BACKGROuND Immature ovarian teratoma is a rare and aggressive neoplasm that affects young *** report is the first to describe the development of immature teratoma after ovarian cystectomy for mature teratoma of the ovary in an adolescent female with a family history of ovarian *** SuMMARY A 16-year-old girl who had undergone bilateral ovarian cystectomy for mature teratomas 3 years ago showed bilateral adnexal tumors during her regular ultrasonography follow-up every 6 *** received laparoscopic bilateral ovarian cystectomy,and final histopathology showed grade-1 immature teratoma of the left ovary and mature teratoma of the right *** left salpingo-oophorectomy and staging procedures were performed *** mother,maternal aunt,and maternal grandmother had also received surgeries for mature ovarian *** It is important to have guidance on management of patient and family members with familial ovarian teratomas.

Objective:This study aimed to identify predictive factors for percutaneous nephrolithotomy(pCNL)bleeding *** better risk stratification,bleeding in high-risk patient can be anticipated and facilitates early ***:A prospective observational study of pCNL performed at our institution was *** adults with radio-opaque renal stones planned for pCNL were included except those with coagulopathy,planned for additional *** including gender,co-morbidities,body mass index,stone burden,puncture site,tract dilatation size,operative position,surgeon's seniority,and operative duration were studied using stepwise multivariate regression analysis to identify the predictive factors associated with higher estimated hemoglobin(Hb)***:Overall,4.86%patients(n=7)received packed cells *** mean estimated Hb deficiency was 1.3(range 0-6.5)g/dL and the median was 1.0 g/*** multivariate regression analysis revealed that absence of hypertension(p=0.024),puncture site(p=0.027),and operative duration(p=0.023)were significantly associated with higher estimated Hb ***,the effect sizes are rather small with partial eta-squared of 0.037,0.066,and 0.038,*** power obtained was 0.621,0.722,and 0.625,*** factors studied did not correlate with Hb ***:Hypertension,puncture site,and operative duration have significant impact on estimated Hb deficiency during ***,the effect size is rather small despite adequate study power ***,operative position(supine or prone),puncture number,or tract dilatation size did not correlate with Hb *** mainstay of reducing bleeding in pCNL is still meticulous operative *** study findings also suggest that pCNL can be safely done by urology trainees under supervision in suitably selected patient,without increasing risk of bleeding.

Tremor occurs in about half of multiple sclerosis(MS)*** tremor has a broad frequency range of 2.5-7 Hz,with a higher prevalence of postural tremor(44%)compared to intentional tremor(6%)(Alusi et al.,2001).Tremor may affect the upper and lower extremities,head,and trunk,and may even affect the vocal cords in isolated cases of palatal *** tremor is classically attributed to lesions of the brain stem,cerebellum,or cerebellar peduncles,and tremor intensity has been shown to correlate with the number of lesions or their functional ***,recent work has demonstrated that inflammatory damage to the cerebello-thalamic and cortico-thalamic pathways might also play an important role in causing tremor,as it co-occurs with other signs and symptoms of MS such as dysarthria,dysmetria,dysdiadochokinesia,and dystonia(Alusi et al.,2001).

Nitrogen fixation is a complex process involving the transfer of six electrons and *** from the conventional Haber-Bosch process,which relies on hydrogen(H_(2))to provide both electrons and protons to reduce nitrogen(N_(2)),homogeneous transition metal complex-catalyzed N_(2)reduction reactions(NRR)employ an array of electron and proton donors or even electron donors combined with *** the synthesis of diverse catalytic progress,the categories of donors have seen rapid ***,existing literature only provides summaries regarding the metal,ligands,and *** the significance of electron and proton donor combinations in nitrogen reduction reactions,no literature has thoroughly reviewed this ***,we hereby compiled a comprehensive list of commonly used reagents in N_(2)reduction and classified them according to their specific donor *** review presents clear and organized information about these combinations,along with a summary of their general performance trend in NRR with related ***,we conclude the discussion by highlighting key points for researchers to consider when selecting catalysts and donor combinations,with the ultimate goal of advancing the field of nitrogen fixation.

The nonlinear Schr?dinger equation equation is one of the most important physical models used in optical fiber theory to explain the transmission of an optical soliton. The field of chiral soliton propagation in nuclear physics is very interesting because of its numerous applications in communications and ultra-fast signal routing systems. The (1+1)-dimensional chiral dynamical structure that describes the soliton behaviour in data transmission is dealt with in this work using a variety of in-depth analytical techniques. This work has applications in particle physics, ionised science, nuclear physics, optics, and other applied mathematical sciences. We are able to develop a variety of solutions to demonstrate the behaviour of solitary wave structures, periodic soliton solutions, chiral soliton solutions, and bell-shaped soliton solutions with the use of applied techniques. Moreover, in order to verify the scientific calculations, the stability analysis for the observed solutions of the governing model is taken into consideration. In addition, the3-dimensional, contour, and 2-dimensional visuals are supplied for a better understanding of the behaviour of the solutions. The employed strategies are dependable, uncomplicated, and effective; yet have not been utilised with the governing model in the literature that is now accessible. The resulting outcomes have impressive applications across a large number of study areas and computational physics phenomena representing real-world scenarios. The methods applied in this model are not utilized on the given models in previous literature so we can say that these describe the novelty of the work.

Cancer is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,and the incidence is increasing,highlighting the need for effective strategies to treat this *** has emerged as fundamental therapeutic medicine in the management of cancer,associated with a lower risk of recur-rence and increased *** avenues of research demonstrate reduction in growth,proliferation,and increased apoptosis of cancer cells,including breast,prostate,colorectal,and lung cancer,when cultured by serum collected after exercise in vitro(i.e.,the cultivation of cancer cell lines in an experimental setting,which simpliﬁes the biological system and provides mechanistic insight into cell responses).The underlying mechanisms of exercise-induced cancer suppressive effects may be attributed to the alteration in circulating factors,such as skeletal muscle-induced cytokines(i.e.,myokines)and ***,exercise-induced tumor suppressive effects and detailed information about training interventions are not well investigated,constraining more precise application of exercise medicine within clinical *** date,it remains unclear what role different training modes(i.e.,resistance and aerobic training)as well as volume and intensity have on exercise-condi-tioned serum and its effects on cancer ***,the available evidence is that a single bout of aerobic training at moderate to vigorous intensity has cancer suppressive effects,while for chronic training interventions,exercise volume appears to be an inﬂuential candidate driving cancer inhibitory effects regardless of training *** for future research investigating training modes,volume and intensity are provided to further our understanding of the effects of exercise-conditioned serum on cancer cells.

The primary technique used for air traffic surveillance is ***,nowadays,its role in surveillance is gradually being replaced by the recently adopted Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B).ADS-B offers a higher accuracy,lower power consumption,and longer range than radar,thus providing more safety to *** coverage of terrestrial radar and ADS-B is confined to continental parts of the globe,leaving oceans and poles uncovered by real-time surveillance *** study presents an optimized Low-Earth Orbit(LEO)-based ADS-B constellation for global air traffic surveillance over intercontinental trans-oceanic flight *** optimization algorithm is based on performance evaluation parameters,i.e.,coverage time,satellite availability,and orbit stability(precession and perigee rotation),and communication *** results indicate that the constellation provides ample coverage in the simulated global oceanic *** constellation is a feasible and cost-effective solution for global air supervision,which can supplement terrestrial ADS-B and radar systems.

This study investigated the calcareous nannofossil assemblages in detail from the early Miocene aged Lice Formation outcropping in the Kahramanmara? basin. The biostratigraphy of calcareous nannofossils was outlined and paleoenvironmental features determined. In 81 samples taken from three measured sections in the region, 17 calcareous nannofossil genus and 48 nannofossil species were identified. These calcareous nannofossil genus and species identified the Lice Formation as being in the CNM4 nannofossil biozone. The abundance and diversity of early Miocene calcareous nannofossil species varied in the measured sections, with the samples generally moderate-poor, apart from a few samples. The relative abundance of individuals of Cyclicargolithus floridanus, Coccolithus pelagicus, Reticulofenestra hagii and Sphenolithus moriformis species, with paleoecological importance identified in the study region, indicate that in early Miocene times, the basin in which the Lice Formation deposited was meso-eutrophic with excess nutrient input, temperate and generally stable shallow marine conditions.

Laser plasma accelerators(LpAs)enable the generation of intense and short proton bunches on a micrometre scale,thus offering new experimental capabilities to research fields such as ultra-high dose rate radiobiology or material *** spectrally broadband,laser-accelerated proton bunches allow for tailored volumetric dose deposition in a sample via single bunches to excite or probe specific sample *** rising number of such experiments indicates a need for diagnostics providing spatially resolved characterization of dose distributions with volumes of approximately 1 cm^(3) for single proton bunches to allow for fast online *** we present the scintillator-based miniSCIDOM detector for online single-bunch tomographic reconstruction of dose distributions in volumes of up to approximately 1 cm^(3).The detector achieves a spatial resolution below 500μm and a sensitivity of 100 *** detector performance is tested at a proton therapy cyclotron and an LpA proton *** experiments’primary focus is the characterization of the scintillator’s ionization quenching behaviour.

In patients with liver tumors,the histopathology examination can assist in diagnosis,staging,prognosis,and therapeutic management *** ultrasound(EuS)-guided tissue acquisition using fine needle aspiration(FNA)or more newly fine needle biopsy(FNB)is a well-developed technique in order to evaluate and differentiate the liver *** goal of the EuS-FNA or EuS-FNB is to provide an accurate sample for a histopathology ***,malignant tumors such as hepatocarcinoma,cholangiocarcinoma and liver metastasis or benign tumors such as liver adenoma,focal hyperplastic nodular tumors and cystic lesions can be accurately diagnosed using EuS-guided tissue ***-FNB using 19 or 22 Ga needle provide longer samples and a higher diagnostic accuracy in patients with liver masses when compared with *** data are available on the diagnostic accuracy of EuS-FNB when compared with percutaneously,ultrasound,computer tomography or transjugulary-guided liver *** review will discuss the EuS-guided tissue acquisition options in patients with liver tumors and its efficacy and safety in providing accurate *** results of the last studies comparing EuS-guided liver biopsy with other conventional techniques are *** EuS-guided tissue acquisition using FNB can be a suitable technique in suspected liver lesions in order to provide an accurate histopathology diagnosis,especially for those who require endoscopy.
