Ni-Zn ferrite with composition of Ni1-xZnxFe2O4 (x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0) were prepa.ed by citra.e gel method. The Dielectric Properties for a.l the sa.ples were inv.stiga.ed a. room tempera.ure a. a.function of frequency. The dielectric consta.t shows dispersion in the lower frequency region a.d rema.ns a.most consta.t a. higher frequencies. The frequency dependence of dielectric loss ta.gent (ta. δ) is found to be a.norma., giv.ng a.pea. a. certa.n frequency for mixed Ni-Zn ferrites. a.qua.ita.iv. expla.a.ion is giv.n for the composition a.d frequency dependence of the dielectric loss ta.gent.

Contour cutting in such ma.eria. with sha.p corner ra.ius， na.row kerf width， a.d ma.nta.ning high dimensiona. a.cura.y a.d surfa.e integrity is a.cha.lenge for the modern ma.ufa.turing industry. Wire electrica. discha.ge ma.hining （WEDM） is a.fea.ible process to meet the a.ov. cha.lenges. Howev.r， proper control of process pa.a.eters is highly necessa.y for qua.ity cutting of such ma.eria.. In order to meet the a.ov. cha.lenges， the present work focuses on the optimum selection of different process pa.a.eters such a. pulse-on time (TON)， pulse-off time (TOFF)， spa.k ga. v.lta.e （Sv. a.d wire feed ra.e （WF） using Ta.uchi-ba.ed multi response signa. to noise ra.io （MRSN） technique. This is a.v.ry simple multi response optimiza.ion technique to simulta.eously optimize v.ta. responses like thickness of white la.er formed on the ma.hined surfa.es， a.0}ra.e cra.k density， surfa.e roughness a.d dimensiona. a.cura.y， without the a.sista.ce of a.y softwa.e. Moreov.r， simple regression models a.e dev.loped to determine the a.ov. responses for a.y combina.ion of process pa.a.eters. Industry personnel will find this study useful in utilizing this expensiv. non-conv.ntiona. ma.hining method in a.techno-economic ma.ner.

In v.ew of the difficulties in sta.d v.lume estima.ion in na.ura. forests, we deriv.d rea. form fa.tors a.d models for v.lume estima.ion in these types of forest ecosystems, using Ka.a.nia.ha. Wildlife Sa.ctua.y a. a.ca.e study. Tree growth da.a.were obta.ned for a.l trees （dbh 〉10 cm） in 4 plots （25 × 25 m） ra.domly loca.ed in ea.h of three stra.a.selected in the forest. The form fa.tor ca.cula.ed for the sta.d wa. 0.42 a.d a.ra.ge of 0.42 0.57 wa. estima.ed for selected species （density 〉10）. The pa.a.eters of model v.ria.les were consistent with genera. growth trends of trees a.d ea.h wa. sta.istica.ly significa.t. There wa. no significa.t difference （p〉0.05） between the observ.d a.d predicted v.lumes for a.l models a.d there wa. v.ry high correla.ion between observ.d a.d predicted v.lumes. The output of the performa.ce sta.istics a.d the logica. signs of the regression coefficients of the models demonstra.ed tha. they a.e useful for v.lume estima.ion with minima. error. Plotting the bia.es with respect to considera.le regressor v.ria.les showed no mea.ingful a.d ev.dent trend of bia. v.lues a.ong with the independent v.ria.les. This showed tha. the models did not v.ola.e regression a.sumptions a.d there were no heterosceda.ity or multiculna.ity problems. We recommend use of the form fa.tors a.d models in this ecosystem a.d in simila. ones for sta.d a.d tree v.lume estima.ion.

Objectiv.:To study the ca.ine echinococcosis by coproa.tigen ELISa.***:During the present inv.stiga.ion experimenta. infection wa. esta.lished using ev.gina.ed worms of Echinococcus gra.ulosus(***).To check cross rea.tiv.ty two pups were infected with Ta.nia.hyda.igena.***).In order to detect the presence of a.tigen,hyperimmune sera.were ra.sed a.a.nst excretory-secretory products of a.ult worms *** gra.ulosus. Fa.ca. sa.ple collected either from experimenta.ly infected pups or from other sources were hea.ed a. 70℃to detect hea. sta.le soluble ***:Pups ha.bouring less tha. 104 worms showed nega.iv. *** collected from 14 da.s onwa.ds from experimenta.ly infected a.ima.s ha.bouring more tha. 104 worms showed positiv. *** ma.imum positiv. sa.ples were detected in sa.ples collected from in a.d a.ound sla.ghter house a.d the lea.t number of sa.ples were detected positiv. ma.nta.ned by dog ***:The a.finity purified IgG exhibited promising results for detection of ca.ine echinococcosis by indirect ELISa.
