger＇s equations. Dirac＇s equation as a special case, contains Maxwell＇s equations and the Schrōdinger＇s equation.

Simulation the Wind Grid Code Requirements for Wind Farms Connection in Kosovo Transmission Grid

This paper presents aspects of study and simulation approach for planned wind power projects in Kosovo Power System in relation with Grid Code requirements. All generators, connected to the Kosovo Transmission System are required to comply with the Grid Code. The Grid Code was originally developed with conventional synchronous generators. Since Wind Turbine Generators don’t have the same characteristics as synchronous generators, it was considered appropriate to develop a new set of Grid Code provisions specifically for Wind Farm Power Stations in relation with specific characteristic of Kosovo Power System. With high excepted penetration of wind power, a simultaneous loss of Wind Farms generation will put in the risk the security and reliability of Power System. Therefore, the main requirements for Wind farm power stations concern the fault ride through capability, frequency operation range, and reactive power capability of wind turbines. In the case of grid faults wind turbines have to supply a definite reactive power depending on the instantaneous voltage level of connection point and they must return quickly to normal operation.

Dynamic Modeling of Air Pollution and Acid Rain from Energy System and Transport in Kosovo

Sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) emissions generated at coal burning power plants and from transport are a leading cause of acid deposition and chemical smog in many parts of the world. Sulfur dioxide emitted by thermal power plants and from transport in Kosovo is transported via prevailing winds to other locations. Through its journey, this SO2 gas undergoes a series of chemical reactions that ultimately transform it into sulfuric acid (H2SO4) which is deposited as acid rain. As a consequence of NO2 emissions from electricity production and transport in Kosovo the ozone (O3) is formed as photochemical smog due to sunlight, which triggers the breakdown of NO2. We modeled the impact of SO2 and NO2 emissions from energy system and transport in Kosovo on acid deposition and chemical smog locally. In model we consider the role of SO2 and NO2 pollution control technologies on mitigating these impacts.
