A Nov.l Pack.t Switch Node Architecture for Contention Resolution in Synchronous Optical Pack.t Switched Network.

Pack.t contention is a k.y issue in optical pack.t switch (OPS) network. and finds a v.able solution by including optical buffering techniques incorporating fiber delay lines (FDLs) in the switch architecture. The present paper proposes a nov.l switch architecture for pack.t contention resolution in synchronous OPS network.employing the pack.t circulation in FDLs in a synchronized manner. A mathematical model for the proposed switch architecture is dev.loped employing pack.t queuing control to estimate the block.ng probability for the incoming traffic. The switch performance is analyzed with a suitable contention resolution al-gorithm through the computer simulation. The simulation results substantiate the proposed model for the switch architecture.

Buried channels prov.de k.ys to infer Quaternary stratigraphic and paleo-env.ronmental changes:A case study from the west coast of India

Effect of Projectile Break.Up Threshold Energy on Incomplete Fusion at Energy ≈ 4 - 7 Mev.Nucleon

Complete and incomplete fusion cross sections hav. been measured for the 20Ne + 51v.system to inv.stigate the influence of projectile break.up at or abov. the barrier energies. The excitation function of the indiv.dual reaction channel measured using off-line γ-ray spectroscopy has been compared with those estimated theoretically using the statistical model code PACE4. A significant fraction of incomplete fusion has been found in the production of residues inv.lv.ng α-particle in the exit channel. In order to understand the energy dependence of incomplete fusion reactions, incomplete fusion fraction has been deduced, which has also been compared with the earlier data av.ilable for 12C and 16O projectiles to look.for the projectile structure dependence.
