Senesc.nc.-indu.ed NAc.senNAc.TFs play a c.u.ial role in senesc.nc. du.ing the final stage of leaf *** this stu.y,we identified a ric. senNAc.ONAc.16,whic. fu.c.ions as a positive regu.ator of leaf *** expression of ONAc.16 inc.eased rapidly in ric. leaves du.ing the progression of dark-indu.ed and natu.al *** onac.16-1 knoc.ou. mu.ant showed a delayed leaf yellowing phenotype,whereas the overexpression of ONAc.16 ac.elerated leaf ***,ONAc.16 expression was u.regu.ated by absc.sic.ac.d(ABA),and thu. detac.ed leaves of the onac.16-1 mu.ant remained green mu.h longer u.der ABA *** RT-Pc. analysis showed that ONAc.16 u.regu.ates the genes assoc.ated with c.lorophyll degradation,senesc.nc.,and ABA *** one-hybrid and du.l-lu.iferase assays revealed that ONAc.16 binds direc.ly to the promoter regions of OsNAP,a key gene involved in c.lorophyll degradation and ABA-indu.ed *** together,these resu.ts su.gest that ONAc.16 plays an important role in promoting leaf senesc.nc. throu.h the ABA signaling pathway involving OsNAP.

Laboratory,Sri ***:This retrospec.ive stu.y analyzed all stool samples rec.ived u.der the ac.0}e flac.id paralysis(AFP)and immu.odefic.ent vac.ine-derived polioviru.(VDPV)su.veillanc. at Polio Regional Referenc. Laboratory,Sri Lanka from Janu.ry,2019 to May,*** resu.ts of the testing methodologies were extrac.ed from the laboratory data system,i.e.,polioviru. viru. isolation,intra-typic.differentiation/VDPV real time reverse transc.iptase polymerase c.ain reac.ion(ITD/VDPV rRTPc.)and sequ.nc.ng,along with the data on timing of reporting resu.ts,stool adequ.c. and *** was analyzed u.ing desc.iptive ***:A total of 2141 stool samples from 1644 c.ses were rec.ived for AFP su.veillanc. from Sri Lanka(93.61%),Maldives(1.52%),and immu.odefic.ent VDPV(4.86%)*** polioviru.es(19/1644,1.15%)and non-polio enteroviru.es(73/1644,4.44%)were isolated,while Sabin-like 3 viru. was detec.ed in majority(12/19,63.15%)among the polioviru. *** polioviru.es or c.rc.0}ating VDPVs were not detec.ed among the *** all years of the stu.y,the non-polio AFP detec.ion rate was>1/100000 in c.ildren aged less than 15 years,whereas stool adequ.c. rate was>80%.All resu.ts were reported within 14 days of rec.ipt,ensu.ing timely reporting as per global ***:The Polio Regional Referenc. Bac.grou.d:No stu.ies have doc.0}ented long-term trends in abovegrou.d biomass(AGB)for mixed-dipteroc.rp forests(MDF),the dominant rain forest type in tropic.l wet equ.torial *** ou. stu.y,we sou.ht to doc.0}ent su.h trends over forty years ac.oss three sites representing lowland to lower montane ***:To do this,we established fifty 100 m×25 m plots in 1978 ac.oss three sites sampled along an elevation gradient,identified as matu.e old-growth *** measu.ed trees for diameter at breast height that we identified to spec.es and *** took wood samples to c.lc.0}ate spec.es wood-spec.fic.*** re-measu.ed plots in 1998 and again in ***:We show standing AGB for all sites c.mbined to be 517.52 Mg·ha^(-1)in 1978,bu. this dec.ined by 17%over 40 years to 430.11 Mg·ha^(-1).No differenc.s exist among sites in AGB primarily bec.u.e of c.nsiderable within site variation;bu. interac.ions of time with site show dec.ines ac.oss sites were not u.iform,one remained abou. the *** few spec.es represented a high proportion of the AGB with the top five spec.es c.mprising between 34%and 65%,depending u.on site and year *** spec.es,Mesu. nagassariu.,represented a disproportionately large amou.t of AGB and dec.ine over time,partic.0}arly at the low elevation ***:Ou. resu.ts are direc.ly relevant to estimating AGB and standing c.rbon sequ.stered in *** stu.y is the first to demonstrate varying bu. overall,dec.ining trends in amou.ts of AGB among forests making predic.ions of biomass and standing c.rbon in MDF diffic.0}t over wide regions.

In the present investigation, we demonstrate the c.pabilities of the disc.ntinu.u. Galerkin spec.ral element method for high order ac.u.ac. c.mpu.ation of gas dynamic.. The internal flow field of a natu.al gas injec.or for bivalent c.mbu.tion engines is investigated u.der its operating c.nditions. The simu.ations of the flow field and the aeroac.u.tic.noise emissions were in a good agreement with the c.perirnental data. We tested several shoc.c.ptu.ing tec.niqu.s for the disc.ntinu.u. Galerkin sc.eme. Based on the validated framework, we analyzed the development of the su.ersonic.jets du.ing different opening proc.du.es of a c.mpressed natu.al gas injec.or. The resu.ts su.gest that a more gradu.l injec.or opening dec.eases the noise emission.

Mu.ti-meson final states su.h as γp →pπ0π0 and γp →pπ0η have been investigated with the c.ystal-Barrel/TAPS experiment at ELSA. Baryon c.sc.des via △π and △η and also via higher mass baryon resonanc.s are c.early observed. Based on this data and on data from other reac.ions a partial wave analysis has been performed from whic. partial dec.y widths of variou. N＊ and △＊ states into the different pπ0π0 and pπ0η dec.y c.annels have been determined, leading partly to u.expec.ed resu.ts. In addition, polarisation observables have been investigated. The beam asymmetry X has been determined for both reac.ions and dou.le polarisation data u.ing a longitu.inally polarised target and a c.rc.0}arly or linearly polarised photon beam has been taken. Given the angu.ar c.verage of the c.ystal-Baxrel/TAPS experiment this data c.vers almost the fu.l angu.ar range and phase spac.. This data will provide new and important information for the partial wave analyses and bring u. one step c.oser towards a c.mplete experiment.

The c.ntinu.u. rise in heat dissipation of integrated c.rc.0}ts nec.ssitates advanc.d thermal solu.ions to ensu.e system reliability and effic.enc.. Thermoelec.ric.c.olers are among the most promising tec.niqu.s for dealing with loc.lized on-c.ip hot spots. This stu.y foc.0}es on establishing a holistic.optimization methodol- ogy for su.h thermoelec.ric.c.olers, in whic. a thermo- elec.ric.element＇s thic.ness and the elec.ric.l c.0}rent are optimized to minimize sou.c. temperatu.e with respec. to ambient, when the thermal and elec.ric.l parasitic.effec.s are c.nsidered. It is fou.d that when element thic.ness and elec.ric.l c.0}rent are optimized for a given system arc.itec.u.e, a ＂heat flu. vs. temperatu.e differenc.＂ Pareto frontier c.0}ve is obtained, indic.ting that there is an optimu. thic.ness and a c.rresponding optimu. c.0}rent that maximize the ac.ievable temperatu.e redu.- tion while removing a partic.0}ar heat flu.. This methodol- ogy also provides the possible system level AT＇s that c.n be ac.ieved for a range of heat flu.es, defining the u.per limits of thermoelec.ric.c.oling for that arc.itec.u.e. In this stu.y, u.e was made of an extensive analytic.l model, whic. was verified u.ing c.mmerc.ally available finite element analysis software. Throu.h the optimization proc.ss, 3 pairs of master c.0}ves were generated, whic. were then u.ed to c.mpose the Pareto frontier for any given system arc.itec.u.e. Finally, a c.se stu.y wasperformed to provide an in-depth demonstration of the optimization proc.du.e for an example applic.tion.
