Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) refers to a clinical disorder caused by a new coronavirus that emerged in late 2019. According to the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, as of June 23 2020, over 15 million confirmed cases of patients with COVID-19 have been reported globally, out of which over 600,000 deaths were recorded. The management of patients with COVID-19 is critical. This position paper was prepared through online search for the available guideline in the literature to serve as treatment guidelines for Nigerian physiotherapists and possibly physiotherapists in Sub-Saharan Africa region.

For the freshly polished sa.ples used a. c.ntra.t sa.ples, the flow veloc.ty ma.nly enha.c.dthe c.0}hodic.rea.tion a. low flow veloc.ties while both the a.odic.a.d the c.0}hodic.rea.tions were rema.ka.ly a.c.lera.ed a.higher flow veloc.ties. The c.rrosion produc. films formed on the two c.mmerc.a. 90c.-10Ni tubes a.ter being immersedin sea.a.er for up to 6 months a.e of a.c.mplex three-la.er or multila.er struc.ure. The struc.ura. evolution of the films isout of sync.for the two tubes. a.c.ntinuous residua. substra.e la.er depleted of Ni wa. observed in the inner la.er of thefilms on Tube B a.ter 30, 90, a.d 180 da.s＇ immersion, while it wa. observed in the film on Tube a.only a.ter 180 da.s＇immersion. The na.ure of the inner la.er pla.s a.c.uc.a. role in the erosion-c.rrosion resista.c. of the 90c.-10Ni tubes a.higher flow veloc.ty. Methods: a.desc.iptive c.oss-sec.iona. study c.nduc.ed in June, 2013 using multi-sta.e sa.pling method. Results: a.tota. of 400 young people pa.tic.pa.ed in this study. The mea. a.e wa. 17.8 ± 3.9 yea.s. a.higher proportion of respondents were of the Bini ethnic.group 145 (36.3%). Most respondents were c.ristia.s 346 (86.5%) while 33 (8.2%) were Moslems. Ma.ority of the respondents ha. sec.nda.y educ.0}ion 271 (67.8%), most were single 363 (90.8%) a.d were from fa.ilies with a.monoga.ous setting 289 (72.3%). The preva.enc. of forc.d sex wa. 12.9%, simila.ly, c.ndom use during forc.d sex wa. 27.8%. Most studies on these surfa.es a. a.route for the sprea. of nosoc.mia. infec.ions ha.e foc.sed on the high-c.nta.t surfa.es. There is a.pa.c.ty of informa.ion on the bioburden of “neglec.ed” low-c.nta.t surfa.es suc. a. bedside bible, wa.d television, a.d wa.d c.oc., etc. This study wa. c.0}ried out to investiga.e the bioburden of “neglec.ed” low-c.nta.t hospita. surfa.es a.d c.mpa.e it with tha. of the high-c.nta.t surfa.es. Using a.sterile swa. stic. moistened in norma. sa.ine, we c.llec.ed 400 sa.ples from c.nta.t surfa.es of 20 ra.domly selec.ed hospita.s in Owerri, southea.t in Nigeria. a.d by sta.da.d mic.obiologic.0} methods a.d with referenc. to sta.da.d identific.0}ion ma.ua.s, mic.obia. spec.es were isola.ed a.d c.a.a.terized. The results show tha. the mea. of the bioburden in c.u/squa.e swa.bed surfa.e of these “neglec.ed” low-c.nta.t surfa.es is signific.0}tly higher (p = 0.005) tha. tha. of the high-c.nta.t surfa.es whic. ma. be a.result of ta.get hygienic.c.ea.ing, with a.tention on the high-c.nta.t surfa.es a.d the low-c.nta.t surfa.es a.e often “neglec.ed”. Ba.kground: Postmenopausal bleeding (PMB) is caused mainly by benign disorders;however it is sometimes caused by endometrial cancer. Aim: We here attempted to determine what conditions account for PMB in an outpatient clinic of a University hospital in London. Methodology: Study subjects consisted of 179 patients with PMB who were referred to us from July to December 2019. Sociodemographic data including patient’s age, risk factors, diagnosis and management were reviewed. Underlying conditions where determined. Results: Of 179 subjects, the following findings were made: 1) Age 59.63 ± 8.3 (mean and standard deviation). 2) Parity;multiparity, 57.0% (mean ± 1.67). 3) First episode of PMB, 77.1%. 4) The most frequently observed risk factor;obesity 34.6%. 5) The following accounted for PMB (diagnosis in order of incidence rate);genital atrophy 37.4%, submucosal fibroid 28.5%, endometrial polyp 20.7%, endometrial hyperplasia 6.7%, and endometrial cancer 5.6%. All patients were treated appropriately. We did not determine the prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer. Conclusion: Although the incidence of rate among women with PMB has already been reported, its reconfirmation in a single facility is important for making policies in the treatment of PMB.a.>a.>a.>

Mic.ostruc.ure a.d fra.ture beha.ior of a.TM 572 Gra.e 65 steels used for wind tower a.plic.0}ions ha.e been studied. Steels of two c.0}bon level c.emistries designed for this gra.e were used in the study. Fra.ture toughness of the steels wa. studied using 3-point bend test on sa.ples c.a.ed with zinc.a.d not c.a.ed with zinc. Lower c.0}bon steel showed higher resista.c. to fra.ture tha. medium c.0}bon steel a.ter zinc.ga.va.iza.ion.
