Pedestrian detection and tracking are vital elements of today’s surveillance systems,which make daily life safe for ***,human detection and visualization have become essential inventions in the field of computer ***,developing a surveillance system with multiple object recognition and tracking,especially in low light and night-time,is still ***,we propose a novel system based on machine learning and image processing to provide an efficient surveillance system for pedestrian detection and tracking at *** particular,we propose a system that tackles a two-fold problem by detecting multiple pedestrians in infrared(Ir)images using machine learning and tracking them using particle ***,a random forest classifier is adopted for image segmentation to identify pedestrians in an *** result of detection is investigated by particle filter to solve pedestrian *** the extensive experiment,our system shows 93%segmentation accuracy using a random forest algorithm that demonstrates high accuracy for background and roof ***,the system achieved a detection accuracy of 90%usingmultiple templatematching techniques and 81%accuracy for pedestrian ***,our system can identify that the detected object is a ***,our system provided the best results compared to the state-ofart systems,which proves the effectiveness of the techniques used for image segmentation,classification,and *** presented method is applicable for human detection/tracking,crowd analysis,and monitoring pedestrians in Ir video surveillance.

Objective:To evaluate the antioxidant potential and pancreatic lipase inhibitory action of optimized hydroethanolic extracts of Solanum ***:Optimized extraction for maximum.recovery of metabolites was performed using a combination of freeze-drying and ultrasonication followed by determination of antioxidant and antiobesity *** ultra-high performance liquid chromatography equipped with mass spectrometry was used to analyze metabolite profiling of Solanum *** studies were performed using molecular docking and electrostatic potential analysis for individual *** hypolipidemic potential of the most potent extract was assessed in the obese mice fed on fat rich ***:The 80%hydroethanolic extract exhibited the highest extract yield,total phenolic contents,total flavonoid contents along with the strongest 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl scavenging activity,total antioxidant power,and pancreatic lipase inhibitory *** 80%hydroethanolic extract not only regulated the lipid profile of obese mice but also restricted the weight gain in the liver,kidney,and *** 80%hydroethanolic extract also reduced alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase concentrations in *** effects of plant extract at 300 mg/kg body weight were quite comparable with the standard drug ***:Solanum nigrum is proved as an excellent and potent source of secondary metabolites that might be responsible for obesity mitigation.

Banana is a tropical crop cultivated in warm *** stress in Egypt is making banana crops less *** acid(ABA),a key plant hormone,regulates metabolic and physiological processes and protects plants from a variety of *** vitro growing banana shoots were pre-treated with ABA at four concentrations(0,25,50,and 100 mM)and chilled at 5℃for 24 h,followed by a six-day recovery period at 25℃.By comparing ABA treatments to both positive and negative controls,physiological and biochemical changes were *** stress(5℃)caused a considerable increase in lipid peroxidation and ion leakage and reduced photosynthetic pigments in cold-treated *** the concentration of ABA to 100μM enhanced the response to chilling *** had a major effect on mitigating chilling injury in banana shoots by keeping cell membranes stable and lowering the amount of ion leakage and lipid ***,ABA significantly maintained the photosynthetic pigment concentration of banana shoots;accumulated higher amounts of total soluble carbohydrates and proline;and increased DPPH radical scavenging ***,ABA treatment enhanced cold tolerance in chilling-stressed banana shoots through the regulation of antioxidant enzyme ***,the results show that ABA is a good choice for protecting banana shoots from the damage caused by chilling stress.

Energy management benefits both consum.rs and utility companiesalike. Utility companies remain interested in identifying and reducing energywaste and theft, whereas consum.rs’ interest remain in lowering their energyexpenses. A large supply-demand gap of over 6 GW exists in Pakistan asreported in 2018. reducing this gap from the supply side is an expensiveand complex task. However, efficient energy management and distributionon demand side has potential to reduce this gap economically. Electricityload forecasting models are increasingly used by energy managers in takingreal-time tactical decisions to ensure efficient use of resources. Advancementin Machine-learning (ML) technology has enabled accurate forecasting ofelectricity consumption. However, the impact of computation cost affordedby these ML models is often ignored in favour of accuracy. This studyconsiders both accuracy and computation cost as concurrently significantfactors because together they shape the technology environment as well ascreate economic impact. Thus, a three-fold optimized load forecasting modelis proposed which includes (1) application specific parameters selection, (2)impact of different dataset granularities and (3) implementation of specificdata preparation. It deploys and compares the widely used back-propagationArtificial Neural Network (ANN) and random Forest (rF) models for theprediction of electricity consumption of buildings within a university. In addition to the temporal and historical power consumption date as input parameters, the study also embeds weather data as well as university operationalcalendars resulting in improved performance. The outcomes are indicativethat the granularity i.e. the scale of details in data, and set of reduced and fullinput parameters impact performance accuracies differently for ANN and rFmodels. Experimental results show that overall rF model performed betterboth in terms of accuracy as well as computational time for a 1-min, 15-minand 1-h dataset
