目的:对晚期脊髓损伤患者开展嗅鞘细胞再移植治疗,探讨其对神经功能的继续改善效果。方法:①患者男性,27岁,哈萨克斯坦籍,2001年9月20日遭霰弹枪击急诊手术后,双下肢不能运动及感觉消失,尿便失禁,右下肢阵发性钝痛。诊断为陈旧性完全性脊髓损伤(T12),美国脊髓损伤协会标准脊髓功能分级为A级。2002年9月30日第1次行脊髓胚胎嗅鞘细胞移植术,2007年2月5日行第2次脊髓胚胎嗅鞘细胞移植术。治疗方案患者知情同意。②取4个月流产胚胎(孕妇及其家属均知情同意)的嗅球,消化成单个嗅鞘细胞后培养2周,细胞浓度约2×1010L-1。于患者相应脊髓损伤上端(平T11椎体)做1个锁孔,直径约3cm,在脊髓损伤部位与正常脊髓交界处沿中线于无血管区,分两点用4.5号细针共注入100μL(第1次手术)、50μL(第2次手术)嗅鞘细胞悬液,细胞数均为1×106个。第2次移植术前进行供、受体细胞hLA配型,术后口服FK506胶囊2mg,2次/d,共42d。结果:①第1次术后3个月,排尿能控制6h,双足运动功能改善,性功能改善,阴茎勃起功能改善,疼痛减轻。②第2次术后10d,双下肢双足皮肤泌汗功能改善,右下肢疼痛减轻,腹部皮肤感觉稍有好转,针刺觉左侧由术前T10皮节消失好转至T10减退。较第2次移植前椎旁躯体感觉诱发电位有所改善,双侧椎旁电位从T10下降到T12。结论:胚胎嗅鞘细胞二次移植能继续改善晚期脊髓损伤患者的神经功能。但移植的细胞数量、容积、注射点位置等需深入探讨。

１９９２年８月１９日吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国苏撒孟尔盆地发生７．３级地震，主余震为６．７级。地震发生于北天山褶皱带内。震中烈度Ⅸ度。极震区内地震滑坡、崩塌呈ＥＷ向带状分布，并有地裂、泥砂喷发现象发生。主震和主余震的宏观震中区均产生地震断层陡坎。主震断层陡坎最高３．３５ｍ，陡坎总长度为１ｋｍ，陡坎走向为Ｎ６５°Ｅ～Ｎ８０°Ｅ，主震断层以逆推为主，并兼有右旋扭动。地震断层自南向北逆冲的水平距离是２ｍ左右。主余震断层陡坎长３ｋｍ，走向Ｎ６５°Ｗ，高７５ｃｍ左右。探槽开挖证实，主余震断层产状为Ｎ７２°Ｗ／１９２°∠１０°，地震时由南向北逆冲的水平距离是１ｍ。Ⅶ度以上等烈度线特征。

The present study was undertaken to determine the effects of different levels of urea-N fertilizer in addition to ipil-ipil tree litter on yield of rice and insect prevalence. The field study was conducted at the Agroforestry Field Laboratory, Bangladesh Agricultural University, mymensingh during July-December 2004. The treatments included 0, 90, 180, and 270 kg urea per hectare. All four treatments received five tons ipil-ipil tree litter per hectare. The experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four replications. The results showed that the different treatments significantly influenced the yield and yield component viz. total tillers/hill, effective tillers/hill, filled grains and unfilled grains/panicle. The highest yield of 4.62 t·hm-2 with an increase of 21.57% over the control was recorded in treatment 180 kg urea·hm-2, which was statistically similar to treatment 90 kg urea·hm-2. The prevalence of insects viz. green leafhopper, brown plant hopper, rice bugs, leaf folder and stem borers were mostly correlated with N-levels. The prevalence of insects in general gradually increased with the increase of N. Therefore, this study suggests that the combined application of organic materials (tree litter of ipil-ipil) and N-fertilizer of 90 kg·hm-2 may produce good yield while minimizing insect prevalence in the rice field.

通过溶胶-凝胶法制备获得一种具有抗菌性能的锌-铈抗菌白炭黑。通过单因素试验分别探究了锌离子浓度、稀土铈离子浓度和反应时间对锌-铈抗菌白炭黑抑菌率的影响。从而得到了较佳制备条件,锌离子浓度是0.8 mol·L^(-1)、稀土铈离子浓度是0.005 mol·L^(-1)、反应时间是1.5 h。实验以大肠杆菌为菌种,采用涂布平板法进行抗菌实验。采用SEm、EDS、BET、FTIR和XRD检测手段对产品进行表征。结果表明,锌-铈抗菌白炭黑结构蓬松,平均粒径较小,为无定形态。锌-铈抗菌白炭黑的比表面积为载体白炭黑的两倍多,更有利于作为添加剂加入到制品中。锌和铈离子的加入,载体白炭黑的原本结构并没有发生改变。此外,本研究还将锌-铈抗菌白炭黑添加到陶瓷中,获得了具有抗菌性能的抗菌陶瓷。

【目的】为鄂尔多斯杭锦旗黄河南岸灌区引黄滴灌玉米提出合理的水肥调控方案。【方法】采用田间试验,设3个引黄滴灌灌水定额(225、300 m^(3)/hm^(2)和375 m^(3)/hm^(2)),每种灌溉定额下均设2个施氮量(207、276 kg/hm^(2)),研究了引黄滴灌条件下不同水肥处理对玉米耗水量、耗水强度、水分生产率和玉米产量的影响。【结果】引黄滴灌条件下水氮互作表现出显著的正交互作用。耗水量与耗水强度随灌水定额的增加呈递增趋势,耗水量与耗水强度的峰值均出现在玉米的抽雄期—灌浆期。在一定的水分条件下,增加施肥量对玉米耗水特性的影响不显著;在同一灌水定额下,增加施肥量不能显著提高作物千粒质量、籽粒产量和水分生产率,当施肥量超过一定数量时,继续施肥对产量和水分生产率反而产生负影响。当灌水量为4206.84~4890.36 m^(3)/hm^(2)、施肥量为977.13~1122.87 kg/hm^(2)时,引黄滴灌玉米有95%的概率可获得大于8765.55 kg/hm^(2)的籽粒产量。【结论】综合节水、高产和高效等生产因素,建议鄂尔多斯黄河南岸灌区引黄滴灌玉米灌水定额300 m^(3)/hm^(2)左右,灌水12~14次,施尿素(含氮量为46%)1200 kg/hm^(2)左右。

Background: mastitis in dairy cows caused by Staphylococcus aureus is a major problem hindering economic growth in dairy farms worldwide. It is difficult to prevent or eliminate due to its asymptomatic nature and long persistence of infection. Although transcriptomic responses of bovine mammary gland cells to pathogens that cause mastitis have been studied, the common responses of peripheral blood leukocytes to S. aureus infection across two consecutive generations of dairy cattle have not been ***: In the current study, RNA-Seq was used to profile the transcriptomes of peripheral blood leukocytes sampled from S. aureus-infected mothers and their S. aureus-infected daughters, and also healthy non-infected mothers and their healthy daughters. Differential gene expression was evaluated as follows: 1) S. aureus-infected cows versus healthy non-infected cows(S vs. h, which include all the mothers and daughters), 2) S. aureus-infected mothers versus healthy non-infected mothers(Sm vs. hm), and 3) S. aureus-infected daughters versus healthy noninfected daughters(SmD vs. hmD).Results: Analysis of all identified expressed genes in the four groups(Sm, SmD, hm, and hmD) showed that EPOR,IL9, IFNL3, CCL26, IL26 were exclusively expressed in both the hm and hmD groups, and that they were significantly(P hed for the cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway. A total of 17, 13 and 10 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)(FDR Padj. 1.2) were detected in the three comparisons, respectively. DEGs with P 2 were used for functional enrichment analyses. For the S vs. h comparison, DEGs detected included CCL20, IL13 and mmP3, which are associated with the IL-17 signaling pathway. Objective: To study the effects of continuous morphine infusion on arterial bl ood pressure in ventilated neonates. Design: Blinded randomised placebo controll ed trial. Setting: Level III neonatal intensive care unit in two centres. Patients: A total of 144 ventilated neonates. Inclusion criteria were postnatal age hours, and indwelling arterial line. Exclusion criteria were severe asphyxia, severe intraventricular haemorrhage, major congenital anomalies, neu romuscular blockers. Intervention: Arterial blood pressure was measured before t he start and during the first 48 hours of masked infusion of drug (morphine/plac ebo; 100 μg/kg+10 μg/kg/h). Outcome measures: Arterial blood pressure and blo od pressure variability. Results: There were no significant differences in overa ll mean arterial blood pressure between the morphine group (median (interquartil e range) 36 mm hg (6) and the placebo group (38 mm hg (6)) (P=0.11). Although si gnificantly more morphine treated patients (70%) showed hypotension than the pl acebo group (47%) (P=0.004), the use of volume expanders and vasopressor drugs was not significantly different (morphine group, 44%; placebo group, 48%; P=0. 87), indicating the limited clinical significance of this side effect. Blood pre ssure variability was not influenced by routine morphine analgesia (P=0.81) or a dditional morphine (P=0.80). Patients with and without intraventricular haemorrh age showed no differences in blood pressure (mann-Whitney U test 1953; P=0.14) or incidence of hypotension (χ2 test 1.16; df 1; P=0.28). Conclusions: Overall arterial blood pressure, use of inotropes, and blood pressure variability were n ot influenced by morphine infusion. Therefore the clinical impact of hypotension as a side effect of low dosemorphine treatment in neonates is negligible.

脑缺血后血脑屏障(BBB)的破坏与外周细胞向脑内浸润、病孔损形成与进展、以及临床病程恶化密切相关。目前BBB完整性的调控机制,尤其是在永久性缺血后的调控机制尚未明确。本研究使用小鼠永久性脑缺血模型进行相关研究,结果显示,星形胶质细胞N-myc下游调控基因2(NDRG2)可能是缺血性脑卒中后BBB通透性的调控分子,该分子与分化和应激相关。免疫组化显示,在永久性大脑中动脉闭塞(mCAO)后,NDRG2在星形胶质细胞中的表达显著增加。敲除NDRG2基因,脑梗死体积增加,免疫细胞在缺血同侧大脑半球积聚增加。mCAO后,NDRG2基因敲除小鼠缺血侧皮质的缺血灶内及灶周血管周围区域内的血清蛋白(包括纤维蛋白原和免疫球蛋白)的外渗增强此之,mCAO后NDRG2基因敲除小鼠体内基质金属蛋白酶(mmPs)的表达也显著增加。在细胞培养中,NDRG2-/-星形胶质细胞中mmP-3的表达和分泌增加,这种增加可被腺病毒介导的NDRG2再表达所逆转。综上所述,脑缺血后,星形胶质细胞内的NDRG2可能通过调节mmP的表达,而在BBB通透性的调节和免疫细胞浸润中起到重要作用。
