Assessing individual risks of healthy aging using biomarkers and identifying associated factors have become important areas of *** this study,we conducted a literature review of relevant publications between 2018 and 2023 in both Chinese and English *** studies have predominantly used single biomarkers,such as C-reactive protein,or focused on specific life course stages and factors such as socioeconomic status,mental health,educational levels,and unhealthy *** summarizing the progress in this field,our study provides valuable insights and future directions for promoting healthy aging from a life course perspective.

with unlimited topological modes in mathematics,the fractional orbital angular momentum(FOAM)demonstrates the potential to infinitely increase the channel capacity in acoustic-vortex(AV)***,the accuracy and stability of FOAM recognition are still limited by the nonorthogonality and poor anti-interference of fractional AV *** popular machine learning,widely used in optics based on large datasets of images,does not work in acoustics because of the huge engineering of the 2-dimensional point-by-point ***,we report a strategy of phase-dislocation-mediated high-dimensional fractional AV communication based on pair-FOAM multiplexing,circular sparse sampling,and machine *** unique phase dislocation corresponding to the topological charge provides important physical guidance to recognize FOAMs and reduce sampling points from theory to practice.A straightforward convolutional neural network considering turbulence and misalignment is further constructed to achieve the stable and accurate communication without involving experimental *** experimentally present that the 32-point dual-ring sampling can realize the 10-bit information transmission in a limited topological charge scope from±0.6 to±2.4 with the FOAM resolution of 0.2,which greatly reduce the divergence in AV *** infinitely expanded channel capacity is further verified by the improved FOAM resolution of *** with other milestone works,our strategy reaches 3-fold OAM utilization,4-fold information level,and 5-fold OAM *** of the extra advantages of high dimension,high speed,and low divergence,this technology may shed light on the next-generation AV communication.

In order to solve the immaturity of decision-making methods in the regulation of winter heating in greenhouses,this study proposed a solution to the problem of greenhouse winter heating regulation using a dynamic programming algorithm.A mathematical model that included indoor environmental state variables,optimization decision variables,and outdoor random variables was *** temperature is kept close to the expected value and the energy consumption is *** model predicts the control solution by considering the cost function within the next 10 *** two-stage planning method was used to optimize the state of each moment step by *** temperature control strategy model was obtained by training the relationship between indoor temperature,outdoor temperature,and heating time after optimization using a regression *** on a typical Internet of Things(IoT)structure,the greenhouse control system was designed to regulate the optimal control according to the feedback of the current *** testing and verification,the optimized control method could stabilize the temperature near the target *** to the threshold control(threshold interval of 2.0°C)under similar weather conditions,the optimized control method reduced the temperature fluctuation range by 0.9°C and saved 7.83 kw·h of electricity,which is about 14.56%of the total experimental electricity *** shows that the dynamic programming method is feasible for environmental regulation in actual greenhouse production,and further research can be expanded in terms of decision variables and policy models to achieve a more comprehensive,scientific,and precise regulation.

The hydroxyl-terminated self-assembled monolayer(OH-SAM),as a surface resistant to protein adsorption,exhibits substantial potential in applications such as ship navigation and medical implants,and the appropriate strategies for designing anti-fouling surfaces are ***,we employ molecular dynamics simulations and alchemical free energy calculations to systematically analyze the factors influencing resistance to protein adsorption on the SAMs terminated with single or double OH groups at three packing densities(∑=2.0 nm^(-2),4.5 nm^(-2),and 6.5 nm^(-2)),*** the first time,we observed that the compactness and order of interfacial water enhance its physical barrier effect,subsequently enhancing the resistance of SAM to protein ***,the spatial hindrance effect of SAM leads to the embedding of protein into SAM,resulting in a lack of resistance of SAM towards ***,the number of hydroxyl groups per unit area of double OH-terminated SAM at ∑=6.5 nm^(-2) is approximately 2 to 3 times that of single OH-terminated SAM at ∑=6.5 nm^(-2) and 4.5 nm^(-2),consequently yielding a weaker resistance of double OH-terminated SAM towards ***,due to the structure of SAM itself,i.e.,the formation of a nearly perfect ice-like hydrogen bond structure,the SAM exhibits the weakest resistance towards *** study will complement and improve the mechanism of OH-SAM resistance to protein adsorption,especially the traditional barrier effect of interfacial water.
