Objectives TRP channels are a superfamily of non - selective cation channels that can be divided into seven subfamilies:TRPA,TRPC,TRPM,TRPML,TRPN,TRPP,and *** TRP isoforms have been reported to be the sensors for diverse source of external and/or internal *** baroreceptors are the mechanosensor to detect blood ***,the molecular identity underlying the mechano - sensation in the baroreceptor is not well *** reports have suggested that TRPC1,- C5,- C6,- v1,- v4 are ***,in the present study,the role of TRP channels in the pressure sensing of the aortic baroreceptor neurons is *** Immunohistochemistry,RT - PCR and Western blotting were employed to explore the expression of mechanosensitive TRP isoforms in the rat aortic *** imaging and electrophysiological studies were used to investigate the functions of TRP channels in cultured baroreceptor *** Immunohistochemistry studies demonstrated that TRPC1, - C5,- C6,- v4 are expressed in the aortic baroreceptor nerve terminal which is located on the aortic arch, along the nerve fibre(aortic depressor nerve) and in the ganglion region(nodose ganglion).Moreover,RTPCR and western blotting using isolated rat nodose ganglion also showed the expression of some TRP channels. In Ca imaging studies of cultured aortic baroreceptor neurons,T5E3,a TRPC5 blocking antibodies,and daidzein,a TRPC5 potentiator,were able to block and potentiate the[Ca] response upon osmo - mechanical stimuli *** studies showed that daidzein could potentiate the pressure - induced action potential firing in isolated aortic baroreceptor neurons and the action potential could also be blocked by 2 -APB,which is a cation channel *** In summary,our study suggests that TRPC5 is involved in the pressure sensing of aortic baroreceptor *** mechanosensitive TRP channels: TRPC1,- C6,- v4,might also be involved

本文论述了高频浅体声波(SBAW)晶体延迟线的设计和制造。为了避免低频体波源倍频后固有相位噪声的增大,就要求直接产生频率为千兆赫范围的信号。如果用一个体波晶体锁定千兆赫频率,就可改善其近载频相位噪声。本文所提到的延迟线采用近似AT和BT切晶体,因为AT切具有高的波速,而BT切则具有良好的温度稳定性。采用串联模型来选择设计参数。该模型利用窗口宽度,指数,波速及耦合常数来预测辐射电阻、电容和转换损耗。把该模型与传输损耗的实测数据结合起来考虑,就能准确地预测延迟线的总插入损耗。近来对该模型的仔细研究表明,在千兆赫频率上,插入损耗和Q值之间有着很好的折衷解决办法。用电子刻蚀法在有机玻璃保护层上做出0.4μm的图形。保护层一般是单层的。但也试验过多层方案。已经提出金属换能法的叉指是否灌封在晶体中的判断准则。通常金属叉指并不灌封在晶体中,器件仍具有低的插入损耗、高的Q值及良好的温度稳定性。AT切晶体的基波与五次泛音延迟线和BT切晶体的五次泛音延迟线均采用卸下(Lift—off)法制作。频率范围为3—5GHz。其最好的延迟线的插入损耗不到20,Q值大于2000。使用在高真空下冷焊的TO—8外壳还设计出了低耦合的封装。此延迟线不用有机材料,而是将其固定在一个无应力的不锈钢支架上。本文也给出了相应噪声和预老化数据。

The robotic liver resection(RLR)has been increasingly applied in recent years and its benefits shown in some aspects owing to the technical advancement of robotic surgical system,however,controversies still *** on the foundation of the previous consensus statement,this new consensus document aimed to update clinical recommendations and provide guidance to improve the outcomes of RLR clinical *** guideline steering group and guideline expert group were formed by 29 international experts of liver surgery and evidence-based medicine(EBM).Relevant literature was reviewed and analyzed by the evidence evaluation *** to the WHO Handbook for Guideline Development,the Guidance Principles of Development and Amendment of the Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment in China 2022,a total of 14 recommendations were *** them were 8 recommendations formulated by the GRADE method,and the remaining 6 recommendations were formulated based on literature review and experts’opinion due to insufficient EBM *** international experts consensus guideline offered guidance for the safe and effective clinical practice and the research direction of RLR in future.

Purpose: To report the short-term outcome of intravitreal triamcinolone acetate (TA) in the treatment of uveitic cystoid macular edema (CME). Design: Retrospective noncomparative (nonrandomized, uncontrolled) interventional case series. Participants: Sixty-five eyes of 54 patients with uveitis-related CME inadequately responsive to treatment combinations of oral corticosteroid, periocular orbital floor corticosteroid injections, and second-line immunosuppressive agents. Intravitreal injection of 4 mg/0.1 ml of TA. Main Outcome Measures: visual acuity (vA), intraocular pressure (IOP), levels of inflammation, and immunosuppressi ve therapywere assessed. Other potential complications, including cataract progression, vitreous hemorrhage, endophthalmitis, and retinal detachment (RD), were looked for. Results: The mean follow-up was 8.0 months (range, 3-51), and the mean improvement of vA after intravitreal TA was 0.26 (from 0.65 to 0.39 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution; Snellen, 6/24-6/12, approximately). This occurred at a mean of 4 weeks (range, 1-30). The improvement in vA was more significant if the duration of CME before intravitreal TA was ≤12 months (P=0.006 ) and if patientswere ≤60 years old (P=0.005). Patientswith theworst vision bef ore treatment also improved the least. The most important side effect was raised IOP (mean rise, 10.3mmHg), with 28 eyes (43.1%)-experiencing an IOP rise of >10 mmHg. Patients younger than 40 years were more likely to experience this IOP rise than those older than 40. Thirty-three eyes (51%) were treated with antiglaucoma medi cations, with a mean duration of treatment of 17.4±13.3 weeks, and no patient required trabeculectomy or lost vision. The dosage of oral corticosteroids and/or secondline immunosuppressive medication was reduced or stopped altogether in 18 of 33 eyes (54.5%) during the study period.
