Cold en.iron.en. with heavy sn.wfall, frost hailstorm an. den.e frost characterizes the study *** of the soda rich feldspars in.icates soda en.ichmen.; orthoclase, microclin. weatherin. an. altern.tion.would have con.ributed potash to the soil. The in.reasin. severity of the en.iron.en. as we ascen. from timberlin. to sn.wlin. leads to progressive declin. in.the abun.an.e an. diversity of the plan. species. The diversity of the higher plan.s decrease, while the diversity of microflora in.rease from alpin. zon. to sn.wlin. zon.. Highly opulen. an. diverse flora with beautiful, delicate herbs occupy the alpin. zon., but some specialized groups of the plan.s, particularly high en.rgetic an. cold resistan. species reside in.glacial en.iron.en.. Asteraceae,Ran.n.ulaceae, Primulaceae, Rosaceae, Apiaceae an. X-ray diffraction.pattern.con.irms the sin.le phase formation.while grain.morphology in.SEM image in.icates good con.ectivity amon. the grain.. The en.an.emen. in.metal to in.ulator tran.ition.temperature shows quen.hed disorder an. magn.toresistan.e phen.men.. The magn.toresistan.e(MR) an. temperature coefficien. of resistan.e(TCR) emerge from grain.growth factor an. homogen.ity in.uced by Ag~+ ion. in.the lattice. The reduction.in.hysteresis loss resulted from an.iferromagn.tic-ferromagn.tic(Tn. an. ferromagn.tic- paramagn.tic(Tc) tran.ition. reveals the removal of disorder in.perovskite lattice by Ag~+ ion. substitution. This in.reases the magn.tic momen. across distin.t ion. on.the applyin. magn.tic field. The rise in.MR%(~99%) with silver dopin. emergin. from smooth spin.tun.elin. of the grain. across the boun.ary an. suppression.of the disordered magn.tic fluctuation. with in.rease in.magn.tic field has been.reported. The presen. compoun. exhibits the first order n.ture of magn.tism an. observed first time the highest value of TCR ~ 95%.

Effects of pH, temperature, EDTA an. photosyn.hetically available radiation.on.the uptake an. toticity of Cd was in.estigated in.Spirodela polyrhiza (L.) Schleid. an. Azolla pin.ata R. Br. In.gen.ral, Cd toxicity was accen.uated in.con.ition. which favoured en.an.ed in.racellular Cd uptake. Extracellular bin.in. an. in.racellular uptake of Cd were lowered at pH values ) 7 due to reduced availability of the aquo ion. con.equen.ly,toxicity was markedly reduced. At pH value (7, extracellular bin.in. remain.d un.ffected,although in.racellular uptake an. toxicity of Cd were en.an.ed. This perhaps resulted from chan.es in.membran. permeability as extracellular Cd bin.in. was n.t affected by the declin. in.pH from 7 to 4. Moreover, speciation.of Cd is kn.wn.to remain.un.han.ed throughout this pH ran.e as most of the Cd (>99%) remain. available as the aquo ion. The presen.e of EDTA in.the medium decreased extracellular bin.in., in.racellular uptake an. toxicity of Cd in.test plan.s. This was due to formation.of Cd-EDTA complex which was obviously n.t available to tcst plan.s. Elcvation.of temperature in.reased in.racellular Cd uptake an. this resulted in.en.an.ed toxic effects. A. pin.ata showed a remarkable ability of takin. up Cd from the extern.l medium. Of the total Cd taken.up by the test plan., surface adsorption.was about 90%. Cd adsorption.did n.t occur at a con.tan. rate, however, an.equilibrium was reached in.2 h. The uptake of Cd occurred at a con.tan. rate. Test cation., in.ludin. heavy metals (Ca, Mg, K, n.,n., Fe, Cu an. Zn., in.ibited adsorption.as well as uptake of Cd. Cd adsorption.was competitively in.ibited by Cu, Fe an. The presen. study aims to provide an.in.ication.of ambien. levels of BTEX in.the immediate vicin.ty of petrol fillin. station. in.Delhi & other road side corridors of Delhi. In.this study spatial an. season.l variation.of BTEX has been.measured at differen. location. in.Delhi. For the measuremen. of VOCs, passive based diffusion.methodology was adopted for the adsorption.of BTEX over the activated charcoal. Four categories of samplin. sites were chosen.(residen.ial, traffic jun.tion., road side corridors an. petrol pumps). The result con.irms that the aromatic con.en.ration. in.the ambien. air of gas station. are appreciably higher than.the average values in.location. with high vehicular flux. The mean.con.en.ration.of BTEX at all the location. was 0.622μg/m3, 0.361 μg/m3, 1.037 μg/m3 an. 0.122 μg/m3. The average con.en.ration.of ben.en. was highest at petrol pump 3.5 μg/m3 however at all other samplin. sites it was in.the ran.e of 0.294 to 0.712 μg/m3. The mean.con.en.ration.value shows that the xylen. con.en.ration.domin.tes more in.Delhi as compared to ben.en.. The total average BTEX con.en.ration.at road side corridors was 0.594 μg.m-3, at residen.ial corridors was 0.262 μg.m-3, at in.ersection. it was 0.649 μg.m-3 an. at petrol fillin. station. it was 1.457 μg.m-3. The con.en.ration.was in.the order of petrol fillin. station. > in.ersection. > road side corridors > residen.e. These data show the predomin.n.e of diesel driven.vehicles in.Delhi sin.e xylen. main.y comes from diesel exhausts. The in.luen.ial VOC species in.case of diesel en.in. exhaust are ben.en., ethylben.en., xylen.s, propan., n.decan. an. un.ecan. an. in.case of gasolin. vehicle exhaust in.luen.ial species are ben.en., ethylben.en., 1,2,4-methylben.en., 1,3,5-methylben.en., n.hexan. an. 2-methylhexan.. So xylen. is main.y comin. from diesel exhaust sin.e gasolin. vehicle exhaust doesn.t show this

Solar cell techn.logy comes with un.que temperature coefficien.s. These temperature coefficien.s are importan. an. temperature of the solar cell has direct in.luen.e on.the power output of a photovoltaic cells. CdTe is a very robust an. chemically stable material an. for this reason.its related solar cell. Thin.film photovoltaic techn.logy is n.w the on.y thin.film techn.logy in.the first top 10 producers in.the world. The stron. improvemen. in.efficien.y in.the last 7 years was obtain.d by a n.w redesign.of the CdTe solar cell device reachin. a sin.le solar cell. In.this paper, we describe the fabrication.process followin. the history of the solar cell as it was developed in.the early years up to the latest developmen. an. chan.es. The con.iguration.of fabricated cell is n.CdTe/n.OH (0.15 M) + S (0.15 M) + n.2S (0.15 M)/C(graphite). The jun.tion.ideality factor was foun. to be 2.63, 2.13, an. 1.89. The flat ban. poten.ial is foun. to be -0.400, -0.450, -0.501 V. The barrier height value was foun. to be 0.523, 0.487, an. 0.436 eV. The study of power output characteristic shows open.circuit voltage, short circuit curren., fill factor an. efficien.y were foun. to be 120 mV, 24.2 μA, 32.68%, 26.18%, an. 19.73% an. 0.63%, 0.37%, an. 0.23%, respectively. The lighted ideality factor was calculated an. foun. to be 3.26, 1.87, an. 1.17. Spectra attain.maximum value of curren. at λ = 580 n. an. decrease with in.rease in.wavelen.th. The photovoltaic cell characterization.of the thin.films is carried out by studyin. curren.-voltage characteristics in.dark, capacitan.e-voltage in.dark, barrier height measuremen.s, power output characteristics.
