Multiuser online system is useful, but the administrator must be nervous at security problem. To solve this problem, the authors propose applying signature verification to multiuser online system. At the authors＇ research, they attempt adding signature verification function based on DP （Dynamic Programming） matching to existing multiuser online kanji learning system. In this paper, the authors propose the construction of the advance system and methods of signature verification, and evaluate performance of those signature verification methods that difference is combination of using features. From signature verification＇s experimental results, the authors adopted to use writing velocity and writing speed differential as using feature to verify the writer for the system. By using signature database which is construct with 20 genuine signatures and 20 forged signatures with 40 writers and written mostly by English or Chinese literal, experimental results of signature verification records 12.71% as maximum EER （Equal Error Rate）, 6.00% as minimum EER, and 8.22% as average EER. From mentioned above, the authors realized to advance the reliability and usefulness of the multiuser online kanji learning system.

Background:Although the most commonly recommended treatment for melanoma and extramammary Paget’s disease(EMPD)of the genital region is wide surgical excision of the lesion,the procedure is highly invasive and can lead to functional and sexual *** treatments have been used for local control when wide local exci-sion was not ***,we describe four patients with genital malignancies who were treated with boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT).Methods:The four patients included one patient with vulvar melanoma(VM)and three with genital *** underwent BNCT at the Kyoto University Research Reactor between 2005 and 2014 using para-boronophenylalanine as the boron delivery *** were irradiated with an epithermal neutron beam between the curative tumor dose and the tolerable skin/mucosal ***:All patients showed similar tumor and normal tissue responses following BNCT and achieved complete responses within 6 *** most severe normal tissue response was moderate skin erosion during the first 2 months,which diminished gradually *** or contact pain persisted for 2 months and resolved com-pletely by 4 ***:Treating VM and EMPD with BNCT resulted in complete local tumor *** on our clinical expe-rience,we conclude that BNCT is a promising treatment for primary VM and EMPD of the genital region.

Post-polypectomy bleeding and thromboembolism risks associated with warfarin vs direct oral anticoagulants

AIM To verify the validity of the endoscopy guidelines for patients taking warfarin or direct oral anticoagulants(DOAC).METHODS We collected data from 218 patients receiving oral anticoagulants(73 DOAC users, 145 warfarin users) and 218 patients not receiving any antithrombotics(age-and sexmatched controls) who underwent polypectomy.(1) We evaluated post-polypectomy bleeding(PPB) risk in patients receiving warfarin or DOAC compared with controls;(2) we assessed the risks of PPB and thromboembolism between three AC management methods: Discontinuing AC with heparin bridge(HPB)(endoscopy guideline recommendation), continuing AC, and discontinuing AC without *** PPB rate was significantly higher in warfarin users and DOAC users compared with controls(13.7% and 13.7% vs 0.9%, P < 0.001), but was not significantly different between rivaroxaban(13.2%), dabigatran(11.1%), and apixaban(13.3%) users. Two thromboembolic events occurred in warfarin users, but none in DOAC users. Compared with the continuing anticoagulant group, the discontinuing anticoagulant with HPB group(guideline recommendation) had a higher PPB rate(10.8% vs 19.6%, P = 0.087). These findings were significantly evident in warfarin but not DOAC users. One thrombotic event occurred in the discontinuing anticoagulant with HPB group and the discontinuing anticoagulant without HPB group; none occurred in the continuing anticoagulant *** PPB risk was similar between patients taking warfarin and DOAC. Thromboembolism was observed in warfarin users only. The guideline recommendations for HPB should be re-considered.

The Peculiar Existence of Protein-Bound Unconjugated Bile Acid in the Cytoplasmic Fraction of Rat Brain

＜正＞ Many diseases appear on the oral mucosa. However, many of these etiology are left unknown, expect some infectious diseases and immunological disturbances. So it is impossible to make etiological classification, and we use the classification according to clinical findings: bullae, erythema, ulcer, white lesion, atrophy and *** we make diagnosis of these diseases from inspection. However, small number of malignant diseases are included in these benign diseases. Histopathologi-cal examination is important for this *** paper presents some cases to be difficult for differential diagnosis. Penphygus vulgaris and benign penphygoid are included in bullous diseases. Inearly stage it is impossible to differentiate these from clinical findings. It is determined that the bullae are observed within epithelial layers or basement membrane in histological *** erythematous diseases, we may not so often observe erythroplakia. However, it frequently advances to cancer. The authors have experiences of some cases diagnosed as erythroplakia at the first biopsy, and advancing to cancer at the next *** ulcer is very simple disease, however these ulcers are surrounded with induration. It resembles to cancerous ulcer. When decubital ulcer does not recover after usual treatment as the removal of stimulant or steroid ointment, biopsy is *** white lesions, it is well known that leukoplakia is precancerous lesion. Lichen planus is also reported to be able to advance to cancer. However, I have no experiences of these cases. The pseudomembrane of Candida albicans sometimes covers on the surface of cancer lesion. It is often the result of steroid treatment under the mistaken diagnosis of early *** stomatitis especially Plummer-Vinson syndrome is known as precancerous lesion. Formation of diamond particles was investigated in an energy-controlled CH4/H2 radio-frequency (RF) discharge plasma. Here, in particular, it was examined how diamond particles grew on a nickel substrate under an influence of Cu vapor that was supplied from a heated Cu wire. Here, the plasma was generated by a hollow-magnetron-type (HMT) RF plasma source at the frequency of 13.56 MHz. Total pressure was kept at 100 mTorr. Diamond particles grew besides Ni and Cu particles. From Raman spectrum the substrate surface was covered with thin graphite film deposited as a background layer. It was shown that diamond could grow in a self-organized manner even when the other atomic gas species such as Ni and Cu were contained in the gas at the same time during the growth process.

PCR-Mediated Detection of Endophytic and Phytopathogenic Fungi from Needles of the Japanese Black Pine, Pinus thunbergii

A specific and sensitive polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay based on the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of rDNA sequences was developed to detect endophytic and phytopathogenic fungi from needles of the Japanese black pine, Pinus thunbergii. Sequences of the ITS regions of Lophodermium conigenum, Lecanosticta acicola, Pestalotiopsis neglecta, Rhizosphaera kalkhoffii, and Septorioides pini-thunbergii were compared, and each specific primer pair for these species was designed. First, the designed primer pairs were tested for their specificity to detect each species. A PCR product was amplified only each combination of species and its specific primer pair, confirming the specificity of the designed primer pairs. These primer pairs were also tested on DNA extracted from the needles of P. thunbergii. The PCR products were amplified not only in needles with lesions but also in healthy needles without symptoms. Furthermore, several endophytic and phytopathogenic fungi could be simultaneously detected from the same region in a needle. The PCR-mediated detection method developed in this study will be a valuable tool for the detection of the endophytic and phytopathogenic fungi, not only as a rapid diagnostic tool for early detection but also for monitoring variations in both the quality and quantity of the endophytic and phytopathogenic fungi in needles in Japanese black pines.
