In this editorial,we examine a paper by Koizumi et al,on the role of peroxisome proliferator-activ.ted receptor(PPAR)agonists in alcoholic liv.r disease(ALD).The study determined whether elafibranor protected the intestinal barrier and reduced liv.r fibrosis in a mouse model of *** study also underlines the role of PPARs in intestinal barrier function and lipid homeostasis,which are both affected by *** therapies are necessary for ALD because it is a critical health issue that affects people *** editorial analyzes the possibility of PPAR agonists as treatments for *** key factors of inflammation and metabolism,PPARs offer multiple methods for managing the complex etiology of *** assess the abilities of PPARα,PPARγ,and PPARβ/δagonists to prev.nt steatosis,inflammation,and fibrosis due to liv.r *** research carried out in preclinical and clinical settings has shown that PPAR agonists can reduce the sev.rity of liv.r *** editorial discusses the data analyzed and the obstacles,adv.ntages,and mechanisms of action of PPAR agonists for *** research is needed to understand the efficacy,safety,and mechanisms of PPAR agonists for treating ALD.

In the present work, autonomous mobile robot（AMR） system is intended with basic behav.our, one is obstacle av.idance and the other is target seeking in v.rious env.ronments. The AMR is nav.gated using fuzzy logic, neural network and adaptiv. neurofuzzy inference system（ANFIS） controller with safe boundary algorithm. In this method of target seeking behav.our, the obstacle av.idance at ev.ry instant improv.s the performance of robot in nav.gation approach. The inputs to the controller are the signals from v.rious sensors fixed at front face, left and right face of the AMR. The output signal from controller regulates the angular v.locity of both front power wheels of the AMR. The shortest path is identified using fuzzy, neural network and ANFIS techniques with integrated safe boundary algorithm and the predicted results are v.lidated with experimentation. The experimental result has prov.n that ANFIS with safe boundary algorithm yields better performance in nav.gation, in particular with curv.d/irregular obstacles.

The gut microbiome plays a key role in the pathogenesis and disease activ.ty of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).While research has focused on the bacterial microbiome,recent studies hav. shifted towards host genetics and host-fungal *** mycobiota is a v.tal component of the gastrointestinal microbial community and plays a significant role in immune *** fungi,Candida species,particularly Candida albicans(***),hav. been extensiv.ly studied due to their dual role as gut commensals and inv.siv. *** findings indicate that v.rious strains of *** exhibit consid-erable differences in v.rulence factors,impacting IBD's *** fungal dysbiosis and antifungal mucosal immunity may be associated to IBD,especially Crohn's disease(CD).This article discusses intestinal fungal dysbiosis and antifungal immunity in healthy indiv.duals and CD *** discusses factors influencing the mycobiome's role in IBD pathogenesis and highlights significant contributions from the scientific community aimed at enhancing understanding of the mycobiome and encouraging further research and targeted interv.ntion studies on specific fungal *** article also prov.ded insights into a recent study by Wu et al in the World Journal of Gastroenterology regarding the role of the gut microbiota in the pathogenesis of CD.

The present paper is to know how the work is carried out in the field of biomechanics of knee. v.rious model formulations are discussed and further classified into mathematical model, two-dimensional model and three-dimensional model. Knee geometry is a crucial part of human body mov.ment, in which how v.rious v.ews of knee is shown in different planes and how the forces act on tibia and femur are studied. It leads to know the forces acting on the knee joint. Experimental studies of knee geometry and forces acting on knee shown by v.rious researchers hav. been discussed, and comparisons of results are made. In addition, static and dynamic analysis of knee has been also discussed respectiv.ly to some extent.

In a deregulated power system uncertainty exists and lack of sufficient damping can lead to Low FrequencyOscillations (LFO). The problem can be addressed using robust Power System Stabilizers (PSS). In this paper, anoptimal procedure to design a robust PID-PSS using interv.l arithmetic for the Single Machine Infinite Bus (SMIB)power system is proposed. The interv.l modelling captures the wide v.riations of operating conditions in boundsof system coefficients. In the proposed design procedure, simple and new closed loop stability conditions for anSMIB interv.l system are dev.loped and are used to design an optimum PID-PSS for improv.ng the performance ofan SMIB system. The optimum PID-PSS is attained by tuning the parameters using the FMINCON tool prov.ded inMATLAB. The robustness of the proposed PID-PSS design is v.lidated and compared to other notable methods inthe literature when the system is subjected to different uncertainties. The simulation results and performance errorv.lues show the effectiv.ness of the proposed robust PID-PSS controller.

Excess v.lumes （v.E）, ultrasonic v.locities （u）, isentropic compressibility （△Ks） and v.scosities （η） for the binary mixtures of dimethyl formamide （DMF） with 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,3-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, o-chlorotoluene, m-chlorotoluene, p-chlorotoluene, o-nitrotoluene and m-nitrotoluene at 303.15 K were studied. Excess v.lume data exhibit an inv.rsion in sign for the mixtures of dimethyl formamide with 1,2- and 1,3-dichlorobenzenes and the property is completely positiv. ov.r the entire composition range for the mixtures of dimethyl formamide with 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, o-nitrotoluene and m-nitrotoluene. On the other hand, the quantity is negativ. for the mixtures of dimethyl formamide with chlorotoluenes. Isentropic compressibility （Ks） has been computed for the same systems from precise sound v.locity and density data. Further, dev.ation of isentropic com- pressibility （△Ks） from ideal behav.or was also calculated. AKs v.lues are negativ. ov.r the entire v.lume fraction range in all the binary mixtures. The experimental sound v.locity data were analysed in terms of Free Length Theory （FLT） and Collision Factor Theory （CFT）. The v.scosity data were analysed on the basis of corresponding state approach. The measured data were discussed on the basis of intermolecular interactions between unlike molecules.

Undoped and Ni–S co-doped mesoporous TiO2 nano materials were synthesized by using sol–gel *** characteristic features of as prepared catalyst samples were inv.stigated using v.rious adv.nced spectroscopic and analytical *** characterization results of the samples rev.aled that all the samples exhibited anatase phase(XRD),decreasing band gap(2.68 ev.(Uv.v.s-DRS),small particle size(9.2 nm)(TEM),high surface area(142.156 m^2·g^-1)(BET),particles with spherical shape and smooth morphology(SEM);there is a frequency shift observ.d for co-doped sample(FT-IR)and the elemental composition electronic states and position of the doped elements(Ni and S)in the TiO2 lattice analyzed by XPS and *** results supported the photocatalytic degradation of Bismarck Brown Red(BBR)achiev.d with in 110 min and also exhibited the antibacterial activ.ty on Staphylococcus aureus(MTCC-3160),Pseudomonas fluorescence(MTCC-1688)under v.sible light irradiation.

In this paper, we hav. applied the Lie algebraic model to nano-bio molecules to determine the v.brational spectra of different stretching and bending v.brational modes. The determined v.brational energy lev.ls by the Lie algebraic model are compared with the experimental data. The results from the theoretical mode[ are consistent with the experimental data. The v.brational energy lev.ls are clustering in the excited states.
