The heat transfer through a concav. permeable fin is analyzed by the local thermal non-equilibrium(LTNE)*** gov.rning dimensional temperature equations for the solid and fluid phases of the porous extended surface are modeled,and then are nondimensionalized by suitable dimensionless ***,the obtained nondimensional equations are solv.d by the clique polynomial method(cPM).The effects of sev.ral dimensionless parameters on the fin's thermal profiles are shown by graphical ***,the current study implements deep neural structures to solv. physics-gov.rned coupled equations,and the best-suited hyperparameters are attained by comparison with v.rious network *** results of the cPM and physicsinformed neural network(PINN)exhibit good agreement,signifying that both methods effectiv.ly solv. the thermal modeling problem.

São Paulo State has witnessed cO_(2)storage-based inv.stigations considering the av.ilability of suitable geologic structures and proximity to primary cO_(2)source sinks related to bioenergy and carbon capture and storage(BEccS)*** current study presents the hydrocarbon v.ability ev.luations and cO_(2)storage prospects,focusing on the sandstone units of the Rio Bonito *** objectiv. is to apply petrophysical ev.luations with geochemical inputs in predicting future hydrocarbon(gas)production to boost cO_(2)storage within the study *** study used data from elev.n wells with associated wireline logs(gamma ray,resistiv.ty,density,neutron,and sonic)to predict potential hydrocarbon accumulation and fluid mobility in the inv.stigated *** samples(shale and carbonate)obtained from depths>200 m within the study location hav. shown bitumen *** geochemistry data of the Rio Bonito Formation shale beds suggest they are potential hydrocarbon source rocks and could hav. contributed to the gas accumulations within the sandstone *** drilled well data,e.g.,cB-1-SP and TI-1-SP,show hydrocarbon(gas)presence based on the typical resistiv.ty and the combined neutron-density responses at depths up to 3400 m,indicating the possibility of other hydrocarbon members apart from the heav. oil(bitumen)observ.d from the near-surface rocks *** the three-dimensional(3-D)model,the free fluid indicator(FFI)is more significant towards the southwest and southeast of the area with deeper depths of occurrence,indicating portions with reasonable hydrocarbon recov.ry rates and good prospects for cO_(2)injection,circulation and permanent ***,future studies based on contemporary datasets are required to establish the hydrocarbon v.ability further,foster gas production ev.nts,and enhance cO_(2)storage possibilities within the region.

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)is a cofactor that serv.s to shuttle electrons during metabolic processes such as glycolysis,the tricarboxylic acid cycle,and oxidativ. phosphorylation(OXPHOS).NADH is autofluorescent,and itsfluorescence lifetime can be used to infer metabolic dynamics in liv.ng ***-coupled time-correlated single photon counting(TcSPc)equipped with an implantable needle probe can be used to measure NADH lifetime in v.v.,enabling inv.stigation of changing metabolic demand during muscle contraction or tissue *** study illustrates a proof of concept for point-based,minimally-inv.siv. NADHfluorescence lifetime measurement in *** muscle loss(v.L)injuries were created in the left tibialis anterior(TA)muscle of male Sprague Dawley *** lifetime measurements were collected before,during,and after a 30 s tetanic contraction in the injured and uninjured TA muscles,which was subsequently-t to a biexponential decay model to yield a metric of NADH utilization(cytoplasmic v. protein-bound NADH,the A11/A22 ratio).On av.rage,this ratio was higher during and after contraction in uninjured muscle compared to muscle at rest,suggesting higher lev.ls of free NADH in contracting and recov.ring muscle,indicating increased rates of *** injured muscle,this ratio was higher than uninjured muscle ov.rall but decreased ov.r time,which is consistent with current knowledge of inflammatory response to injury,suggesting tissue regeneration has *** data suggest that-ber-coupled TcSPc has the potential to measure changes in NADH binding in v.v. in a minimally inv.siv. manner that requires further inv.stigation.

This study purposes an in situ testing method on quality assessment of soil *** drilling data includes the spatial distribution and in situ strength of untreated and treated soil along three different drillholes measured by on-site drilling monitoring *** factual drilling data can characterize the degree of soil improv.ment by penetration injection with permeable *** from on-site drilling monitoring shows that the linear zones represent constant drilling speeds shown in the plot of drill bit adv.ncement *** drilling time,which indicates the spatial distributions of soil *** soil profile at the study site is composed of four layers,which includes fill,untreated silty clay,treated silty clay,and mucky *** results of soil profile are v.rified by the parallel site *** constant drilling speeds profile the coring-resistant strength of drilled *** comparing with the untreated silty clay,the constant drilling speeds of the treated silty clay hav. been decreased by 13.0-62.8%.Two drilling-speed-based indices of 61.2%and 65.6%are proposed to assess the decreased av.rage drilling speed and the increased in situ strength of treated silty *** tests,*** compressiv. strength(UcS)test,hav. been performed with core sample to inv.stigate and characterize in situ strength by comparing that with drilling *** show that the av.rage predicted strengths of treated silty clay are 2.4-6.9 times higher than the av.rage measured strength of untreated silty *** UcS-based indices of 374.5%and 344.2%v.rified the quality assessment(QA)results by this new in situ *** method prov.des a cost-effectiv. tool for quality assessment of soil improv.ment by utilizing the digital drilling data.

A spectral analysis of the v.rtical positions and v.locities of 374 open star clusters(OScs)was carried *** took these OScs from the Hunt and Reffert catalog;they hav. an av.rage age of about 10 million years,and are located on the galactic plane XY in a narrow zone inclined by 25°to the galactic axis *** following estimates of the parameters of the Radcliffe wav. were obtained:(a)the maximum v.lue in periodic perturbations of v.rtical coordinates Z_(max)=92±10pc with the wav.length of these perturbations λ_(z)=4.82±0.09 kpc;(b)the maximum v.lue of the v.locity of v.rtical disturbances Wmax=4.36±0.12km s^(-1) with disturbance wav.lengthλ_(W)=1.78±0.02 *** that the results of the v.rtical v.locity analysis are first-class in accuracy and completely new.
