Study of the Prevalence of Hypertension and Complications of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy

Introduction: Hypertension is one of the common problems associated with pregnancy that may be followed by eclampsia, acute renal failure, maternal death, premature delivery, intra-uterine growth restriction and other. This study was conducted to determine the results of pregnancies associated with hypertension in patients visiting in the Delivery Ward of Valiasr Hospital. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted on all the patients admitted to the aforementioned department and who possessed the inclusion criteria for hypertensive pregnancy. Results: Among the 1694 delivery cases examined, 173 cases had hypertension (9.8%). Among these, 75 (45%) had gesta-tional hypertension;24 (14.8%) had preeclampsia-eclampsia;30 (18%) had preeclampsia su-perimposed on chronic hypertension;21 (13.5%) cases had chronic hypertension;and 13 (8%) had pregnancy-aggravated chronic hypertension. Ninety-six point three percent (96.3%) had a systolic blood pressure (BP) of 140 - 190 mmHg, and 3.7% had a systolic BP greater than 190 mmHg. Whereas 61.1% of diastolic blood pressure 90 - 110 mmHg and 38.9% of the mothers had diastolic BP greater than 110 mmHg. The HELLP (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver enzymes & Low Platelet count) syndrome was present in 4.9% of cases;52.6% experienced premature delivery;7.4% had IUFD (intra uterine fetal death);9.9% had IUGR (intrauterine growth retardation);and 17.3% had LBW babies. Conclusions: Based on our results, hypertensive mothers who are younger and have lower weight babies at birth experience more perinatal complications. The unpleasant effects of hypertension in pregnancy warrant the need for training, routine prenatal care, the early detection and treatment of hypertension at younger ages of pregnancy, and follow-up after delivery.

The Kehdolan area is located at 20 kilometers to the?south-east of Dozdozan Town (Eastern Azarbaijan Province). According to structural geology, volconic rocks are situated in Alborz-Azarbyjan zone, and faults?are?observed?in?the?same direction to this system with SE-NW trend. The results show that kaolinite alteration trend with Argilic and propylitic veins?is the?same direction with SW-NE faults in this area. Therefore, these faults with these trends can be considered as the mineralization control for determination of the alterations. Different image processing techniques,?such as false color composite?(FCC), band ratios, color ratio composite?(CRC), principal component?analysis?(PCA), Crosta technique, supervised spectral angle mapping?(SAM), are used for?identification of the alteration zones associated with copper mineralization. In this project ASTER?data are process and spectral analysis to fit for recognizing intensity and kind of argillic, propylitic,?philic, and ETM+ data?which?are process and to fit for iron oxide and relation to metal mineralization of the area. For recognizing different alterations of the study area, some chemical and mineralogical analysis data from the samples showed that ASTER data and ETM+ data were?capable of hydrothermal alteration mapping with copper mineralization.?Copper mineralization in the region is in agreement with argillic alteration. SW-NE trending faults controlled the mineralization process.

The Saheb Fe-Cu skarn deposit is located in the Sanandaj-Sirjan metamorphic belt, SE Saqqez, western Iran and has been formed along the contact between the Oligo-Miocene aged Saheb granitoid and the Permian aged impure calcareous rocks and includes endoskarn and exoskarn. Exoskarn is widely developed and includes garnet and epidote skarn zones. The majority of mineralized zones are concentrated in garnet skarn. The relatively oxidizing mineralogical assemblage of the Saheb skarn includes garnet (andradite-grossular), pyroxene (diopside-hedenbergite), magnetite and hematite. Magnetite is the main and abundant ore mineral throughout the ore deposit. Based on field evidences and microscopic studies of skarn zone samples, two stages of prograde and retrograde alteration are distinguishable. According to the results of sample analysis of Saheb skarn intrusive body by XRF and ICP-MS techniques, the combination of this body is chiefly granite to granodiorite-diorite and belongs to the I-type granitoids, metaluminous and K-rich calc-alkaline series. The Saheb granitoid is related to the VAG (Volcanic Arc Granite) tectonic setting.

为了寻找利用小波散射网络进行彩色图像处理的最佳彩色空间,用小波散射网络对KTH_TIPS_COL彩色图像数据库进行了图像纹理分类研究.采用将彩色图像从RGB彩色空间转换到其他各种彩色空间的方法,研究了彩色空间的选择对于小波散射网络用于彩色图像纹理分类的影响.实验结果表明:在不同的彩色空间对彩色图像纹理进行分类,分类成功率往往差别较大;在基于竞争机制的红绿蓝彩色空间中进行小波散射变换比其他彩色空间具有更好的分类性能.考虑到彩色空间可以互相转换,对于彩色纹理图像的分类,推荐将彩色空间转化到基于竞争机制的红绿蓝彩色空间后再输入小波散射网络.

Copper and Gold Mineralization Features in Deh Bala Region—South of Takestan

The studied area is located in 30th km of Bouien-Zahra road in Saveh in southern border of Khiaraj 1:100,000 Geology map rectangle (Danesfahan) in South of Takestan of Iran. This area is a part of volcano-plutonic belt of Urumia-Dokhtar. Rocky outcrops in this area are mainly in two types of volcanic and plutonic. Volcanic Rocks with the age of Eocene are Trachyte to trachyandesite and andesite to basalt-andesite. Plutonic stones with the age of Oligo-Miocene to Miocene are in types of quartz diorite, quartz monzonite, Monzonite and Semi-acidic volcanic domes and granite aplite. Due to having dominant fault systems with trends of NW-SE and NE-SW in an intersectional manner in this area, vein-veinlets Siliciclastic sulfide mineralization can be observed in line with the same faults. Monzonite intrusive rocks are considered as host stone of these mineralizations. The information obtained from field observations and laboratory studies confirms the main alteration along with mineralization in types of silicic and pyrite, sericite, carbonate, argillic and propylitic. Mineralogy Paragenesis in the study area includes Pyrite, chalcopyrite, bornite, colitis, malachite, hematite and goethite and the most important Gang minerals including quartz, calcite, albite, sericite, kaolinite, pyrophyllite, epidote, alunite and jarosite, and according to carried out studies, copper, gold and silver are among mineralizing elements and elements such as molybdenum, cadmium, arsenic and mercury show anomalies as accompanying and guidance elements in some of the samples. The grade of copper in this area in sulfide siliciclastic veins is 1% to 3% and the grade of gold is 130 ppm and the grade of silver is reportable from 0.5 ppm to 6 ppm. Based on the geothermometry studies of fluid inclusions, homogenization temperature from 150°C?to 300°C?and the salinity grade from 4 to 5.5 percent indicate the fact that an epithermal hydrothermal system in final stages controls the mineralization of the

The study area, in east of Zanjan, with NW-SE trend exposed and structurally is located in Alborz-Azarbaijan zone and Tarom subzone. The mass composition is in monzogranite, quartz-monzonite, monzonite, quartz-monzodiorite and monzodiorite range. It belongs to high K calc-alkaline to Shoshsonitic magmatic series. According to the geochemistry and petrogenesis results, partial melting of magma has been the important controlling process of rock variety in the study area. All samples have negative anomalies of Nb that is related to subduction and active continental coastline zones as well as high anomalies of K, Rb and Ba explaining the role of continental crust or contamination with the continental crust. Granitic volcanic arc related environments and syenite alkali feldspar masses reflect the granite mass within the plate. Monzonites and diorites point to the volcanic arc and syenite and granite masses show within the plate environments.

提出了一种通过求解L1范数最小化问题来重建四元数信号的算法,并且同时考虑了有噪声和没有噪声2种应用场景.该算法首先将四元数域的L1范数最小化问题转化为实数域的二次锥规划问题,然后通过工具包如SeDuMi来解决这个二次锥规划问题.为了验证所提出算法的正确性和有效性,进行了相关的数值试验.试验结果表明:在没有噪声的情况下,在某些实际可接受的条件下原始信号的精确重建是可以实现的;在有噪声的情况下,所提出的算法对于测量中的加性噪声具有鲁棒性.该算法可以被应用于四元数域基于压缩感知理论的信号重建中.

The transmission line matrix time domain (TLM-TD) method is used to simulate the electromagnetic pulse (EMP) cou-pled inside a shielding box with an aperture. Simulations for different electromagnetic pulses regarding to different rise time and fall time have been performed. The results for shielding effectiveness of these different excitations have been presented. A simple method that uses an extra metal for reducing the interference has also been proposed and tested.
