In this study,we aimto investigate certain triple integral transformand its application to a class of partial *** discuss various properties of the new transformincluding inversion, linearity, existence, scaling andshifting, etc. Then,we derive several results enfolding partial derivatives and establish amulti-convolution ***, we apply the aforementioned transform to some classical functions and many types of partial differentialequations involving heat equations,wave equations, Laplace equations, and Poisson equations ***,wedraw some figures to illustrate 3-D contour plots for exact solutions of some selected examples involving differentvalues in their variables.

Base isolators used in buildings provide both a good acceleration reduction and structural vibration control *** base isolators may lose their damping capacity over time due to environmental or dynamic *** deterioration of them requires the determination of the maintenance and repair needs and is important for the long-termisolator *** this study,an artificial intelligence prediction model has been developed to determine the damage and maintenance-repair requirements of isolators as a result of environmental effects and dynamic factors over *** the developed model,the required damping capacity of the isolator structure was estimated and compared with the previously placed isolator capacity,and the decrease in the damping property was tried to be *** this purpose,a data set was created by collecting the behavior of structures with single degrees of freedom(SDOF),different stiffness,damping ratio and natural period isolated from the foundation under far fault *** data is divided into 5 different damping classes varying between 10%and 50%.Machine learning model was trained in damping classes with the data on the structure’s response to random seismic *** a result of the isolator behavior under randomly selected earthquakes,the recorded motion and structural acceleration of the structure against any seismic vibration were examined,and the decrease in the damping capacity was estimated on a class *** performance loss of the isolators,which are separated according to their damping properties,has been tried to be determined,and the reductions in the amounts to be taken into account have been determined by *** the developed prediction model,using various supervised machine learning classification algorithms,the classification algorithm providing the highest precision for the model has been *** the results are examined,it has been determined that the damping of the isolator structure with the

Background and Purpose— Mitochondrial dysfunction is involved in the mechanism of early brain injury（EBI） following subarachnoid hemorrhage（SAH）. Blood-brain barrier disruption is a devastating outcome in the early stage of SAH. In this study, we aimed to investigate the role of a mitochondria-related drug Mitoquinone（MitoQ） in blood-brain barrier disruption after SAH in rats. Methods— A total of 181 male Sprague–Dawley SAH rats with the endovascular perforation model were utilized. Intraperitoneal MitoQ was given 1 hour（h） post-SAH. Cerebroventricular ML385, an inhibitor of NF-E2-related factor 2（Nrf2） and Small interfering ribonucleic acid（siRNA） for Prohibitin 2（PHB2） were injected respectively 24 h and 48 h before SAH. Neurological function evaluation was performed before sacrifice. SAH grade was measured during the sacrifice of each animal. Brain water content was performed at 24 h. Coimmunoprecipitation was used to demonstrate the relationship of proteins Nrf2 and PHB2. Mitochondrial and cytoplasmic fractions were gathered using mitochondria isolation kits. Pathway related proteins were investigated with Western blot and immunofluorescence staining. Transmission electron microscopy was performed for mitochondrial morphology. Results— Expression of Nrf2 levels peaked at the 3 h time point following SAH and then decreased to normal levels at 24 h, while PHB2 and Optic Atrophy 1（OPA1） decreased at 24 h and 72 h after SAH compared with the Sham group. MitoQ treatment attenuated neurological deficits and brain edema, thereby resulting in a decreased expression of Albumin, while an increase of Nrf2, PHB2, OPA1 and Claudin-5 proteins compared with SAH+vehicle group. With co-immunoprecipitation, Nrf2 and PHB2 were further demonstrated to show their interaction. And MitoQ administration lead to more binding of the two proteins. ML385 abolished the effects of MitoQ on neurobehavior and protein levels post-SAH. Similarly, PHB2 siRNA reversed the neuroprotection of MitoQ

The historical dogma that bladder calculi comprise the main indication for prostatic surgery has recently been *** this study,we aimed to predict which patients should undergo simultaneous prostate and bladder calculi surgery or only bladder calculi removal by evaluating preoperative risk *** hundred and seventeen men with bladder stones and concomitant benign prostate enlargement(BPE)who had not received medical treatment before were included in the *** the first step,only the bladder calculi of patients were removed and medical treatment was given for *** patients who benefited from medical treatment during the follow-up were defined as Group 1 and the patients who required prostate surgery for any indication comprised Group *** factors for prostate surgery requirements were determined by comparing preoperative characteristics between the two groups with a cox regression *** the follow-up of 117 patients with bladder stones removed and medical treatment initiated,49(41.9%)patients had prostate surgery *** indication for 33(67.3%)of 49 patients was medical treatment *** presence of intravesical prostatic protrusion(IPP;hazard ratio:2.071,95%confidence interval[Cl]:1.05-4.05,P=0.034),and high postvoiding residual urine volume(hazard ratio:1.013,95%Cl:1.007-1.019,P<0.001)were found to be preoperative risk factors for needing future prostate *** patients who have not received medical treatment for BPE before,bladder calculi developing secondary to BPE do not always constitute an indication for prostate surgery.

为探讨利用三波段植被指数(three-band index,3BI)对春小麦叶片水分含量(leaf water content,LWC)估算的可行性,在田间尺度上,利用ASD-FieldSpec-3光谱仪测定春小麦抽穗期冠层光谱反射率,采用任意波段组合方法,分别建立两波段植被指数(two-band index,2BI)包括比值植被指数(RVI)、归一化植被指数(NDVI)、差值植被指数(DVI)及3BI,并对单波段反射率、两波段植被指数和三波段植被指数与春小麦抽穗期LWC之间进行相关性分析,筛选稳定的光谱参数,基于人工神经网络(artificial neural network,ANN)、K近邻(K-nearest neighbors,KNN)和支持向量回归(support vector regression,SVR)等3种机器学习算法,建立有效波段组合运算的抽穗期春小麦LWC估算模型,并利用独立样本对模型精度进行检验和评价。结果表明,单波段反射率、2BI和3BI与春小麦抽穗期LWC之间的相关性均达极显著水平(P<0.01),而相关系数差异较大,绝对值分别为0.23、0.62、0.94,说明组合波段展现了光谱隐含信息,避免有效光谱信息的丢失;估算模型中,春小麦抽穗期以KNN算法和最佳3BI组合变量(3BI-5(1075,1095,1085)、3BI-6(1100,400,1097))构建的模型拟合度最高(r^(2)=0.83),均方根误差最小(RMSE=2.14%),相对偏差百分比超出了2.0以上(RPD=2.31),说明该模型具有一定的预测能力。由此可见,通过任意波段组合,可明显提高3BI与春小麦LWC的关联度,且基于K近邻算法构建的模型具有较好的稳定性和估算能力。

Al-1.1%Sc and A1-2%Sc （mass fraction） alloys were prepared using gas atomized alloy particles. Samples from consolidated alloys were analyzed by XRD for the determination of lattice parameters. Using these lattice parameters, the mechanical properties of the alloys were calculated theoretically with WIEN2k and EMTO programs, respectively. The elasticity moduli of the experimentally produced alloys were compared with the theoretical calculation results. The calculated mechanical properties of A13Sc phase and A1-Sc alloys were discussed to determine the optimum Sc content of Al-Sc alloys. It may be concluded that the Sc content should be the maximum about 1.0%, much more Sc addition could not improve the mechanical properties of the alloys.
