A new era of data access and management has begun with the use of cloud computing in the healthcare *** the efficiency and scalability that the cloud provides, the security of private patient data is still a majorconcern. Encryption, network security, and adherence to data protection laws are key to ensuring the confidentialityand integrity of healthcare data in the cloud. The computational overhead of encryption technologies could leadto delays in data access and processing rates. To address these challenges, we introduced the Enhanced ParallelMulti-Key Encryption Algorithm (EPM-KEA), aiming to bolster healthcare data security and facilitate the securestorage of critical patient records in the cloud. The data was gathered from two categories Authorization forHospital Admission (AIH) and Authorization for High Complexity *** use Z-score normalization forpreprocessing. The primary goal of implementing encryption techniques is to secure and store massive amountsof data on the cloud. It is feasible that cloud storage alternatives for protecting healthcare data will become morewidely available if security issues can be successfully fixed. As a result of our analysis using specific parametersincluding Execution time (42%), Encryption time (45%), Decryption time (40%), Security level (97%), and Energyconsumption (53%), the system demonstrated favorable performance when compared to the traditional *** suggests that by addressing these security concerns, there is the potential for broader accessibility to cloudstorage solutions for safeguarding healthcare data.

Lignocellulosic biomass especially,sugarcane bagasse Saccharum barberi sp.,appears to be a more suitable material for partial substi-tution of transport fuel(diesel)than Saccharum officinarum sp.,due to its structural similarity to transport fuel(diesel).Besides that,less research has been implemented on this type of ***-oil can be implemented as biodiesel by processing it further using chemical reactions such as hydrodeoxygenation and cracking with zeolite ***,the purpose of this study is to determine the compatibility of pyrolytic bio-oil produced from Saccharum barberi *** comparison with *** *** use as transport fuel(diesel)in automotive *** purpose can be accomplished by comparing the oil’s bio-physiochemical properties for both *** experiment is conducted on a bench-scale on which bio-oil of Saccharum barberi *** secured from the catalytic pyrolysis process at a temperature of 500°C and heating rate of 50°C/min with the addition of ZSM-Zeolite *** analysis of Saccharum barberi *** that cellulose is more reactive than lignin,evidenced by the high percentage of weight loss at tem-peratures ranging from 251°C to 390°*** high contents of carbon(40.7%)and hydrogen(6.50%),as well as slight traces of sulphur(0.08%)and nitrogen(0.85%),in bio-oil(Saccharum barberi sp.)indicate that it is conceivable to be partially used for replacement in biofuel *** physiochemical properties reveal that Saccharum barberi *** more potential than *** *** chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis reveals that bio-oil consists of high amounts of aromatic hydrocarbon(26.2%),phenol(14.8%)and furfural(13.0%)in comparison to *** sp.

The main objective of this study is to measure the relative efficiency of Indonesian universities in 2015. There are twenty five DMUs with four inputs and five outputs that are analyzed. Due to the low number of Indonesian scientific publications, this study analyses the performance of the top 25 universities based on the Webometrics ranking as it has been used as one of the indicators of university achievements by the Higher Education of Indonesia. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to obtain the scores of efficiency, while the Fuzzy approach is applied to address the possibility of errors from the auditor’s assessment in determining the input and output variables correctly. The FDEA can be used in measuring the universities performances under imprecise inputs and outputs. Both the CRS (constant returns to scale) and the VRS (variable returns to scale) models are presented. The empirical results show that 36 percent of universities perform efficiently on the CRS model while 52 percent of universities have efficient performances under the VRS model. Furthermore, the well-known universities have shown relatively low scores, which indicate they need to improve their performances in publishing scientific work, as well as providing useful information to the public through the official websites. Generally, the results of the VRS model are better than the CRS model for both the DEA and the FDEA methods.

对政府信息的获取能够增加政府的透明度,促进政府的问责制和提高公众对政府的信心。获取信息的权利可以使公民更好地理解政府的决策、推动公民参与政治进程、提高政府效率。本研究旨在明确公民通过政府的官方开放数据平台获取政府信息的程度,以确定对《信息自由法》和政府信息分类的理解水平。本研究通过问卷调查的方式收集所需数据,调查问卷发放给布城二十一个部门的二十一个受访者。研究发现,所有受访者都对《信息自由法》和政府信息分类的实施有一定的了解。研究结果可以帮助政府制定计划,改善对政府信息的获取,从而维护政府的廉政以开展民主。

Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) is a well-proven method to reduce NO ***,to choose the right catalyst that provides a surface for reaction between NO and ammonia at low temperatures is a challenging task for a catalyst’s *** an earlier study,we prepared VO-CeO-SiO catalyst with increasing VO content by sol-gel route and found that the catalytic activity improved with increasing the VO loading up to 0.5%.The catalytic activity,however,dropped when VO loading was about 1%and increased back when the loading of VO was about5%.In this study,we looked into the microstructural relationship to explain these *** microstructures of the catalysts before and after exposure to NO gas revealed that the catalysts with0.2%and 0.5%VO were more porous after the reduction process possibly due to improved breakdown of(NH)HCO to NH by the possible interaction with the VO and CeO-containing catalysts which consequently resulted in a more efficient NO reduction to N and HO at low *** microstructure of the catalyst with 1%VO content to 5%,improved back the efficiency although clogging by CeVO phase still possible due to its presence based on *** well-ordered micropores before exposure to NO and the more efficient breakdown of(NH)HCOcould have contributed to increase back the catalytic activity at low temperature.

Salivary Biomarkers May Be Useful to Assess Stress State in Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

Objective: As it is important for medical staff to understand the stress state of patients with cancer, this study investigated the stress state in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy using salivary biomarkers and questionnaires. Materials and Methods: The subjects included 19 men and 9 women, with a mean age of 66.1 ± 7.1 years who received chemotherapy for lung cancer. Salivary samples of the participants were collected before and the 7 day after chemotherapy. Simultaneously, they completed the POMS (profile of mood states) and QOL (quality of life) questionnaires. The salivary cortisol and secretory IgA as stress markers were measured by enzyme immunoassay. Results: The salivary secretory IgA level was significantly higher at the 7th day after chemotherapy than before chemotherapy (p < 0.05), although the salivary cortisol level did not change. The tension-anxiety score, which is one of POMS subclasses, and total mood disturbance score were lower at day 7 of chemotherapy than before chemotherapy (p < 0.05), although no correlations were observed between POMS scores and salivary markers. However, a negative correlation was observed between the salivary cortisol level and the QOL full score (r= -0.411, p < 0.05). Conclusion: Measurement of salivary stress markers is noninvasive and may be useful for assessing the stress state of the patients.

Background: It is important for medical staffs to understand the state of stress of patients with cancer. The authors investigated stress assessment in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Materials and Method: Salivary cortisol and α-amylase were measured as stress markers before and after chemotherapy in 10 patients. Emotional status was assessed using the Profile of Mood States (POMS) questionnaire, and Quality of Life (QOL) was assessed using the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung (FACT-L) questionnaire. Results: No significant differences were found between the before and after chemotherapy in salivary levels of cortisol or α-amylase, the POMS and QOL scores. The salivary cortisol levels correlated with the POMS subscales of anger-hostility, and confusion. A negative correlation was observed between the salivary cortisol level and the QOL full score. The FACT-L full score correlated with the POMS subscales of depression-dejection, fatigue, and confusion.
