功能性消化不良(FD)作为功能性胃肠病,中医临床通过病症结合的方式进行治疗,将其分为脾虚气滞证、肝胃不和证、脾胃湿热证、脾胃虚寒证、寒热错杂证、肝郁脾虚证、肝郁气滞证等证型。FD动物模型的构建依据证型特定的发病机制来模拟人体症状,检测指标常采用行为学、胃肠动力学及相关蛋白水平等评估模型与FD患者的相似度。符合病症的动物模型是开展药效研究和药效评价的前提和基础,对FD中医证型的造模方法及检测指标进行整理和分析,旨在完善和优化动物模型,为后续的药物研究提供支持。

装药结构对硬质岩隧洞轮廓成型效果的影响研究

硬质岩隧洞的轮廓成型效果对提高围岩稳定性和降低支护成本具有重要意义。以优化隧洞轮廓孔单孔装药量和装药结构为目标,首先,理论分析了隧洞爆破中轮廓孔装药参数的取值范围;其次,分别以1200 g、900 g、750 g、600 g的单孔装药量进行了硬质岩隧洞爆破试验,并借助激光扫描仪对隧洞轮廓成型效果进行了扫描分析;最后,利用断裂力学模型分析了不同单孔装药量的隧洞轮廓成型效果。结果表明:当硬质岩隧洞的轮廓孔装药参数在合理范围内时,单孔装药量越小,爆破产生的孔间裂缝数量越少,岩体损伤范围也越小;当装药量由1200 g降低至600 g时,隧洞轮廓超挖体积由6.53 m^(3)降低至2.02 m^(3),但由孔位误差导致的轮廓欠挖体积由0.15 m^(3)增大0.26 m^(3);断裂力学模型在硬质岩隧洞轮廓爆破的模拟中优于损伤模型,模型计算得隧洞轮廓上的半孔数与观察值吻合较好。研究成果可为类似硬质岩隧洞爆破开挖中轮廓成型效果优化提供技术与方法借鉴。

钢铁行业是我国大气污染物和CO_(2)排放主要来源之一,超低排放改造是其推进减污降碳的关键措施.以萍乡市某典型钢铁厂为例,以2019为基准年,编制了钢铁厂超低排放改造前后CO_(2)和大气污染物排放清单,并综合运用WRF-CMAQ空气质量模型和数据融合技术,量化评估了该钢铁厂烧结机超低排放改造和全流程超低排放改造对空气质量的影响.结果显示,该钢铁厂实施全流程超低排放改造后CO_(2)减排91.67万t(下降率19.94%),同时,SO_(2)、NO_(x)、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)和VOCs分别减排824.89(59.13%)、3642.04(73.90%)、2096.59(49.66%)、1473.43(45.69%)、789.56(49.90%)t.评估结果表明,烧结工序实施超低排放改造对萍乡市SO_(2)浓度降低影响最大,SO_(2)浓度降幅为3.61%;而全流程超低排放改造可进一步改善萍乡空气质量状况,除O_(3)上升2.85%外,其余大气污染物降幅为2.77%~6.83%.

Reverse Roll Coating Flow with Non-Newtonian Fluids

AIM: To investigate the effectiveness of 4 d' anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy on the H pylori-infected Mongolian gerbils based on physiological and pathological changes. METHODS: We used 6-wk-old male gerbils orally inoculated with H pylori (ATCC43504, 2×108 CFU/mL). Seven weeks after H pylori inoculation, the animals of study group received 4 d' anti-H pylori triple therapy (H pylori-eradicated group). Seven days later, all animals of the H pylori-eradicated and control groups (H pylori-infected & H pylori-uninfected groups) were sacrificed. We examined gastric mucosal lesions macroscopically, studied gastritis microscopically and determined the stomach weight ratio, myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity and prostaglandin (PG) E2 level. RESULTS: The results showed that both macroscopic and histological gastric damages were significantly less in H pylori-eradicated group than H pylori-infected group. Stomach weight ratio, MPO activity and PGE2 levels were significantly higher in H pylori-infected group than those in the other two groups. CONCLUSION: Four days' anti-H pylori therapy was effective in the improvement of H pylori-induced gastric lesions in Mongolian gerbils.

Si is considered as the promising anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)owing to their high capacities of 4200 mAh g-1and natural ***,severe electrode pulverization and poor electronic and Li-ionic conductivities hinder their practical *** resolve the afore-mentioned problems,we first demonstrate a cation-mixed disordered lattice and unique Li storage mechanism of single-phase ternary GaSiP_(2)compound,where the liquid metallic Ga and highly reactive P are incorporated into Si through a ball milling *** confirmed by experimental and theoretical analyses,the introduced Ga and P enables to achieve the stronger resistance against volume variation and metallic conductivity,respectively,while the cation-mixed lattice provides the faster Li-ionic diffusion capability than those of the parent GaP and Si *** resulting GaSiP_(2)electrodes delivered the high specific capacity of 1615 mAh g-1and high initial Coulombic efficiency of 91%,while the graphite-modified GaSiP_(2)(GaSiP_(2)@C)achieved 83%of capacity retention after 900 cycles and high-rate capacity of 800 at 10,000 mA ***,the LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)//Ga SiP_(2)@C full cells achieved the high specific capacity of 1049 mAh g-1after 100 cycles,paving a way for the rational design of high-performance LIB anode materials.

A parallel screening of 27 different flavonoids and chalcones was conducted using 6 artificial naringenin-activated riboswitches(M1,M2,M3,O,L and H).A quantitative structure-property relationship approach was applied to understand the physicochemical properties of the flavonoid structures resulting in specificity differences relied on the fluorescence intensity of a green fluorescent protein *** models of riboswitches M1,M2 and O that had good predictive power were constructed with descriptors selected for their high *** electronegativity and hydrophilicity of the flavonoids structures were identified as two properties that increased binding affinity to RNA *** groups at the C-3′and C-4’positions of the flavonoid molecule were strictly required for ligand-activation with riboswitches M1 and *** O and L preferred multi-hydroxylated flavones as *** on the A ring of the flavonoid molecule were not important in the molecular recognition process.O-glycosylated derivatives were not recognized by any of the riboswitches,presumably due to steric *** the challenges of detecting RNA conformational change after ligand binding,the resulting models elucidate important physicochemical features in the ligands for conformational structural studies of artificial aptamer complexes and for design of ligands having higher binding specificity.
