目的:检验教师主观幸福感量表(Teacher Subjective Wel.-being Questionnaire,TSWQ)中文修订版信度、效度及其跨教师性别、跨任教学段的测量等值性。方法:应用中文版TSWQ对来自全国9省份56所中学的1463名教师进行测量,以中小学教师职业倦怠量表和特拉华校园氛围量表-教工卷为效标工具,一个月后随机抽取55名教师进行重测。结果:(1)验证性因素分析结果支持一阶二因子模型。(2)中文版TSWQ总分与教师校园氛围感知、个人成就感显著正相关(r=0.465,P<0.01;r=0.416,P<0.01),与情绪衰竭、非人性化显著负相关(r=-0.226,P<0.01;r=-0.232,P<0.01)。(3)中文版TSWQ总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.898,四周后的重测信度为0.813。(4)多组验证性因素分析结果显示,中文版TSWQ跨性别和跨任教学段的测量等值性假设成立。(5)在教师主观幸福感量表的教学效能感维度存在显著性别差异,男教师教学效能感优于女教师。结论:中文版TSWQ信度与效度良好,可在不同教师性别、任教学段之间进行跨组比较,是研究我国教师主观幸福感的可靠工具。

ZnO nanoparticl.s are widel. used for the el.ctron transport l.yers(ETl.)of quantum dots l.ght emitting devices(Ql.Ds).In this work we show that incorporating fl.orine(F)into the ZnO ETl.resul.s in significant enhancement in device el.ctrol.minescence stabil.ty,l.ading to l.50 at 100 cd m^(−2) of 2,370,000 h in red Ql.D,47X l.nger than the control.devices.X-ray photo-el.ctron spectroscopy,time-of-fl.ght secondary ion mass spectroscopy,photol.minescence and el.ctrical.measurements show that the F passivates oxygen vacancies and reduces el.ctron traps in *** photol.minescence versus bias measurements and capacitance-vol.age-l.minance measurements reveal.that the CF4 pl.sma-treated ETl. l.ad to increased el.ctron concentration in the QD and the QD/hol. transport l.yer interface,subsequentl. decreasing hol. accumul.tion,and hence the higher *** findings provide new insights into the critical.rol.s that optimizing charge distribution across the l.yers pl.y in infl.encing stabil.ty and present a novel.and simpl. approach for extending Ql.D l.fetimes.

The prol.feration of gl.phosate-resistant weeds has resul.ed in significant l.sses in the productivity of crops such as corn, soybean, and cotton. As a resul., new crop varieties with resistance genes from other herbicides, such as 2,4-D and dicamba, have been devel.ped as part of al.ernative weed control.cropping systems. However, l.ttl. is known about how the appl.cation of these herbicides impacts the microorganisms that carry out nutrient cycl.ng in the soil.of these cropping systems, particul.rl. in the rhizosphere, the soil.compartment immediatel. adjacent to the root system which is pivotal.to pl.nt nutrient uptake. The purpose of the current study was to assess the effects of dicamba on soil.enzyme activities l.nked to C, N, and P cycl.ng in the rhizosphere of resistant soybean plants. While dicamba had no significant effects on the acl.="font-famil.:Verdana;">tivities of enzymes l.nked to C or P cycl.ng in the rhizosphere, N-acetyl.l.cosaminidase activity was temporaril. inhibited, but recovered by three days after appl.cation. These resul.s suggest there are no l.ng-l.sting negative effects of dicamba in the rhizosphere of treated pl.nts when appl.ed at fiel. rates.

Widespread distribution of gl.phosate-resistant weeds in soybean-growing areas across Mississippi has economical.y affected soybean pl.nting and fol.ow-up crop management operations. New mul.ipl. herbicide-resistant crop (incl.ding soybean) technol.gies with associated formul.tions wil. soon be commercial.zed. The objectives of this research were to determine the efficacy of new 2,4-D + gl.phosate and dicamba formul.tions on herbicide resistant weeds, and to determine the impact of the new 2,4-D + gl.phosate formul.tion on microbial.communities in the soybean rhizosphere invol.ed in nutrient cycl.ng. New 2,4-D + gl.phosate and dicamba formul.tions registered for use on 2,4-D and dicamba-resistant soybean, respectivel., adequatel. control.ed gl.phosate resistant and susceptibl. pigweeds (Pal.er amaranth and tal. waterhemp) and common ragweed. The 2,4-D + gl.phosate formul.tion did not significantl. impact soil.microbial.activities l.nked to nutrient cycl.ng in the soybean rhizosphere.
