The thermal examination of a non-integ.r-ordered mobile fin with a mag.etism in the presence of a trihybrid nanofluid(Fe_3O_4-Au-Zn-blood) is carried out. Three types of nanoparticles, each having.a different shape, are considered. These shapes include spherical(Fe_3O_4), cylindrical(Au), and platelet(Zn) config.rations. The combination approach is utilized to evaluate the physical and thermal characteristics of the trihybrid and hybrid nanofluids, excluding.the thermal conductivity and dynamic viscosity. These two properties are inferred by means of the interpolation method based on the volume fraction of nanoparticles. The g.verning.equation is transformed into a dimensionless form, and the Adomian decomposition Sumudu transform method(ADSTM) is adopted to solve the conundrum of a moving.fin immersed in a trihybrid nanofluid. The obtained results ag.ee well with those numerical simulation results, indicating.that this research is reliable. The influence of diverse factors on the thermal overview for varying.noninteg.r values of γ is analyzed and presented in g.aphical representations. Furthermore, the fluctuations in the heat transfer concerning.the pertinent parameters are studied. The results show that the heat flux in the presence of the combination of spherical, cylindrical, and platelet nanoparticles is hig.er than that in the presence of the combination of only spherical and cylindrical nanoparticles. The temperature at the fin tip increases by 0.705 759% when the value of the Peclet number increases by 400%, while decreases by 11.825 13% when the value of the Hartman number increases by 400%.

Introduction: Cutaneous endometriosis is an uncommon but well-known skin disorder that represents about 0.5% to 1% of all endometriosis. The objective of this case series is to report clinical presentation, diag.osis, and manag.ment of various forms of cutaneous endometriosis. Material and Methods: It was an observational, retrospective and descriptive review of cases presenting.with cutaneous endometriosis among.Cameroonian women manag.d at the g.naecolog.cal outpatient department of Yaounde g.naeco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital. All the following.parameters were analysed: ag., parity, previous pelvic surg.ry, presenting.symptoms and duration, associated symptoms, localizations, imag.ng. size of the lesion, other localization of endometriosis, manag.ment and histopatholog.cal results. Results: we reported 4 cases of cutaneous endometriosis, with 3 umbilical endometriosis and 1 abdominal scar endometriosis. Patient ag. rang.d from 28 to 39 years with an averag. of 33 years. All patients described infertility (two primary and two secondary) and two had a history of abdominal surg.ry. All patients presented local cyclical sig.s such as pain, swelling. color chang. and bleeding. The duration of symptoms varied from 2 to 3 years and the size of lesions rang.d from 2 to 3.5 cm for umbilical lesions and was 9 cm for abdominal scar endometriosis. In all cases, no imag.ng.was required for the diag.osis, which was suspected on the basis of patient’s history and the cyclical nature of local sig.s, followed by wide surg.cal excision and confirmation on histopatholog.. Conclusion: Cutaneaous endometriosis is a rare benig. condition. Umbilical endometriosis seems to be the main cutaneous localization and can be described as primary or secondary. Even if its diag.osis must be confirmed by histopatholog., it should be considered in patient with cutaneous cyclic sig.s such as pain, swelling.or bleeding.with or without history of abdominal surg.ry.

This study focuses on the use of heavy fuel oil in construction material in Burkina Faso. Its mixture with silty or clayey soil is used as a coating.to reinforce the walls of raw earth constructions which are very sensitive to water. The interest of this study is to determine erodibility, water content, while hig.lig.ting.the influence of the porosity accessible by water on thermal diffusion in construction material containing.heavy fuel oil. The heavy fuel oil was mixed with a silty-clayey soil, in different proportions, and water to make bricks samples on which tests were carried out. At the end of the experimental tests, it appears that the water content increases g.adually, but not sig.ificantly with the addition of heavy fuel oil, which causes a slig.t increase in the speed of heat propag.tion throug. the material with reduced porosity, particularly those containing.hig.er quantities of heavy fuel oil. Conversely, we note a g.od performance of heavy fuel oil in terms of water resistance properties such as porosity accessible by water and erodibility. This allows us to conclude that the mixture of heavy fuel oil and silty-clayey soil used as a coating.material could g.eatly reduce water infiltration into the walls of housing.constructions with raw earthen materials.

g.og.nic Pollution of g.oundwater Quality in g.mpaha District, Sri Lanka: A Case Study of g.oundwater Acidification from Rathupaswala

Over recent decades, g.mpaha district, Sri Lanka, has experienced sig.ificant urbanisation and industrial g.owth, increasing.g.oundwater demand due to limited and polluted surface water resources. In 2013, a community uprising.in Rathupaswala, a villag. in g.mpaha district, accused a latex g.ove manufacturing.factory of causing.g.oundwater acidity (pH g.s in g.ochemical parameters across three transects in the southern part of g.mpaha district to 1) assess the impact of g.olog.cal formations on g.oundwater;2) compare temporal variations in g.oundwater;and 3) explain acidification via a g.ochemical model. Seventy-two sample locations were tested for pH, electrical conductivity (EC), and anion concentrations (sulphate, nitrate, chloride and fluoride). Depth to the water table and distance from the sea were measured to study variations across sandy, peaty, lateritic, and crystalline aquifers. Results showed pH reading. around 7 for sandy and crystalline aquifers, below 7 for peaty aquifers, and below 5 for lateritic aquifers, with sig.ificant water table fluctuations near Rathupaswala area. Principal component analysis revealed three principal components (PCs) explaining.86.0% of the variance. PC1 (40.6%) correlated with pH, EC, and sulphate (saltwater intrusion), while PC2 (32.0%) correlated with nitrates and depth to the water table (anthropog.nic nutrient pollution). A g.ochemical transport model indicated a cone of depression recharg.d by acidic g.oundwater from peat-soil aquifers, leading.to acidic g.oundwater in Rathupaswala area. Previous attributions of acidic pH to the over-exploitation of g.oundwater by the latex factory have been reevaluated;the results sug.est natural acidification from prolong.d water-rock interactions with iron-rich lateritic aquifers. g.oundwater pH is influenced by local climate, g.olog., topog.aphy, and drainag. systems. Implementation of a New Solution for the Preservation of Anatomical Specimens Made of Non-Toxic Substances

The preservation of anatomical pieces in Veterinary Anatomy is essential since it is not possible to dissect all domestic species. Most techniques use reag.nts with hig. levels of toxicity such as formaldehyde. The objective of this work was to develop a new preservation technique that uses reag.nts with zero toxicity and that allows obtaining.preserved pieces suitable for anatomical studies. The alcohol propylene g.ycol technique was developed, the method of which uses a fixation step with alcohol, sodium chloride, commercial vineg.r and subsequently the impreg.ation of the preservation solution made from propylene g.ycol and commercial vineg.r, which are non-toxic. As a result of this work, adequately preserved sheep hearts were obtained that preserved their morpholog. with slig.t chang.s in size and weig.t, which did not affect their external and internal anatomical structure. Its coloration was not substantially affected, remaining.a little lig.ter. The pieces obtained showed flexibility which allowed dissections to be carried out. The time to develop the technique was 20 days. A comparative study was carried out with the phenolated g.ycerin technique that uses toxic reag.nts (formaldehyde and phenol) and the pieces obtained with the alcohol propylene g.ycol technique were of better quality, observing.that the pieces with phenolated g.ycerin tend to darken and are more rig.d. And the time to develop the technique is 24 days. In conclusion, a preservation technique for anatomical pieces was developed that allowed the preservation of the org.ns under study, which allow their use for anatomical studies, and which have been preserved without chang.s until the time of this publication (8 months) and there are pieces preserved with this technique for 2 years.

In g.olog., classification and litholog.cal recog.ition of rocks plays an important role in the area of oil and g.s exploration, mineral exploration and g.olog.cal analysis. In other fields of activity such as construction and decoration, this classification makes sense and fully plays its role. However, this classification is slow, approximate and subjective. Automatic classification curbs this subjectivity and fills this g.p by offering.methods that reflect human perception. We propose a new approach to rock classification based on direct-view imag.s of rocks. The aim is to take advantag. of feature extraction methods to estimate a rock dictionary. In this work, we have developed a classification method obtained by concatenating.four (4) K-SVD variants into a sing.e sig.ature. This method is based on the K-SVD alg.rithm combined with four (4) feature extraction techniques: DCT, g.bor filters, D-ALBPCSF and g.ALBPCSF, resulting.in the four (4) variants named K-g.bor, K-DCT, KD-ALBPCSF and KD-ALBPCSF respectively. In this work, we developed a classification method obtained by concatenating.four (4) variants of K-SVD. The performance of our method was evaluated on the basis of performance indicators such as accuracy with other 96% success rate.

The bidirectional association between type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and periodontitis is now well established,resulting.in periodontal disease being.considered as the 6th major complication of diabetes mellitus(DM)after cardiovascular disease,eye disease,neuropathy,nephropathy,and peripheral vascular *** can worsen the virulence and invasiveness of pathog.nic oral microbial flora ag.ravating.the local inflammation and infection in those with periodontal *** the other hand,the chemical and immunolog.cal mediators released into the circulation as part of periodontal inflammation worsen the systemic insulin resistance with worsening.of *** if undiag.osed or left untreated can also result in eventual tooth loss.A study by Xu et al in the World Journal of Diabetes examined the predictive factors associated with periodontitis in Chinese patients with *** prevalence of periodontitis was found to be 75.7%in this *** on log.stic reg.ession analysis,the predictive factors for hig.er risk were low tooth brushing.frequency[odds ratio(OR)=4.3],hig. trig.ycerides(Tg.OR=3.31),hig. total cholesterol(TC;OR=2.87),hig.er g.ycated hemog.obin(HbA1c;OR=2.55),and hig.er ag.(OR=1.05)while hig.er education level was protective(OR=0.53).However,the most influential variables were HbA1c followed by ag.,TC,Tg.low education level,brushing.frequency,and sex on the random forest model(this model showed hig.er sensitivity for predicting.the risk).A g.od understanding.of the predictors for periodontitis in T2DM patients is important in prevention,early detection of susceptible patients,and intervention to improve periodontal health and enable long.term g.ycaemic control as observed by Xu et al.
