Objectiv.:To analyse experimental infection and immune system of shrimp(Penaeus monodon)against v.brios furnissii(***).Methods:Experimental animals were collected and acclimatized by maintaining specific temperature,pH and salinity to av.id *** were experimentally infected with *** and their immune responses were *** the infection all the shrimps were monitored for any symptoms,death rate in 0,12,24,36,48 *** haemolymph were collected and tetrahydrocannabinol,phenol oxidase,nitroblue tetrazolium and lysozyme were monitored in ev.ry 12 h at the interv.l of 48 ***:Shrimps infected by liv. *** had showed gradual increase in tetrahydrocannabinol,phenol oxidase activ.ty,nitro-blue-tetrazolium and lysozyme activ.ty comparing with the killed and ***:The liv. *** had showed infection in the shrimp immune *** liv. *** shows infection in experimental shrimps comparing with killed *** the *** in nature cause the infection in shrimp Penaeus monodon immune *** report could be applied to control of the infection in shrimp hatchery.

Biliary stenting is clinically effectiv. in reliev.ng both malignant and non-malignant obstructions. Howev.r, there are high failure rates associated with tumor ingrowth and epithelial ov.rgrowth as well as internally from biofilm dev.lopment and subsequent clogging. Within the last decade, the use of prophylactic drug eluting stents as a means to reduce stent failure has been inv.stigated. In this rev.ew we prov.de an ov.rv.ew of the current research on drug eluting biliary stents. While there is limited human trial data regarding the clinical benefit of drug eluting biliary stents in prev.nting stent obstruction, recent research suggests promise regarding their safety and potential efficacy.

The Mayo human immunodeficiency v.rus(HIv. Clinic has been prov.ding patient centered care for persons liv.ng with HIv.in Minnesota and beyond for the past 20 years. Through multidisciplinary engagement, v.tal clinical outcomes such as retention in care, initiation of antiretrov.ral therapy and v.rologic suppression are maximized. In this commentary, we describe the history of the Mayo HIv.Clinic and its best practices, prov.ding a "Mayo Model" of HIv.care that exceeds national outcomes and may be applicable in other settings.
