A new gas preparation system(GasPs-RCs)is proposed to solve two tasks:(A)to heat helium gas for tank pressurization;(B)to prepare gas for the Launch Vehicle(LV)Reactive Control system(RCs)at the LV orientation and stabilization sections of the LV on passive parts of the flight trajectory,to provide conditions for launching the Liquid Rocket Engine(LRE).The system includes a gas generator based on hydrogen peroxide,a separator for water separation,heat exchangers independent of the LRE,and gas-jet *** proposed new system allowed to reduce the length of pressurizing gas lines and reduce the increased helium gas consumption during the heat exchanger warm-up interval of the LRE during its launch.A special advantage of the proposed system is the possibility of ground testing of heat exchangers without an operating LRE.A mathematical model based on the first law of thermodynamics was used to perform a comparative analysis of GasPs-RCs with traditional pressurization and RCs *** validate the mathematical model,the experimental studies of helium pressurizing of a liquid nitrogen tank were *** results show that the deviation of experimental and calculated values for pressure is 1.1%and for temperature up to 2%.According to the results of comparative analysis,the GasPs-RCs is 259 kg lighter for the first stage and 80 kg lighter for the second stage of the LV.

The problem of removing unused liquid propellant residues from the tanks of spent spacecraft and orbital stages of Launch Vehicles(LV)leads to their explosion and the formation of space debris in *** provide a solution to this problem,a method for removing liquid propellant residues from the LV tanks after the mission completion is *** method is based on the gasification of liquid propellant residues in the tanks under acoustic-vacuum exposure and the discharge of the gasification products into the surrounding outer *** investigations were carried out on a Ground-based Experimental Installation(GEI)to determine the coefficient of heat transfer from the surface of an acoustic radiator to a *** obtained coefficient was then used to calculate the energy costs for the gasification of *** estimates are given on the example of the tank with kerosene residues from a spent second stage of the LV“soyuz-2.1 v”.The optimal discharge rate at which kerosene does not freeze is 0.14 m^(3)/***,the acoustic exposure leads to an increase in the mass of evaporated kerosene over a given time by96.1%,and the energy costs are 1756.7 kJ(approximately 50% of the remaining electrical energy).

超临界二氧化碳与页岩相互作用机制及规律对页岩油气开发非常重要。目前缺少对超临界二氧化碳注入页岩储层后页岩润湿性、孔隙度和渗透率变化规律的研究。为了明确在不同条件下经过超临界二氧化碳浸泡处理后页岩矿物成分和微观结构的变化规律,以四川盆地龙马溪地区页岩为研究对象,对其总有机碳含量、矿物成分、表面形貌及低压N2和CO_(2) 吸附进行了测试。通过对不同浸泡时间、压力和含水条件下页岩处理前、后的物理性质和微观结构进行定量表征,研究了超临界二氧化碳对页岩孔隙度、渗透率以及润湿性的影响。研究结果表明:①随着浸泡时间和浸泡压力的增加,页岩中的黏土矿物和碳酸盐矿物(方解石和白云石)含量降低,石英含量增加,有机质含量降低明显。②扫描电镜图像显示页岩中微观孔隙结构变化受萃取作用、溶蚀作用和吸附膨胀作用共同影响。页岩中微观孔隙结构的变化导致了页岩孔隙度和渗透率的改变。页岩渗透率变化受到黏土矿物、碳酸盐矿物和有机质含量的影响。③超临界二氧化碳浸泡处理后页岩的润湿性发生改变,随着浸泡时间和压力的增加,页岩-水接触角增大,页岩的润湿性由强水湿转变为弱水湿和中等润湿。

Deeply subwavelength lasers(or nanolasers)are highly demanded for compact on-chip bioimaging and sensing at the *** of the main obstacles for the development of single-particle nanolasers with all three dimensions shorter than the emitting wavelength in the visible range is the high lasing thresholds and the resulting *** we ex-ploit exciton-polariton condensation and mirror-image Mie modes in a cuboid CsPbBr3 nanoparticle to achieve coherent emission at the visible wavelength of around 0.53μm from its ultra-small(≈0.007μm3 or≈λ3/20)semiconductor *** polaritonic nature of the emission from the nanocavity localized in all three dimensions is proven by direct com-parison with corresponding one-dimensional and two-dimensional waveguiding systems with similar material *** a deeply subwavelength nanolaser is enabled not only by the high values for exciton binding energy(≈35 meV),re-fractive index(>2.5 at low temperature),and luminescence quantum yield of CsPbBr3,but also by the optimization of po-laritons condensation on the Mie resonances with quality factors improved by the metallic ***,the key parameters for optimal lasing conditions are intermode free spectral range and phonons spectrum in CsPbBr3,which govern polaritons condensation *** chemically synthesized colloidal CsPbBr3 nanolasers can be potentially de-posited on arbitrary surfaces,which makes them a versatile tool for integration with various on-chip systems.

We investigated the emission properties of Eu3+-doped GdNbO4-based oxide phosphors,aiming at improving the Eu3+emission by codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Eu3+singly doped,Eu3+and Bi3+doubly doped,and Eu3+,Bi3+,and Li+triply doped GdNbO4were prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction *** red-orange emissions from Eu3+in the singly doped samples are significantly improved by the codoping of Bi3+,mainly due to the energy transfer from Bi3+to Eu3+.The additional codoping of Li+is found to increase the Eu3+emission *** improvement might be attributed to the increase in the photoluminescent quantum yield originating from larger grain sizes and better crystallinity.A detailed analysis of the X-ray diffraction pattern and the asymmetric ratio estimated from the photoluminescence spectra show that the local lattice environment around Eu3+in GdNbO4does not change significantly with the codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Our results indicate that Li+doping is a promising way to improve the emission properties of rare-earth ion-doped GdNbO4phosphors.

Porous materials impregnated with lubricants can be used in conditions where limited lubricant is *** this work,three porous polyimides(PPI)with different densities were ***(PAO)impregnated PPI(iPPI)discs were rubbed against steel and sapphire *** operando observations of the iPPI-sapphire contacts show that oil is released under an applied load,forming a meniscus around *** at the outlet is created at high sliding *** amount of released oil increases with increasing PPI *** moduli,E*,estimated based on the actual contact size show that trapped oil in iPPIs contributes to load *** higher speeds,tribological rehydration of the contact occurs in low density iPPI,with that E*rises with *** high density PPIs,high speeds give a constantly high E*which is limited by the viscoelastic properties of the PPI network and possibly the rate of oil *** of iPPI-steel contacts is governed by the mechanical properties of the PPI,the flow of the lubricant,and the roughness of the PPI *** low-and medium-density(highly porous,high roughness)PPIs,large amount of oil is released,and lubrication is mainly via lubricant restricted in the contact in the pores and possibly tribological *** high density(low porosity)PPI,with lower roughness,hydrodynamic lubrication is achieved which gives the lowest *** results show that polymeric porous materials for effective lubrication require the optimization of its surface roughness,stiffness,oil flow,and oil retentions.

Enhancing fatigue performance of AZ31 magnesium alloy components fabricated by cold metal transfer-based wire arc directed energy deposition through LPB

Cold Metal Transfer-Based Wire Arc Directed Energy Deposition(CMT-WA-DED)presents a promising avenue for the rapid fabrication of components crucial to automotive,shipbuilding,and aerospace ***,the susceptibility to fatigue of CMT-WA-DED-produced AZ31 Mg alloy components has impeded their widespread adoption for critical load-bearing *** this study,a comprehensive investigation into the fatigue behaviour of WA-DED-fabricated AZ31 Mg alloy has been carried out and compared to commercially available wrought AZ31 *** findings indicate that the as-deposited parts exhibit a lower fatigue life than wrought Mg alloy,primarily due to poor surface finish,tensile residual stress,porosity,and coarse grain microstructure inherent in the WA-DED *** Plasticity Burnishing(LPB)treatment is applied to mitigate these issues,which induce significant plastic deformation on the *** treatment resulted in a remarkable improvement of fatigue life by 42%,accompanied by a reduction in surface roughness,grain refinement and enhancement of compressive residual stress ***,during cyclic deformation,WA-DED specimens exhibited higher plasticity and dislocation density compared to both wrought and WA-DED+LPB specimens.A higher fraction of Low Angle Grain Boundaries(LAGBs)in WA-DED specimens contributed to multiple crack initiation sites and convoluted crack paths,ultimately leading to premature *** contrast,wrought and WA-DED+LPB specimens displayed a higher percentage of High Angle Grain Boundaries(HAGBs),which hindered dislocation movement and resulted in fewer crack initiation sites and less complex crack paths,thereby extending fatigue *** findings underscore the effectiveness of LPB as a post-processing technique to enhance the fatigue performance of WA-DED-fabricated AZ31 Mg alloy *** study highlights the importance of LPB surface treatment on AZ31 Mg components produced by CMT-WA-DED to remove surface d
