This article presents an innovative approach to automatic rule discovery for data transformation tasks leveraging XGBoost,a machine learning algorithm renowned for its efficiency and *** framework proposed herein utilizes the fusion of diversified feature formats,specifically,metadata,textual,and pattern *** goal is to enhance the system’s ability to discern and generalize transformation rules fromsource to destination formats in varied ***,the article delves into the methodology for extracting these distinct features from raw data and the pre-processing steps undertaken to prepare the data for the *** sections expound on the mechanism of feature optimization using Recursive Feature Elimination(RFE)with linear regression,aiming to retain the most contributive features and eliminate redundant or less significant *** core of the research revolves around the deployment of the XGBoostmodel for training,using the prepared and optimized feature *** article presents a detailed overview of the mathematical model and algorithmic steps behind this ***,the process of rule discovery(prediction phase)by the trained XGBoost model is explained,underscoring its role in real-time,automated data *** employingmachine learning and particularly,the XGBoost model in the context of Business Rule Engine(BRE)data transformation,the article underscores a paradigm shift towardsmore scalable,efficient,and less human-dependent data transformation *** research opens doors for further exploration into automated rule discovery systems and their applications in various sectors.

Cloud computing plays a signiﬁcant role in Information Technology(IT)industry to deliver scalable resources as a *** of the most important factor to increase the performance of the cloud server is maximizing the resource utilization in task *** main advantage of this scheduling is to max-imize the performance and minimize the time *** researchers examined numerous scheduling methods to achieve Quality of Service(QoS)and to reduce execution ***,it had disadvantages in terms of low throughput and high response ***,this study aimed to schedule the task efﬁciently and to eliminate the faults in scheduling the tasks to the virtual Machines(vMs).For this purpose,the research proposed novel Particle Swarm Optimization-Bandwidth Aware divisible Task(PSO-BATS)scheduling with Multi-Layered Regression Host Employment(MLRHE)to sort out the issues of task scheduling and ease the scheduling operation by load *** proposed efﬁcient sche-duling provides beneﬁts to both cloud users and *** performance evalua-tion is undertaken with respect to cost,Performance Improvement Rate(PIR)and makespan which revealed the efﬁciency of the proposed ***,comparative analysis is undertaken which conﬁrmed the performance of the intro-duced system than conventional system for scheduling tasks with highﬂexibility.

A multigrid-assisted solver tbr the three-dimensional time-dependent incompressible Navier-Stokes equations on graded Cartesian meshes is developed. The spatial accuracy is third-order for the convective terms and fourth-order for the viscous terms, and a fractional-step strategy ensures second-order time accuracy. To achieve good time-wise efficiency a multigrid technique is used to solve the highly time-consuming pressure-Poisson equation that requires to be solved at every time step. The speed-up achieved by multigrid is shown in tabular form. The performance and accuracy of the code are first ascertained by computing the flow in a single-sided lid-driven cubic cavity with good grid-economy and comparing the results available in the literature. The code, thus validated, is then applied to a new test problem we propose and various transient and asymptotically obtained steady-state results are presented. Given the care taken to establish the credibility of the code and the good spatio-temporal accuracy of the discretization, these results are accurate and may be used for ascertaining the performance of any computational algorithm applied to this test problem.

The number of Internet users and the number of web pages being added to www increase dramatically every day. It is therefore required to automatically and efficiently classify web pages into web directories. This helps the search engines to provide users with relevant and quick retrieval results. As web pages are represented by thousands of features, feature selection helps the web page classifiers to resolve this large scale dimensionality problem. This paper proposes a new feature selection method using Ward’s minimum variance measure. This measure is first used to identify clusters of redundant features in a web page. In each cluster, the best representative features are retained and the others are eliminated. Removing such redundant features helps in minimizing the resource utilization during classification. The proposed method of feature selection is compared with other common feature selection methods. Experiments done on a benchmark data set, namely WebKB show that the proposed method performs better than most of the other feature selection methods in terms of reducing the number of features and the classifier modeling time.

Nanotechnology has taken a firm step to revolutionize the field of orthopedic implants. Current research on bone implants focuses to develop implants with multifaceted functions viz., osteoinduction, chemoprevention, antimicrobial action etc., especially for cancerous bone resection. The objective of the present study was to synthesize a novel composite for bone implants, possessing the above properties. Selenium was selected owing to its chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic properties. Hydroxyapatite was selected owing to its bioactivity and similarity in composition to bone mineral properties. Selenium nanoparticles were prepared by chemical reduction method and coated with ***-coated selenium nanoparticle（HASnp） was characterized physico-chemically using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscope, and energy-dispersive X-ray *** was analysed in vitro using SaOS-2 cell line. Enhanced cell proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity were observed in HASnp-treated cells. The results indicate that HASnp is highly suitable for the use in orthopedic applications.

In the current study,we examined every possible cluster-daughter combination in the heavy-particle decay of isotopes ^(297-300)119 and computed the decay half-lives using the modified generalized liquid drop model(MGLDM)with the preformation factor depending on the disintegration *** predicted half-life of every heavy cluster(Z_(C)≥32)was within the experimentally observable *** results aligned with the predictions of Poenaru et al.[***.107,062503(2011)]that superheavy nuclei(SHN)with Z>110 will release heavy particles with a penetrability comparable to or greater than theα-*** half-lives predicted using the MGLDM for clusters^(89)Rb,^(91)Rb,and^(92)Rb from parents^(297)119,^(299)119,and^(300)119,respectively,agreed with the predictions of Poenaru et al.[***.J.A 54,14(2018)].It was found that the isotopes of heavy clusters Kr,Rb,Sr,Pa,In,and Cd had half-lives comparable to theαhalf-life;and isotopes of clusters I,Xe,and Cs had the minimum half-life(10^(-14)s).These observations revealed the role of the shell closure(Z=82,N=82,and N=126)of the cluster and daughter nuclei in heavy-cluster *** predicted that isotope ^(297,299)119 decayed by 4αdecay chains and isotope^(300)119 decayed by 6αdecay chains,while^(298)119 decayed by continuousαdecay *** predicted half-lives and modes of decay of the nuclei in the decay chains of^(297-300)119 agreed with the experimental data,proving the reliability of our *** present study determined the most favorable heavy-cluster emissions from these nuclei and provided suitable projectile-target combinations for their synthesis.
