The sandwich panel incorporated a honeycomb core,a widely utilized composite structure recognized as a fundamental classification of composite *** a core resembling a honeycomb,possessing thickness and softness,and is flank by rigid face sheets that sandwich various shapes and *** paper presents an examination of the static and dynamic analysis of lightweight plates made of aluminum honeycomb sandwich *** sandwich plate samples are 300 mm long,and 300 mm wide,the heights of the core have been varied at four values ranging from 10 to 25 *** honeycomb core is manufactured from Aluminum material by using a novel technique namely resistance spot welding(RSW)instead of using adhesive material,which is often used when an industrial flaw is *** optimization based on response surface methodology(RSM)and design of experiment software(DOE)was used to verify the current work.A theoretical examination of the crashworthiness behavior(maximum bending load,maximum deflection)and vibration attributes(natural frequency,damping ratio,transient temporal response)of honeycomb sandwich panels with different design parameters was also carried *** addition,the finite element method-based ANSYS software was used to confirm the theoretical *** findings of the present work showed that the relationship between the natural frequency,core height,and cell size is *** contrast,the relationship between the natural frequency and the thickness of the cell wall is ***,the damping ratio is inversely proportional to the core height and cell size but directly proportional to the thickness of the cell *** study indicates that altering the core height within 10-25 mm leads to a significant increase of 82%in the natural frequency and a notable decrease of 49%in the damping *** findings are based on a specific cell size value of 0.01 m and a cell wall thickness of 0.001 ***,the results indicate

The feasibility of coating by cooling crystallization on ibuprofen naked tablets

Sugar spray coating is a frequently used process in the pharmaceutical industry. However, this process presents the disadvantage to form an amorphous coating around the active ingredient. A crystalline coating formed on the surface of a tablet is highly desirable. Recently, a new process of coating by cooling crystallization has been developed and applied on bisacodyl pastilles obtained by melt crystallization. In this work, we investigated the feasibility of coating by cooling crystallization on ibuprofen ＂naked tablets＂ manufactured by compression. In the first part of this work, the solubility and the metastable zone width have been determined experimentally for the coating solution because they are essential factors for any crystallization process. In the second part, the coating process is investigated on the operating conditions that affect the surface morphology and the crystal growth rate. These experimental conditions include concentration of the coating solution, degree of sub-cooling, agitation speed, retention time, and surface properties of the naked ibuprofen tablets. The results show that naked tablet coating by cooling crystallization is feasible and can be applied in the pharmaceutical industry.

Arabidopsis OBG-Like GTPase （AtOBGL）Is Localized in Chloroplasts and Has an Essential Function in Embryo Development

OBG-like GTPases, a subfamily of P-loop GTPases, have divers and important functions in bacteria, including initiation of sporulation, DNA replication, and protein translation. Homologs of the Bacillus subtilis spo0B GTP-binding protein （OBG） can be found in plants and algae but their specific function in these organisms has not yet been elucidated. Here, it is shown that ATSG18570 encodes an Arabidopsis thaliana OBG-like protein （AtOBGL） that is localized in chlor- oplasts. In contrast to the bacterial members of this protein family, AtOBGL and other OBG-like proteins from green algae and plants possess an additional N-terminal domain, indicating functional adaptation. Disruption of the gene locus of ATOBGL by TDNA insertion resulted in an embryo-lethal phenotype and light microscopy using Normarski optics revealed that embryo maturation in the atobgl mutant is arrested at the late globular stage before development of a green embryo. Expression of 35S：：ATOBGL within the atobgl mutant background could rescue the mutant phenotype, confirming that embryo-lethality is caused by the loss of AtOBGL. Together, the data show that the bacterial-derived OBG-like GTPases have retained an essential role in chloroplasts of plants and algae. They furthermore corroborate the significance of chloroplast functions for embryo development -- an important stage within the Arabidopsis lifecycle.

Generation of Different Classes of Multipartite Entanglement using Cavity-QED

using a system of cavity quantum electrodynamics （QED） we present two schemes for multipartite entan- glement generation. In the first scheme, a three-level atom is interacting with three cavities successively. In the second one, two three-level atoms are interacted with a coherent optical cavity. These protocols allow us to generate the six c/asses of tripartite entanglement （GHZ, W, A-B-C, AB-C, C-AB, and B-AC class states） by controling the interaction time between atoms and cavities. Moreover, they allow us to generate entanglement between the cavity fields degrees of freedom （from the first scheme）, and a mixed entanglement between the cavity field degrees of freedom and the atomic degrees of freedom.

Antihyperglycemic and hepatoprotective properties of miracle fruit(Synsepalum dulcificum) compared to aspartame in alloxan-induced diabetic mice

Objective: This study was undertaken to investigate the antihyperglycemic potential of miracle fruit(MF)as well as its hepatic safety as compared to aspartame in alloxan-induced diabetic ***: MF extracts were prepared and screened for their phytochemical composition using highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Total phenolic, flavonoid and tannin contents and antioxidant potential were also determined. Additionally, MF was evaluated for its sensory attributes. For in vivo work, MF ethanol extract at high(MFH: 500 mg/kg body weight [BW]) and low(MFL: 250 mg/kg BW) doses as well as aspartame were injected intraperitoneally into alloxan-induced diabetic *** glucose levels were determined following acute and subchronic treatment. At the end of the study,animals were sacrificed, serum was collected for biochemical analysis and liver tissues were obtained for histopathological ***: MF ethanol extract contained more flavonoids and tannins, and had higher 1,1-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical-scavenging activity(79.61%) compared to MF aqueous extract(P uercetin comprising the major polyphenol. Additionally, sensory analysis of MF showed that its intake is effective in masking undesirable sourness. Subchronic administration of MFH proved amelioration of hyperglycemia in mice as compared to aspartame. Moreover, aspartame treatment significantly elevated(P uctive effects on the liver histopathology;however, hepatic architecture was restored by low and high doses of ***: MF is an effective antihyperglycemic with hepatoprotective properties that can be used as a healthier alternative sweetening agent in place of aspartame for sour beverages.

Determination of the feasible setup parameters of a workpiece to maximize the utilization of a five-axis milling machine

The machining industry must maximize the machine tool utilization for its efficient and effective usage. Determining a feasible workpiece location is one of the significant tasks performed in an iterative way via machining simulations. The maximum utilization of five-axis machine tools depends upon the cutting system’s geometry, the configuration of the machine tool, and the workpiece’s location. In this research, a mathematical model has been developed to determine the workpiece’s feasible location in the five-axis machine tool for avoiding the number of iterations, which are usually performed to eliminate the global collision and axis limit errors. In this research, a generic arrangement of the five-axis machine tool has been selected. The mathematical model of post-processor has been developed by using kinematic modeling methods. The machine tool envelopes have been determined using the post-processor and axial limit. The tooltip reachable workspace is determined by incorporating the post-processor, optimal cutting system length, and machining envelope, thereby further developing an algorithm to determine the feasible workpiece setup parameters accurately. The algorithm’s application has been demonstrated using an example. Finally, the algorithm is validated for feasible workpiece setup parameters in a virtual environment. This research is highly applicable in the industry to eliminate the number of iterations performed for the suitable workpiece setup parameters.

Emotion detection on webpages using biosensors integrated to a window-based dynamic control system

A Machine Learning Based Framework for a Stage-Wise Classification of Date Palm White Scale Disease

Date palm production is critical to oasis agriculture,owing to its economic importance and nutritional *** diseases endanger this precious tree,putting a strain on the economy and *** scale Parlatoria blanchardi is a damaging bug that degrades the quality of *** an infestation reaches a specific degree,it might result in the tree’s *** counter this threat,precise detection of infected leaves and its infestation degree is important to decide if chemical treatment is *** decision is crucial for farmers who wish to minimize yield losses while preserving production *** this purpose,we propose a feature extraction and machine learning(ML)technique based framework for classifying the stages of infestation by white scale disease(WSD)in date palm trees by investigating their leaflets images.80 gray level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM)texture features and 9 hue,saturation,and value(HSV)color moments features are extracted from both grayscale and color images of the used *** classify the WSD into its four classes(healthy,low infestation degree,medium infestation degree,and high infestation degree),two types of ML algorithms were tested;classical machine learning methods,namely,support vector machine(SVM)and k-nearest neighbors(KNN),and ensemble learning methods such as random forest(RF)and light gradient boosting machine(LightGBM).The ML models were trained and evaluated using two datasets:the first is composed of the extracted GLCM features only,and the second combines GLCM and HSV *** results indicate that SVM classifier outperformed on combined GLCM and HSV features with an accuracy of 98.29%.The proposed framework could be beneficial to the oasis agricultural community in terms of early detection of date palm white scale disease(DPWSD)and assisting in the adoption of preventive measures to protect both date palm trees and crop yield.
