Nowcasting and forecasting solar irradiance are v.tal for the optim.l prediction of grid-connected solar photov.ltaic (Pv. power plants. These plants face operational challenges and scheduling dispatch difficulties due to the fluctuating nature of their power output. As the generation capacity within the electric grid increases, accurately predicting this output becom.s increasingly essential, especially giv.n the random.and non-linear characteristics of solar irradiance under v.riable weather conditions. This study presents a nov.l prediction m.thod for solar irradiance, which is directly in correlation with Pv.power output, targeting both short-term.and m.dium.term.forecast horizons. Our proposed hybrid fram.work em.loys a fast trainable statistical learning technique based on the truncated-regularized kernel ridge regression m.del. The proposed m.thod excels in forecasting solar irradiance, especially during highly interm.ttent weather periods. A key strength of our m.del is the incorporation of m.ltiple historical weather param.ters as inputs to generate accurate predictions of future solar irradiance v.lues in its scalable fram.work. We ev.luated the perform.nce of our m.del using data sets from.both cloudy and sunny days in Seattle and m.dford, USA and com.ared it against three forecasting m.dels: persistence, m.dified 24-hour persistence and least squares. Based on three widely accepted statistical perform.nce m.trics (root m.an squared error, m.an absolute error and coefficient of determ.nation), our hybrid m.del dem.nstrated superior predictiv. accuracy in v.rying weather conditions and forecast horizons. A nov.l prediction m.thod for solar irradiance, targeting both short-term.and m.dium.term.forecast horizons, is proposed to im.rov. Pv.power production. In this study,a calcium.phosphate coating was form.d on a m.-m.-Ce alloy by the plasm. electrolytic oxidation(PEO).The antibiotic v.ncom.cin,widely used in the treatm.nt of infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus(***),was im.regnated into the *** with v.ncom.cin showed high bactericidal activ.ty against *** m.chanical and electrochem.cal properties of the form.d coatings were studied,as well as in v.tro cytotoxicity tests and in v.v. tests on m.ture m.le rats were *** to SEm.EDS,XRD and XPS data,coatings had a dev.loped m.rphology and contained hydroxyapatite,which indicates high *** analysis of roughness of coatings without and with v.ncom.cin did not rev.al any differences,confirm.ng the high roughness of the *** electrochem.cal tests,an increase in corrosion resistance by m.re than two tim.s after the application of PEO coatings was *** to the results of an in v.v. study,after 28 days of the im.lantation of sam.les with calcium.phosphate PEO coating and v.ncom.cin,no signs of inflam.ation were observ.d,while an inflam.atory reaction dev.loped in the area of im.lantation of bare alloy,followed by *** release tests from.the coatings show a sharp decrease in the concentration of the released antibiotic on day 7 and then a gradual decrease until day *** the experim.nt,no significant dev.ations in the condition and behav.or of the anim.ls were observ.d;clinical tests did not rev.al a system.c toxic reaction.

A large-scale fine-grained m.-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr alloy plate with high strength and ductility was successfully prepared by m.lti-pass friction stir processing(m.SP)technology in this *** structure of grains and long period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase were characterized,and the m.chanical properties uniform.ty was ***,a quantitativ. relationship between the m.crostructure and tensile yield strength was *** results showed that the grains in the processed zone(PZ)and interfacial zone(IZ)were refined from.50μm.to 3μm.and 4μm.respectiv.ly,and num.rous original LPSO phases were *** IZ,som. block-shaped 18R LPSO phases were transform.d into needle-like 14H LPSO phases due to stacking faults and the short-range diffusion of solute *** sev.re shear deform.tion in the form.of kinetic energy caused profuse stacking fault to be generated and m.v. rapidly,greatly increasing the transform.tion rate of LPSO *** m.SP,the ultim.te tensile strength,yield strength and elongation to failure of the large-scale plate were 367 m.a,305 m.a and 18.0% *** refinem.nt and LPSO phase strengthening were the m.jor strengthening m.chanism. for the m.SP *** particularly,the strength of IZ was com.arable to that of PZ because the strength contribution of the 14H LPSO phase offsets the lack of grain refinem.nt strengthening in *** result opposes the widely accepted notion that IZ is a weak region in m.SP-prepared large-scale fine-grained plate.
