This stu.y evalu.ted and co.pared the efficacy o. five brands o. Artemisinin Co.binatio. Therapies (ACTs);Dihydro.rtemisinin plu. Piperaqu.ne, Artesu.ate plu. Amo.iaqu.ne, Artesu.ate plu. Su.phado.ine/Pyrimethamine, Artemether plu. lu.efantrine and Artesu.ate plu. meflo.u.ne co.binatio.s in vivo.in *** infected swiss albino.mice. The experimental animals were pre-screened to.ru.e o.0} infectio.. All dru.s were administered as clinical do.es fo. the cu.ative test and the Mean Percentage Parasitemia level assessed daily fo. seven days and o. day 60. The resu.ts sho.ed that all the dru.s were effective with artesu.ate plu. amo.iaqu.ne co.binatio. being the mo.t efficacio.0} fo.lo.ed by dihydro.rtemisinin plu. piperaqu.ne and artesu.ate plu. su.phado.ine plu. pyrimethamine co.binatio.s fo.lo.ed by artesu.ate plu. meflo.u.ne co.binatio. and artemether plu. lu.efantrine co.binatio. which was the least efficacio.0}.
