In order to directly separate trivalent minor actinides(MA:Am,Cm) from fission products(FP) containing rare earths(RE) in high level radioactive liquid waste(HLLW),the authors have challenged to develop a simplified MA separation process by extraction chromatography using a single *** has been paid to a new type of nitrogen-donor ligands,R-BTP(2,6-bis(5,6-dialkyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl) pyridine,R:alkyl group) as an extractant because it shows high extraction selectivity for Am(Ⅲ) over RE(Ⅲ).It is known that the R-BTP ligands show different properties such as adsorbability and stability by having different alkyl ***,some novel adsorbents were prepared by impregnating different types of R-BTP ligands(isohexyl-,isoheptyl-and cyheptyl-BTP) and a similar ligand to the R-BTP,ATP(2,6-bis(1-aryl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)pyridines),into the porous silica/polymer support(SiO2-P particles).This work deals with comparison in adsorption and desorption properties of Am and some FP in HNO 3 solution onto such R-BTP type adsorbents,as well as chemical and radiolytic stability of the *** the possibility of a single-column separation of MA from main FP was pursued by evaluating the results of column experiments using the most promising adsorbent(isohexyl-BTP/SiO2-P) under temperature *** addition,elution behaviors of U and Pd were also estimated.

碳是地热流体中普遍存在而且非常活跃的生命元素。自地幔源区释放的深部碳运移至近地表的过程中,碳元素有可能记录了许多源区信息以及混合分馏过程的特征,尤其是在地热分布区。因此,与地热区深部碳释放相关的地球化学研究对联系岩浆热源型地热系统深部热源和浅部高温流体的物质交换和运移以及准确判断地热地质背景等都具有非常重要的意义。目前,国内外学者对加深地热流体挥发分来源的定量研究以及完善地热区同位素分馏理论等方面都做出了许多探索性的尝试,其中对来自深部的碳元素的研究是最重要的课题之一。对深部碳俯冲循环过程与地幔源区非均一性特征,地热区岩浆脱气、方解石沉淀、气体溶解脱气的分馏特点、围岩变质脱气与土壤碳的混合过程及其规律等的系统分析结果显示,深部碳的释放经历了复杂的地球化学过程。由于单一方法的研究难以全面揭示该过程,本文通过对该领域相关研究方法的梳理和融合,结合地热区深部碳释放的规模和方式的总结,以期为地热系统物质运移规律和地热流体碳来源的定量研究提供参考和支撑,促进对深部碳循环过程及其气候环境效应的把握和认识。

Characteristics of electric field from a coupled mode inside an optical fiber under perturbation by three-dimensional(3D)printed long-period fiber grating(LPFG)device have been observed in this work by the experiment and *** various periodic index differences referring to the weights of perturbation by 3D printed LPFG device are applied on the single-mode *** experimental results show that the resonant wavelength shift is a linear function of the grating period with the maximum coefficient of determination R2 of *** of resonant wavelengths are chosen to run simulations to investigate the electric field *** scattering direction of the electric field states the magnitude of leaking optical power when the light transmits through the grating region applied to the single-mode *** the experimental and simulation results demonstrate that our proposed scheme can usefully be applied to selective tunable filters,intruder sensors,etc.

We evaluated the cellular structure changes after continuous use of ripasudil hydrochloride hydrate in rabbit eyes which might affect its own efficacy and adverse effects. Two pigmented Dutch rabbits and 1 Japanese white rabbit were instilled with 0.4% ripasudil hydrochloride hydrate to the left eye twice daily. The right eye was observed as the control. Both eyes of all 3 rabbits were then enucleated for histopathologic examination by light and electron microscope at 1 mo in 1 of the pigmented Dutch rabbits, 3 mo in the other pigmented Dutch rabbit, and in the Japanese white rabbit after instillation. Microscopic observations showed increase intercellular space in trabecular meshwork, ciliary body, and iris stoma, increase pigmented granule number and size in iris epithelial cells, and decrease actin filament in iris muscle fiber cells. Consequently, ripasudil hydrochloride hydrate decreases the intraocular pressure by improving the conventional outflow and may also facilitate the unconventional outflow via intercellular space widening without serious side effects.

BACKGROUND Few studies compared the oncological and biological characteristics between ampullary carcinoma(AC) and cancer of the second portion of the duodenum(DC-Ⅱ), although both tumors arise from anatomically close *** To elucidate differences in clinicopathological characteristics, especially the patterns of lymph node metastasis(LNM), between AC and DC-Ⅱ.METHODS This was a retrospective cohort study of 80 patients with AC and 27 patients with DC-Ⅱ who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy between January 1998 and December 2018 in two institutions. Clinicopathological factors, LNM patterns, and prognosis were compared between the two *** The patients with AC and DC-Ⅱ did not exhibit significant differences in 5-year overall survival(66.0% and 67.1%, respectively) and 5-year relapse-free survival(63.5% and 62.2%, respectively). Compared to the patients with DC-Ⅱ, the rate of preoperative biliary drainage was higher(P = 0.042) and the rates of digestive symptoms(P = 0.0158), ulcerative-type cancer(P < 0.0001), large tumor diameter(P < 0.0001), and advanced tumor stage(P = 0.0019) were lower in the patients with AC. The LNM rates were 27.5% and 40.7% in patients with AC and DC-Ⅱ,respectively, without significant difference(P = 0.23). The rates of LNM to hepatic nodes(N-He)and pyloric nodes(N-Py) were significantly higher in patients with DC-Ⅱ than in those with AC(metastasis to N-HE: 18.5% and 5% in patients with DC-Ⅱ and AC, respectively;P = 0.0432;metastasis to N-Py: 11.1% and 0% in patients with DC-Ⅱ and AC, respectively;P = 0.0186)CONCLUSION Although there were no significant differences in the prognosis and recurrence rates between the two groups, metastases to N-He and N-Py were more frequent in patients with DC-Ⅱ than in those with AC.
