Genealogy and phylogeography of Cyprinid fish Labeo rohita （Hamilton, 1822） inferred from ATPase 6 and 8 mitochondrial DNA gene analysis

ATPase 6/8 gene （842 bp） of mitochondrial DNA was sequ.nced in Labeo rohita samples （n = 253） collected from nine rivers belonging to fou. river basins; Indu., Ganges, Brahmapu.ra and Mahanadi. Analysis revealed 44 haplotypes with high haplotype diversity （Hd） 0.694 and low nu.leotide diversity （π） 0.001. The within popu.ation variation was larger （83.44%） than among popu.ation differences （16.56%）. The mean Fsv valu. （0.166; P 〈 0.05） for overall popu.ations revealed moderate level of genetic stru.tu.ing in the wild L. rohita popu.ations. The haplotype network.presented a single clade for wild L. rohita popu.ation, from different rivers. Negative valu.s for Fu.s index （Fs）, mismatch distribu.ion analysis indicated period of expansion in L. rohita popu.ation. The time after recent expansion was estimated for each popu.ation, between 0.042 to 0.167 mya. The pattern of Isolation by Distance （IBD） was not significant （r = -0.113, P 〈 0.287）, when all the sampling locations were compared （Mantel test）, however, when an ou.lier （Indu., Brahmapu.ra and Mahanadi） was removed from the whole popu.ation set, a clear positive correlation between pairwise Fsv and geographic distance （k.） was seen. The analysis of data demonstrated that ATPase6/8 gene polymorphism is a potential mark.r to u.derstand genetic popu.ation stru.tu.e of wild L. rohita existing in different rivers. The stu.y identified popu.ation su.stru.tu.e in wild L. rohita with common ancestral origin [Cu.rent Zoology 60 （4）： 460--471, 2014].

Phytosomes(phytophospholipid complex) are dosage forms that have recently been introdu.ed to increase the stability and therapeu.ic effect of herbal medicine. Cu.rently, bioactive herbs and the phytochemicals they contain are considered to be the best remedies for chronic diseases. One promising approach to increase the efficacy of plant-based therapies is to improve the stability and bioavailability of their bio-active ingredients. Phytosomes employ phospholipids as their active ingredients, and u.e their amphiphilic properties to solu.ilize and protect herbal extracts. The u.iqu. properties of phospholipids in dru. delivery and their u.e in herbal medicines to improve bioavailability resu.ts in significantly enhanced health benefits. The introdu.tion of phytosome nanotechnology can alter and revolu.ionize the cu.rent state of dru. delivery. The goal of this review is to explain the application of phytosomes, their fu.u.e prospects in dru. delivery, and their advantages over conventional formu.ations.

Mineralogy and geochemistry of trachytic rock. from the Lichi Volcanics, Eastern Himalaya: insights into the k.rgu.len mantle plu.e activity in the Eastern Himalayan Region

The Lichi volcanics are a su.te of mafic-intermediate-felsic rock. and are considered coeval with the Abor volcanics(~132 Ma) of the Siang window in the Eastern Himalaya. Here, we present the first report of trachytic rock. from the Lichi volcanics, which are exposed in the Ranga valley, along the k.min-Yazali road section in the Eastern Himalayan Region, Northeast India. The trachytes occu. in close association with sandstones of the Gondwana Grou. of rock. and are characterised based on field, petrographical, and geochemical *** fine-grained trachytes are composed of alk.li feldspar, biotite, plagioclase, sodic-amphibole, apatite, illmenite, and titanite. The REE profiles of the evolved trachytic rock.(higher SiO_(2)content) display fractionated trends. The fractionation of accessory mineral phases, lik. apatite and titanite, was possibly responsible for the strongly fractionated REE patterns of the evolved *** trachytic rock. demonstrate high apatite satu.ation temperatu.es of 988 ± 14 ℃(1σ, n = 8). The Alu.iniu. Satu.ation Index(k.line trachytes define their affinity with A-type granitoids. Elemental ratios lik. Y/Nb, Nb/u.and Ce/Pb signify that the Lichi trachytes are differentiated produ.ts of mantle-derived ocean island basalts. Trace elemental discrimination diagrams Th/Yb versu. Nb/Yb, Y versu. Nb, and Y + Nb versu. Rb reflect a within-plate tectonic regime for the trachytes. From the resu.ts presented in this work. we infer that the development of rifting events du.ing the break.0} of eastern Gondwana du. to the onset of k.rgu.len plu.e activity fu.ther led to u.derplating of basic magma in lower cru.tal levels. This stu.y investigated the atomic-scale deformation mechanism of mu.tiphase CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloys(HEAs)at liqu.d heliu.,liqu.d nitrogen,and room temperatu.es.A million-atom mu.tiphase HEA was prepared u.ing molecu.ar dynamics simu.ation involving melt and qu.nch *** HEA exhibited high-density dislocations and some twins,consistent with experimental *** analysis revealed an inconsistent evolu.ion of the microstru.tu.e u.der tensile *** particu.ar,the elastic and initial plastic stages exhibited an increase in the disordered stru.tu.e at the expense of the face-centered cu.ic and hexagonal close-pack.d stru.tu.es,followed by a su.sequ.nt transformation involving mu.tiple stru.tu.al ***,throu.h sparse identification,a model depicting microstru.tu.al evolu.ion du.ing tension was extracted for the CoCrFeNi HEA at three typical temperatu.es and three tensile *** model highlighted the importance of the body-centered cu.ic stru.tu.e in the evolu.ionary process.

How the Flat Space Cosmology Model Correlates the Recombination CMB Temperatu.e of 3000 k.with a Redshift of 1100

This paper shows how the Flat Space Cosmology model correlates the recom-bination epoch CMB temperatu.e of 3000 k.with a cosmological redshift of 1100. This proof is given in su.port of the recent pu.lication that the Tatu. and Seshavatharam Hu.ble temperatu.e formu.ae can be derived u.ing the Stephan-Boltzmann dispersion law. Thu., as explained herein, the era of high precision Planck.scale qu.ntu. cosmology has arrived.

Objective:To evalu.te anti-psoriatic activity of Coleu. forsk.hlii in rats with imiqu.mod-indu.ed ***:Imiqu.mod was u.ed to indu.e psoriasis in *** weight,sk.n thick.ess,erythema,scaling,spleen weight,and histological alternations were measu.ed to assess the effect of Coleu. ***,an emu.gel formu.ation containing Coleu. forsk.hlii 10%was prepared and characterized along with its ex vivo permeation ***:The emu.gel formu.ation containing Coleu. forsk.hlii 10%had a pH of 5.40±0.36,with optimu. spreadability of(31.67±2.08)g/(cm·s)and viscosity of(15966.67±1274.10)cps,and enhanced both the rate and the extent of dru. permeation throu.h psoriatic *** an ex vivo stu.y,the qu.ntity of dru. permeated(19.18%),deposited(52.38%),and dru. remaining in the donor compartments(28.31%)was *** forsk.hlii significantly alleviated imiqu.mod-indu.ed psoriasis by increasing glu.athione and su.eroxide dismu.ase activity,decreasing malondialdehyde and nitric oxide levels,and alleviating histological alternations in rat ***:Coleu. forsk.hlii can alleviate imiqu.mod-indu.ed psoriasis,which may be u.ed as a therapeu.ic candidate for the treatment of psoriasis.

The Lu.ar Environment heliospheric X-ray Imager(LEXI)and Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link.Explorer(SMILE)missions will image the Earth’s dayside magneto pau.e and cu.ps in soft X-rays after their respective lau.ches in the near fu.u.e,to specify glo bal magnetic reconnection modes for varying solar wind *** su.po rt the su.cess of these scientific missions,it is critical to develop techniqu.s that extract the magnetopau.e locations from the observed soft X-ray *** this research,we introdu.e a new geometric equ.tion that calcu.ates the su.solar magnetopau.e position(RS)from a satellite position,the look.direction of the instru.ent,and the angle at which the X-ray emission is *** assu.ptions are u.ed in this method:(1)The look.direction where soft X-ray emissions are maximized lies tangent to the magnetopau.e,and(2)the magnetopau.e su.face near the su.solar point is almost spherical and thu. Tu.bidite Dynamics and Hydrocarbon Reservoir Formation in the Tano Basin: A Coastal West African Perspective

This stu.y examines the tu.bidite dynamics and hydrocarbon reservoir formation in Ghana’s Tano Basin, which is located in coastal West Africa. Throu.h an exploration of geological processes spanning millions of years, we u.cover k.y factors shaping hydrocarbon accu.u.ation, inclu.ing sou.ce rock.richness, temperatu.e, pressu.e, and geological stru.tu.es. The research offers valu.ble insights applicable to exploration, management, and su.tainable resou.ce exploitation in coastal West Africa. It facilitates the identification of exploration targets with higher hydrocarbon potential, enables the anticipation of reservoir potential within the Tano Basin, and assists in tailoring exploration and management strategies to specific geological conditions of the Tano Basin. Analysis of flu.ial channels sheds light on their impact on landscape formation and hydrocarbon exploration. The investigation into tu.bidite systems u.veils intricate interactions involving tectonics, sea-level flu.tu.tions, and sedimentation patterns, influ.ncing the development of reservoirs. An u.derstanding of sediment transport and depositional settings is essential for efficient reservoir management. Geomorphological featu.es, su.h as channels, su.marine canyons, and distinct channel types, are essential in this situ.tion. A detailed examination of tu.bidite channel stru.tu.es, encompassing canyons, channel complexes, convex channels, and u.shaped channels, provides valu.ble insights and aids in identifying exploration targets lik. basal lag, channel levees, and lobes. These findings u.derscore the endu.ing significance of tu.bidite systems as condu.ts for sediment transport, contribu.ing to enhanced reservoir management and efficient hydrocarbon produ.tion. The stu.y also highlights how important it is to examine the configu.ation of sedimentary layers, stack.ng patterns, and angu.ar laminated facies to identify tu.bidites, u.derstand reservoir distribu.ion, and improve well design.
