The SARS-Cov-2 Omicron variants are notorious for their transmissibility,but little is known about their subgenomic RNA(sgRNA)*** study applied RNA-seq to delineate the quantitative and qualitative profiles of canonical sgRNA of 118 respiratory samples collected from patients infected with Omicron BA.2 and compared with 338 patients infected with non-variant of concern(non-vOC)-D614G.A unique characteristic profile depicted by the relative abundance of 9 canonical sgRNAs was reproduced by both BA.2 and non-vOCD614G regardless of host gender,age and presence of ***,such profile was lost in samples with low viral load,suggesting a potential application of sgRNA pattern to indicate viral activity of individual patient at a specific time point.A characteristic qualitative profile of canonical sgRNAs was also reproduced by both BA.2 and *** presence of a full set of canonical sgRNAs carried a coherent correlation with crude viral load(AUC¼0.91,95%CI 0.88–0.94),and sgRNA ORF7b was identified to be the best surrogate marker allowing feasible routine application in characterizing the infection status of individual *** potentials in using sgRNA as a target for vaccine and antiviral development are worth pursuing.

LiBH_(4) containing 18.5 wt.%H_(2) is an attractive high-capacity hydrogen storage material,however,it suffers from high operation temperature and poor ***,a novel and low-cost bifunctional additive,waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4) secondary nanospheres assembled from ultrafine primary Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles,is synthesized,which exhibits significant destabilization and bidirectional catalyzation towards(de)hydrogenation of LiBH_(4).With an optimized addition of 30 wt.% waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4),the system initiated dehydrogenation below 100℃ and released a total of 8.1 wt.%H_(2) to 400℃.After 10 cycles,a capacity retention of 70% was achieved,greatly superior to previously reported oxides-modified *** destabilizing and catalyzing mechanisms of waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4) on LiBH_(4) were systematically analyzed by phase and microstructural evolutions during dehydrogenation and hydrogenation cycling as well as density functional theory(DFT)*** present work provides new insights in developing advanced nano-additives with unique structural and multifunctional designs towards LiBH4 hydrogen storage.

Schisandrae chinensis Fructus (SF) is a commonly used herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). According to TCM theory, SF can invigorate Qi in the liver and other visceral organs through the meridian system. Furthermore, the liver’s pivotal role in regulating the functions of various visceral organs helps explain how SF can promote holistic health benefits. The main active ingredient of SF, schisandrin B (Sch B), has been found to improve mitochondrial ATP production and enhance glutathione redox status in multiple organs. This could account for the overall protective effects of Sch B on organs. Due to its stronger impact on liver function, the positive influence of Sch B on different organs may be facilitated by signal molecules originating from the liver.

This paper introduces a modified formal variable separation approach,showcasing a systematic and notably straightforward methodology for analyzing the B-type Kadomtsev-Petviashvili(BKP)*** the application of this approach,we successfully ascertain decomposition solutions,Bäcklund transformations,the Lax pair,and the linear superposition solution associated with the aforementioned ***,we expand the utilization of this technique to the C-type Kadomtsev-Petviashvili(CKP)equation,leading to the derivation of decomposition solutions,Bäcklund transformations,and the Lax pair specific to this *** results obtained not only underscore the efficacy of the proposed approach,but also highlight its potential in offering a profound comprehension of integrable behaviors in nonlinear ***,this approach demonstrates an efficient framework for establishing interrelations between diverse systems.
