This work is an attempt to critically analyze the existing theoretical models of the impact of earthquake preparation processes on the state of the earth’s atmosphere and ionosphere in the zone of growing seismic activity, as well as the mechanisms of formation and transfer of disturbances in various media over the earthquake center. The determining factor (criterion) of the analysis is the degree of compliance of the simulation results with experimental data obtained at various phases of earthquake development by direct and remote diagnostic methods using ground and aerospace technologies. The key role is played by the model’s compliance with the results of measuring electric fields and currents in the near-ground atmosphere and ionosphere, small-scale ionospheric inhomogeneities and correlated field-aligned currents and electromagnetic ULF/ELF emissions. A full-fledged model should also explain the origin of such seismic related phenomena as the generation in the troposphere and over-horizon propagation of pulsed VHF radiation, thermal effects and associated IR emissions as well as the modification of plasma distribution in the D, E and F layers of the ionosphere. The use of this criterion in the analysis allowed us to identify a theoretical model that most fully describes the totality of the above-mentioned experimental data within a single physical mechanism. This is an electrodynamic model based on the perturbation of the conductivity current in the global atmosphere—ionosphere electric circuit due to the injection of charged aerosols into the atmosphere during the preparation and development of an earthquake. The present paper describes this model and the formation mechanisms of related phenomena in the atmosphere and ionosphere, which can be considered as short-term precursors to earthquakes.

In this review,we introduce the current state of the art of the growth technology of pure,lightly doped,and heavily doped(solid solution)nonlinear gallium selenide(GaSe)crystals that are able to generate broadband emission from the near infrared(IR)(0.8 mm)through the mid-and far-IR(terahertz(THz))ranges and further into the millimeter wave(5.64 mm)*** the first time,we show that appropriate doping is an efficient method controlling a range of the physical properties of GaSe crystals that are responsible for frequency conversion efficiency and exploitation *** appropriate doping,uniform crystals grown by a modified technology with heat field rotation possess up to 3 times lower absorption coefficient in the main transparency window and THz ***,doping provides the following benefits:raises by up to 5 times the optical damage threshold;almost eliminates two-photon absorption;allows for dispersion control in the THz range independent of the mid-IR dispersion;and enables crystal processing in arbitrary directions due to the strengthened ***,doped GaSe demonstrated better usefulness for processing compared with GaSe grown by the conventional technology and up to 15 times higher frequency conversion efficiency.

Here we suggest an algorithm for calculation of the process parameters and design of a vertical cooler with inclined, gas-permeable blades and with a vibrating, suspended layer of granules on them (Vibrating Fluidized Bed—VFB). The algorithm is based on the use of the equations of heat and material balance, taking into account the influx of moisture into the layer with cold air and dust—as a carryover. mode entrainment of dust particles and moisture from the VFB is described by using empirical formulas and Π-theorem. To calculate the cooling time of granules a model of the dynamics of a variable mass VFB was built, which linked the geometrical and physical process parameters to a single dependency. An example showed that mass flow of granules of 248 kg/h and a volume flow of air of 646 m3/h with temperature of 30℃ to cool the zeolite granules from 110℃ to 42℃ for 49 s required a vertical apparatus of rectangular shape with four chambers and with volume of 0.2 m3. A comparative analysis of technological parameters of the projected cooler with the parameters of typical industrial apparatuses showed that for all indicators: the cooling time of granules, the flow rate of gas (air) and the heat flow, a 4-chambered, vertical apparatus of rectangular shape with VFB was the most effective.

The measurement of positions and sizes of radio sources in observations is important for un- derstanding of the flare evolution. For the first time, solar radio spectral fine structures in an m6.5 flare that occurred on 2013 April 11 were observed simultaneously by several radio instruments at four different observatories： Chinese Solar Broadband Radio Spectrometer at Huairou （SBRS/Huairou）, Ondrejov Radio Spectrograph in the Czech Republic （ORSC/Ondrejov）, Badary Broadband microwave Spectropolarimeter （BmS/Irkutsk）, and spectrograph/IZmIRAN （moscow, Troitsk）. The fine structures included microwave zebra patterns （ZPs）, fast pulsations and fiber bursts. They were observed during the flare brightening lo- cated at the tops of a loop arcade as shown in images taken by the extreme ultraviolet （EUV） telescope onboard NASA＇s satellite Solar Dynamics Observatory （SDO）. The flare occurred at 06：58-07：26 UT in solar active region NOAA 11719 located close to the solar disk center. ZPs appeared near high frequency boundaries of the pulsations, and their spectra observed in Huairou and Ondrejov agreed with each other in terms of details. At the beginning of the flare＇s impulsive phase, a strong narrowband ZP burst occurred with a moderate left-handed circular polarization. Then a series of pulsations and ZPs were observed in almost unpolarized emission. After 07：00 UT a ZP appeared with a moderate right-handed polarization. In the flare decay phase （at about 07：25 UT）, ZPs and fiber bursts become strongly right-hand polarized. BmS/Irkutsk spectral observations indicated that the background emission showed a left-handed circular polarization （similar to SBRS/Huairou spectra around 3 GHz）. However, the fine structure appeared in the right-handed polarization. The dynamics of the polarization was associated with the motion of the flare ex- citer, which was observed in EUV images at 171 A and 131 A by the SDO Atmospheric Imaging Assembly （AIA）. According to classic deterministic-stochastic approaches, we don’t have any possibility for realization of the basic principle in medicine because every human organism has its own specific features. It is evident for us that requirement of medical personification includes two procedures: individual (with uninterrupted procedure of human organism state measurement) diagnostics and the second part which is connected with uninterrupted control of the efficiency of medical treatment and measurements of human organism parameters. We conduct the diagnostics according to behavior of state vector of human organism in phase space of states according to every coordinates of human’s state vector and with calculation of quasiattractors. We can present the results of our observations: what may be good for one person is not necessarily good for another. We present new bioinformational methods and software for calculation of quasiattractors parameters for dissolving such contradictions between deterministic-stochastic medicine and the use of theory of chaos self-organization where the state vector of human organism demonstrates uninterrupted movements. The practical results of such procedure are also presented according to the theory of chaos-self-organization. So there are great distinctions between the classic deterministic-stochastic approach (based on traditional medicine requirements) and the new theory of chaos self-organization which considers every human organism as a unique system with individual properties.

Graphene as a two-dimensional material is prone to hydrocarbon contaminations,which can significantly alter its intrinsic electrical ***,we implement a facile hydrogenation-dehydrogenation strategy to remove hydrocarbon contaminations and preserve the excellent transport properties of monolayer *** electron microscopy we quantitatively characterized the improved cleanness of hydrogenated graphene compared to untreated *** situ spectroscopic investigations revealed that the hydrogenation treatment promoted the adsorption of water at the graphene surface,resulting in a protective layer against the re-deposition of hydrocarbon ***,the further dehydrogenation of hydrogenated graphene rendered a more pristine-like basal plane with improved carrier mobility compared to untreated pristine *** findings provide a practical post-growth cleaning protocol for graphene with maintained surface cleanness and lattice integrity to systematically carry a range of surface chemistry in the form of a well-performing and reproducible transistor.

The goal of this work was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Red Light Emitted Toothbrush(R-LETB)emitting at wavelength of 663 nm with power density of 3.3mW/cm2 in combination with 0.1%-methylene blue(mB)solution for the reduction of plaque and treatment of gingivitis.A microbiological in vitro study and a pilot clinical study were *** microbiological study has shown total suppression of pathogenicflora after a 3-min exposure to the dye solution followed by a 20-sec treatment with the *** the clinical study,37 subjects of both sexes with gingivitis were enrolled and randomly assigned to one of two *** in thefirst(treatment)group were instructed to rinse their mouth with mB solution provided for 1 min and then brush the teeth with the R-LETB and standardized *** second(control)group used only the toothpaste and a regular *** in both groups followed their respective procedures 2 times a day(morning and evening)for 30 *** of plaque,gingival bleeding,and inflammation were evaluated at 14-day and 30-day *** the both groups,all indices improved in comparison with ***,the treatment group demonstrated more pronounced improvement of the studied indices that was attributed to additional anti-microbial action of red light and mB on gum ***,the use of R-LETB with mB appears to have a multifactor therapeutic action on oral pathological microflora:mechanical removal of the bacteria and suppressing action on microorganisms due to photodynamic reaction.
