An.malous ion.heat tran.port is an.lyzed in.the T-10 tokamak plasma heated with electron.cyclotron.reson.n.e heatin.(ECRH) in.secon.-harmon.c extra-ordin.ry.mode. Predictiv. modelin. with empirical scalin. for Ohmical heat con.uctiv.ty shows that in.ECRH plasmas the calculated ion.temperature could be ov.restimated, so an.in.rease of an.malous ion.heat tran.port is required. To study this effect two scan. are presen.ed: ov.r the EC reson.n.e position.an. ov.r the ECRH power. The EC reson.n.e position.v.ries from the high-field side to the low-field side by v.riation.of the toroidal magn.tic field. The scan.ov.r the heatin. power is presen.ed with on.axis an. mixed ECRH regimes. Discharges with high an.malous ion.heat tran.port are obtain.d in.all con.idered regimes. In.these discharges the power balan.e ion.heat con.uctiv.ty exceeds the n.oclassical lev.l by up to 10 times. The high ion.heat tran.port regimes are distin.uished by three parameters: the ratio Te/Ti, the n.rmalized electron.den.ity gradien. R/■, an. the ion.ion.collision.lity νii~*. The combin.tion.of high Te/Ti, high νii~*, an. R/■=6-10 results in.v.lues of n.rmalized an.malous ion.heat fluxes up to 10 times higher than.in.the low tran.port scen.rio.

Objectiv.: The association.hyperten.ion.an. diabetes is importan.. The two pathologies may in.luen.e each other. The aim was to study the correlation.between.glycemic con.rol an. blood pressure con.rol an. to determin. the factors associated with blood pressure con.rol. methodology: This was a descriptiv. cross-section.l study with an.an.lytical focus ov.r 7 mon.hs. Patien.s were recruited as outpatien.s an. all un.erwen. ambulatory blood pressure measure, glycated hemoglobin.an. creatin.n. measuremen.s, an. assessmen. of complian.e with treatmen.. Results: Durin. this period 116 patien.s were collected. The predomin.n.e was female 69%. The mean.age of the patien.s was 62 ± 7 years with a peak between.60 an. 70 years. The av.rage age of hyperten.ion.was 12 years an. that of diabetes 6 1/2 years. The most frequen.ly associated cardiov.scular risk factor was a seden.ary lifestyle (71.5%) after age. 57.8% of patien.s were n.t con.rolled at the office, with a predomin.n.e of systolic hyperten.ion.(58.2%). 61.6% of patien.s were con.rolled by ambulatory blood pressure measure, a rate of 47.8% of white coat hyperten.ion. Glycemic con.rol was observ.d in.42.2% of cases an. 87% of patien.s had good ren.l fun.tion.(glomerular filter rate ≥ 60 ml/mn.. Therapeutic complian.e was good in.53.4% of cases an. dual therapy was the most used therapeutic modality 44.8% (52 patien.s) followed by triple therapy. The factors associated with poor blood pressure con.rol were glycemic imbalan.e, n.n.complian.e an. mon.therapy. Dual therapy had a protectiv. effect. Con.lusion. The association.of hyperten.ion.an. type 2 diabetes is frequen.. The risk of occurren.e in.reases with age. Ambulatory blood pressure measure is the best method to assess blood pressure con.rol. Optimization.of blood pressure con.rol should also in.lude optimization.of glycemic con.rol.

采用复杂多级方法研究并证实制备具有亚微米/纳米级内部结构的球形W-Cu复合微粉的可能性。首先,采用等离子体化学合成法制备具有核壳结构的W-Cu纳米粉末(W核及Cu壳)。然后,将W-Cu纳米粉末与蔗糖的水悬浮液进行喷雾干燥,形成25~63μm的微粒,收率为50%。最后,用热等离子体射流处理由纳米粉末组成的微粒,形成致密的球形W-Cu颗粒。成品粉末的球化度为90%~95%,体积密度为8.1 g/cm^(3),流动性约为12 s/50 g,杂质中O、C和H的含量(质量分数)分别为0.7%、0.02%~0.2%和0.03%~0.05%。

By the reaction.of poly(acryloyl chloride) with n.(3-amin.propyl)imidazole, poly(n.(3-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)propyl)acrylamide) was syn.hesized. The structure an. purity, molecular weight, hydrodyn.mic an. thermosen.itiv. properties of the obtain.d sample were studied by1H-an.13C-n.R, FTIR spectroscopy, acid-base titration. light scatterin., turbidimetry an. v.scometry. The observ.d ability of the imidazole-con.ain.n. polymer to form an. destroy associates in.water-salt solution. at pH 6.6-7.4 an. temperatures of 29-48℃ in.icates that these are promisin. can.idates for design.n. complex biomedical systems. The n.w polymer is able to form complexes with oligo-Dn. more activ.ly than.poly(1-v.n.limidazole), which is of in.erest for gen. deliv.ry application..
