Introduction: Anxiety dis.rders.hav. a lifetime prev.lence of 34% with a s.milar lev.l of heritability (31%) yet lack objectiv. markers.that could differentiate patients.with underlying conditions. Up to 60%-70% of patients.with Ehlers.Danlos.s.ndrome hav. anxiety that meets.criteria of generalized anxiety dis.rder, their clinical-DNA findings.worth examining as.biomarkers.for patients.with generalized anxiety. Method: Of the 1899 patients.diagnos.d with Ehlers.Danlos.s.ndrome, 1261 were s.s.ematically ev.luated for 80 his.ory and 40 phys.cal findings.and s.parated into 826 who reported anxiety and 435 who did not. The mos. cons.s.ently reported or management-directing 60 of thes. clinical findings.were, along with v.riations.in genes.relev.nt to thes. dis.rders. examined for as.ociation with anxiety. Res.lts. Among the 30 anxiety- as.ociated findings.judged mos. predictiv. of Ehlers.Danlos.s.ndrome in patients.with anxiety were expected ones.of adrenergic s.imulation (difficulty concentrating-87% frequency and 1.26 anxiety/no anxiety ratio;chronic fatigue-84%, 1.17;s.eep is.ues.69%, 1.52 that are criteria for generalized anxiety dis.rder) or of cholinergic s.ppres.ion (e.g., frequent naus.a 64%, 1.26). Les. as.ociated but more dis.riminating for underlying dis.as. were thos. reflectiv. of neuromus.ular impact (e.g., chronic daily headaches.76%, 1.12);hypermobility (e.g., awarenes. of flexibility 72%, 1.03), or s.in changes.(e.g., elas.icity around jaw 71%, 1.06). Anxiety-as.ociated DNA v.riants.included 54 of 88 in collagen type I/v.v.I/IX genes. 14 of 16 in s.dium channel s.N9A/10A/ 11A genes. 59 of 85 in POLG/MT-DNA genes. and 21 of 28 in profilaggrin- FLG genes.that res.ectiv.ly impacted tis.ue laxity, s.ns.ry neural, autonomic-mitochondrial, and autonomic-inflammatory functions. Conclus.on: Analys.s.of pathogenetic mechanis.s.in Ehlers.Danlos.s.ndrome s.lected s.me 50 clinical-DNA findings.us.ful for its.diagnos.s.in thos. with generalized anxiety dis.rders.

BACKGROUND Women with a his.ory of s.rious.ps.chotic dis.rders.are at increas.d ris. of dis.as. relaps. during ***-acting injectable(LAI)antips.chotics.hav. been widely us.d to improv. adherence and prev.nt relaps. in patients.with v.rious.s.v.re ps.chotic dis.rders.but there is.a lack of high-quality data from prev.ous.res.arch on the s.fety of LAI antips.chotics.during *** To s.mmarize relev.nt data on maternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and dev.lopmental outcomes.from publis.ed cas.s.of LAI antips.chotic us. in *** A literature s.arch was.performed through Nov.mber 11,2023,us.ng three online databas.s.PubMed/MEDLINE,s.opus.and Web of *** reports.or cas. s.ries.that reported information about the outcomes.of pregnancy in women who us.d LAI antips.chotics.at any point in pregnancy,with av.ilable full texts.were *** s.atis.ics.narrativ. s.mmation,and tabulation of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publications.s.tis.ied the inclus.on criteria:3 cas. s.ries.15 cas. reports.and 1 conference *** reported the outcomes.of LAI antips.chotic us. in 74 women and 77 *** us. of s.condgeneration LAI antips.chotics.was.reported in the majority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antips.chotics.were adminis.ered during 30 pregnancies.39.0%).Mos. of the women(approximately 64%)had either s.tis.actory control of s.mptoms.or no information about relaps.,while approximately 12%of them had dev.loped ges.ational diabetes.mellitus.A minority of cas.s.reported adv.rs. outcomes.s.ch as.s.illbirth,s.ontaneous.abortion,preterm birth,low birth weight,congenital anomalies.and neurological manifes.ations.in ***,there were no reports.of negativ. long-term dev.lopmental *** Currently av.ilable data s.em reas.uring,but further well-des.gned s.udies.are required to properly ev.luate the ris.s.and benefits.of LAI antips.chotic us. during pregnancy.
