Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)is the main cause of diarrhea,vomiting,and mortality in pigs,which results in devastating economic loss to the pig industry around the *** recent years,the advent of RNAsequencing technologies has led to delineate host responses at late stages of PEDV infection;however,the comparative analysis of host responses to early-stage infection of virulent and avirulent PEDV strains is currently ***,using the BGI DNBSEQ RNA-sequencing,we performed global gene expression profiles of pig intestinal epithelial cells infected with virulent(GDS01)or avirulent(HX)PEDV strains for 3,6,and 12 *** was observed that over half of all significantly dysregulated genes in both infection groups exhibited a down-regulated expression *** enrichment analyses indicated that the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in the GDS01 group were predominantly related to autophagy and apoptosis,whereas the genes showing the differential expression in the HX group were strongly enriched in immune responses/*** the DEGs,the functional association of TLR3 and IFIT2 genes with the HX and GDS01 strains replication was experimentally validated by TLR3 inhibition and IFIT2 overexpression systems in cultured ***3 expression was found to inhibit HX strain,but not GDS01 strain,replication by enhancing the IFIT2 expression in infected *** conclusion,our study highlights similarities and differences in gene expression patterns and cellular processes/pathways altered at the early-stage infection of PEDV virulent and avirulent *** findings may provide a foundation for establishing novel therapies to control PEDV infection.

Lead is one of the most well-known naturally occurring environmental heavy metals. This experimental study was designed to evaluate lead induced toxic effects on hepatocytes and lobular architecture as judged microscopically. material and methods: This study was conducted in anatomy department, Benha faculty of medicine, Benha University, Egypt from may to October 2013 on 30 normal adult albino rats divided into 3 groups;one control and 2 experimental groups. The experimental groups were given 0.13% lead acetate solution in drinking water for 4 and 8 weeks, respectively. Animals were scarified and livers were removed and used to identify microscopic changes. Specimens were stained with Hematoxylin and eosin, with masson trichrome stain for study of fibrous tissue and with periodic acid shiff's (PAS) to study the glycogen content. Other specimens were prepared for ultrastructural study. Results: mild lymphocytic infiltration, vacuolar degeneration and mild increase of periportal fibrosis with mild depletion of glycogen content and partial disappearance of glycogen vacuoles were reported in animals received contaminated water for 4 weeks. Animals maintained for 8 weeks on contaminated water showed hepatic changes in the form of abundant lymphocytic infiltration, increased cellular polymorphism, pyknotic nuclei and areas of cell necrosis with evident moderate periportal fibrosis and marked vacuolar degeneration associated with marked depletion of glycogen content. Ultrastructural study revealed mitochondrial edema, appearance of interstitial inflammatory cells, and appearance of scattered variable sized lead electron-dense inclusion bodies. Conclusion: It could be concluded that chronic exposure to lead imposes a potent toxic effect on liver cells manifested as glycogen depletion, cellular infiltration and liver architecture in the form of initiation of periportal fibrosis that may progress to liver cirrhosis.

利用瞬变电磁(TEm)和地面电磁(GEm)方法,本文研究了埃及Hawara遗址区的地下水对遗址的影响.这个遗址包括Hawara金字塔、北区墓地、以及被称作"迷宫"的南区墓葬场所.现今Hawara遗址已经完全荒废,被耕作区和Bahr Wahba运河包围.地表水和地下水会破坏Hawara金字塔和"迷宫"遗址的地基,现在金字塔入口已被淹没至地面下约6 m深处.本文在耕作区、金字塔以及"迷宫"等三个地区进行了TEm勘察;在"迷宫"地区进行了GEm勘察.综合分析以上两种勘察数据,我们发现,农业灌溉是浸入到地下的水的主要来源;本地区地下水位随着观测点及海拔的不同,在地面以下2～7 m之间变化.

Background and Purpose: Decompressive craniectomy is a surgery used to remove a large bone flap and opening the dura to allow edematous brain tissue to bulge extracranially. However, the efficacy of decompressive surgery to reduce the mortality and improve the outcome in patients with refractory intra-cranial pressure is still unclear. We investigated whether decompressive crani-ectomy is associated with improved conscious state and survival in patients with severely raised intracranial pressure and resistant to conservative management. methods: We studied 20 patients with clinical and radiological evidence of increased intracranial pressure & indicated for decompressive crani-ectomy. All patients were followed postoperatively in ICU with serial follow up (CT). Consciousness level was evaluated using the Glasgow Coma Scale and Glasgow outcome score. Results: The overall mortality was 11 cases (55%), two cases remain in a vegetative state (10%), one case (5%) was severely disabled and six cases (30%) discharged with mild disability. Conclusion: In 20 cases with severely raised intracranial pressure resistant to conservative management Decompressive Craniectomy allowed (30 %) of cases to be discharged from hospitals with mild degree of disability for rehabilitation.

Systemic infammation is a recognized feature in chronic kidney disease （CKD）. The role of systemic infammation in the pathogenesis of vascular calcifcation was recently settled. FGF23 was recently accused as a direct stimulus of systemic inflammation. This finding explains the strong association of FGF23 to vascular calcifcation and increased mortality among CKD.

根据建筑行业发展结构的定义,项目的每个阶段都存在利益相关方。这些专家有不同的沟通方式,使用不同的技术,创造和处理大量的材料。信息已经形成,必须对信息进行错误解释和重构,以适应不同的个人和软件,这会导致项目每一步的冗余和知识损失。一些专家认为,采用建筑信息建模(BIm)是缩小差距、建立单一信息源而不是许多信息源的一种手段。该建筑项目是全国社会经济发展的最大部门。近年来,节约成本监控是建筑工程的重要组成部分,并成为世界主要建筑工程施工过程中必不可少的一件事。但是,就目前现状来看,无论是最好的还是最完善的项目内部开发定价管理软件都无法准确预测项目价格。在项目首期付款中,因素的不确定性导致了资产超支,主要是由于项目定价决策效率低下、缺乏技术进步、以及由于缺乏技术进步建筑公司定价的决策和预测结果不明确,严重影响了相关公司的利益。因此,本文对工程造价估算模型进行了研究,并建立了神经网络完全预测模型,以提高项目造价估算方法的准确性和可行性。该模型可应用于建筑项目中,其成本受到严格控制,为合资企业带来了巨大的利润,并促进了公司利润的增长。这是通过运用BIm技术和机器学习反向传播模型以及适当利用数字化的溢价来实现的。对于基于BIm应用的施工成本管理和调度方法,通过计算开发时间以及设计过程的成本,工程师在设计阶段创建三维模型并改进技术工作,这是结构工程的一项重要职责,有助于业主利益最大化,该模型集成了建筑的所有特征,并且可以在设计阶段对建筑进行更好的规划。例如,在其存在的概念阶段,建筑时间和费用对开发结果有着巨大的影响。计算施工活动时间和费用的标准方法是基于二维模型,该模型需要专业人员、协调员和开发过程中涉及的解释变量的时间和精力,当项目方案存在变化时,专业人员所耗费的时间和精力都不可估量。而建筑信息模型“BIm”是一个促进数据传输并确保建筑师和施工经理之间协作的系统,可以提供有效的成本估算和进度安排方法,减少相关专业人员的工作量。由于建筑行业对于工程项目的“可持续性”关注度越来越高,对于建筑项目全过程成本的控制也至关重要,通过减少大气污染、节省建筑时间、提高劳动力效率并支持经济发展等,完成“可持续性”建筑。本研究旨在建立一种综合方法,将BIm与工程概念实施时的建筑成本、进度和可持续性计算进行互操作,目标是尽可能缩短工程项目准备时间,提高传统建筑和模块化建筑在有关决策方面的有效性。该模型由五个独立部分组成:数据采集组件、价值管理模块、编程模块、可持续评估收发器和5D集成节点。在一个框架中创建插件,将BIm软件(即Autodesk Revit)和microsoft Office Excel互连,以确保在电子表格程序中自动执行这些组件之间的传输,从而允许规划者和管理者开始生成可靠的建筑估算成本、建筑日历、预备性可持续评估,建设项目快速建模。与此同时,不同公司将准备和部署几种替代解决方案,向各部门合作交流。由本文的研究结果可知,可持续设计是建筑结构的重要评价因素,新建建筑是实现绿色建筑目标的有效途径,但是,高昂的建筑成本控制了预制结构的普及和使用。BIm创新是制造业的一项尖端技术,与预制相结合非常有效,依靠BIm技术,建筑预制的成本得到了管理,与传统结构相比,它具有建造速度快、安全性高、环保等优点。本研究还考察了影响制造和运输因素的成本,并阐述了基于BI m技术的预制成本管理方法。它从成本控制、财务分析和经济估算三个方面检查了BIm技术在这一阶段的使用情况,并最终确认了以预制结构为研究对象的基于BIm的成本估算的可行性。

Successful blind image deconvolution algorithms require the exact estimation of the Point Spread Function size, PSF. In the absence of any priori information about the imagery system and the true image, this estimation is normally done by trial and error experimentation, until an acceptable restored image quality is obtained. This paper, presents an exact estimation of the PSF size, which yields the optimum restored image quality for both noisy and noiseless images. It is based on evaluating the detail energy of the wave packet decomposition of the blurred image. The minimum detail energies occur at the optimum PSF size. Having accurately estimated the PSF, the paper also proposes a fast double updating algorithm for improving the quality of the restored image. This is achieved by the least squares minimization of a system of linear equations that minimizes some error functions derived from the blurred image. moreover, a technique is also proposed to improve the sharpness of the deconvolved images, by constrained maximization of some of the detail wavelet packet energies. Simulation results of several examples have verified that the proposed technique manages to yield a sharper image with higher PSNR than classical approaches.

Phenetic Analysis of morphological and molecular Traits in Acanthaceae Juss

Transient Electro magnetic (TEm) survey has been conducted at Hawara archeological area,Fayoum,Egypt to investigate the subsurface water and its effect on the archeological targets at this *** archeological site comprises Hawara pyramid and the so-called *** Hawara area is entirely abandoned and surrounded by some cultivated lands in addition to a surface water canal named"Bahr Wahba".The surface and underground water bodies have bad effects on the foundation of Hawara owamid and the labyrinth site,where the entrance to the pyramid is today flooded to a depth of about 6 meters below the ground surface. TEm data have been acquired at three sites in this area comprising the cultivated land,the pyramid and the labyrinth. Integrated interpretation of these data sets indicates that,the agricultural activities and the flooding irrigation of the planted area are the main sources for the water that invades the subsurface section at this area.

Acanthaceae has received considerable taxonomic attention at the familial, subfamilial, tribal and subtribal levels. Several different infra-familial classifications have been proposed for the Acanthaceae, but no taxonomic consensus has yet been reached. The main objective of the present study is to throw light on the phenetic relationships and to explore the contribution of morphological and molecular characters in systematics of Acanthaceae. The morphological data viz. macromorphology, stomatography, lamina architecture and ISSR profiles of 30 Egyptian acanthaceous taxa were investigated. The phenetic analysis using NTSYS-PC version 2.02 software based on 55 potentially informative morphological and molecular characters indicated that the used morphological and ISSR criteria is likely to be useful and valuable taxonomic traits. The morphological characters and ISSR aspects of all the studied species produced a phenogram that showed two series;one of them had two subseries, the first one comprised only three taxa while the second divided into two clusters, each contained two groups. The delimitation and the membership of the studied taxa clearly merit additional study using more criteria. The phenetic analysis of both morphological and molecular attributes clarified the segregation of genus Avicennia as a distinct identity away from Acanthaceae. Acanthus mollis & A. montanus are isolated in its own series that comparable to tribe Acantheae of the current taxonomic systems. The studied species of Thunbergia are gathered its own subseries that comparable to tribe Thunbergiae and Ruellia in its own group that comparable to tribe Ruellieae.
