Internet of things (IoT) has been significantly raised owing to thedevelopment of broadband access network, machine learning (ML), big dataanalytics (BDA), cloud computing (CC), and so on. The development of IoTtechnologies has resulted in a massive quantity of data due to the existenceof several people linking through distinct physical components, indicatingthe status of the CC environment. In the IoT, load scheduling is realistictechnique in distinct data center to guarantee the network suitability by fallingthe computer hardware and software catastrophe and with right utilize ofresource. The ideal load balancer improves many factors of Quality of Service(QoS) like resource performance, scalability, response time, error tolerance,and efficiency. The scholar is assumed as load scheduling a vital problem inIoT environment. There are many techniques accessible to load scheduling inIoT environments. With this motivation, this paper presents an improved deerhunting optimization algorithm with Type II fuzzy logic (IDHOA-T2F) modelfor load scheduling in IoT environment. The goal of the IDHOA-T2F is todiminish the energy utilization of integrated circuit of IoT node and enhancethe load scheduling in IoT environments. The IDHOA technique is derivedby integrating the concepts of Nelder Mead (NM) with the DHOA. Theproposed model also synthesized the T2L based on fuzzy logic (FL) systemsto counterbalance the load distribution. The proposed model finds usefulto improve the efficiency of IoT system. For validating the enhanced loadscheduling performance of the IDHOA-T2F technique, a series of simulationstake place to highlight the improved performance. The experimental outcomesdemonstrate the capable outcome of the IDHOA-T2F technique over therecent techniques.

Growth and properties of semi-organic nonlinear optical crystal: L-Glutamic acid hydrochloride

Semiorganic nonlinear optical crystal of L-Glutamic acid hydrochloride（LGHC） was grown from aqueous solution by slow evaporation technique. Single crystal X-ray Diffraction analysis confirms that LGHC crystallizes in orthorhombic system with noncentrosymmetric space group P212121. The powder X-ray diffraction study confirms the crystallinity of the grown crystal. The fundamental functional groups of the grown crystals were analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopic analysis in the range of 450–4000 cm-1. The range of optical transmission was ascertained using Uv–vis–NIr studies. The refractive Index of the LGHC crystal was found to be 1.4. The second harmonic generation efficiency of the LGHC was determined using Kurtz and Perry powder technique and it was 0.5 times greater than that of the KDP crystal. Thermo Gravimetric Analysis（TGA） and Differential Thermal Analysis（DTA） were used to study thermal behavior of the sample. The dielectric behavior and ac conductivity of the sample were studied as a function of frequency for different temperatures. The mechanical strength of the crystal was determined by vicker's Hardness test. The elastic stiffness constant and yield strength of the sample was calculated.

Flat Absorber Phosphorous Black Nickel Coatings for Space Applications

A new process of flat absorber black nickel alloy coating tion from a bath containing nickel, zinc and ammonium was developed on stainless steel by electrodeposi- sulphates; thiocyanate and sodium hypophosphite for space applications. Coating process was optimized by investigating the effects of plating parameters, viz concentration of bath constituents, current density, temperature, pH and plating time on the optical properties of the black deposits. Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy showed the inclusion of about 6% phosphorous in the coating. The scanning electron microscopy studies revealed the amorphous nature of the coating. The corrosion resistance of the coatings was evaluated by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） and linear polarization （LP） techniques. The results revealed that, phosphorous addition confers better corro- sion resistance in comparison to conventional black nickel coatings. The black nickel coating obtained from hypophosphite bath provides high solar absorptance （αs） and infrared emittance （εIr） of the order of 0.93. Environmental stability to space applications was established by the humidity and thermal cycling tests.

Autism spectrum disorder:difficulties in diagnosis and microrNA biomarkers

We performed a PubMed search for microrNAs in autism spectrum disorder that could serve as diagnostic biomarkers in patients and selected 17 articles published from January 2008 to December 2023,of which 4 studies were performed with whole blood,4 with blood plasma,5 with blood serum,1 with serum neural cell adhesion molecule L1-captured extracellular vesicles,1 with blood cells,and 2 with peripheral blood mononuclear *** of the studies involved children and the study cohorts were largely *** of the studies had performed microrNA sequencing or quantitative polymerase chain reaction assays to measure microrNA *** five studies had used real-time polymerase chain reaction assay to validate microrNA expression in autism spectrum disorder subjects compared to *** microrNAs that were validated in these studies may be considered as potential candidate biomarkers for autism spectrum disorder and include mir-500a-5p,-197-5p,-424-5p,-664a-3p,-365a-3p,-619-5p,-664a-3p,-3135a,-328-3p,and-500a-5p in blood plasma and mir-151a-3p,-181b-5p,-320a,-328,-433,-489,-572,-663a,-101-3p,-106b-5p,-19b-3p,-195-5p,and-130a-3p in blood serum of children,and mir-15b-5p and-6126 in whole blood of *** important limitations were identified in the studies reviewed,and need to be taken into account in future *** studies are warranted with children and adults having different levels of autism spectrum disorder severity and consideration should be given to using animal models of autism spectrum disorder to investigate the effects of suppressing or overexpressing specific microrNAs as a novel therapy.

MicrorNAs as potential diagnostic biomarkers for bipolar disorder

Abnormal expression of microrNAs is connected to brain development and disease and could provide novel biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of bipolar disorder. We performed a PubMed search for microrNA biomarkers in bipolar disorder and found 18 original research articles on studies performed with human patients and published from January 2011 to June 2023. These studies included microrNA profiling in bloodand brain-based materials. From the studies that had validated the preliminary findings,potential candidate biomarkers for bipolar disorder in adults could be mir-140-3p,-30d-5p,-330-5p,-378a-5p,-21-3p,-330-3p,-345-5p in whole blood, mir-19b-3p,-1180-3p,-125a-5p, let-7e-5p in blood plasma, and mir-7-5p,-23b-5p,-142-3p,-221-5p,-370-3p in the blood serum. Two of the studies had investigated the changes in microrNA expression of patients with bipolar disorder receiving treatment. One showed a significant increase in plasma mir-134 compared to baseline after 4 weeks of treatment which included typical antipsychotics, atypical antipsychotics, and benzodiazepines. The other study had assessed the effects of prescribed medications which included neurotransmitter receptorsite binders(drug class B) and sedatives, hypnotics, anticonvulsants, and analgesics(drug class C) on microrNA results. The combined effects of the two drug classes increased the significance of the results for mir-219 and-29c with mir-30e-3p and-526b* acquiring significance. MicrorNAs were tested to see if they could serve as biomarkers of bipolar disorder at different clinical states of mania, depression, and euthymia. One study showed that upregulation in whole blood of mir-9-5p,-29a-3p,-106a-5p,-106b-5p,-107,-125a-3p,-125b-5p and of mir-107,-125a-3p occurred in manic and euthymic patients compared to controls, respectively, and that upregulation of mir-106a-5p,-107 was found for manic compared to euthymic patients. MicrorNAs as potential biomarkers for diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder
