The objective of this study was to determine the degree of citizen participation in urban planning processes in the municipality of Comala,Colima,Mexico to have a broader vision of the citizens and the environment in which they *** instrument was designed specifically to perform this study and the instrument was validated by calculating Cronbach’s *** results showed that citizens were highly involved in issues concerning their urban environment,and the main problems of the public spaces were also identified.

Background:Murraya koenigii(L.)Spreng.(Rutaceae)is an evergreen shrub distributed over the sub-tropical to lower temperate climatic zone of Nepal which has been used as spice in culinary practice and traditionally being used to treat bites of poisonous animals,dysentery,skin diseases,vomiting,diarrhea,and ***:The main objective of this study is to study the enzyme inhibition potential of different extracts of *** leaves collected from western ***:Total flavonoid content,total phenolic content,in vitro antioxidant,𝛼α-amylase,lipase,elastase,tyrosinase,and cholinesterase inhibition activities analysis of *** in ethyl acetate,methanol,and water extract were *** addition,high-resolution mass spectrometry-based profiling of flavonoid molecules and their docking analysis were ***:Results revealed the noteworthy radical scavenging activity of ethyl acetate extract against ABTS and *** the analyzed enzymes,*** extracts revealed the highest inhibitory potential towards acetylcholinesterase(AChE)and butyrylcholinesterase(BChE)and only water extract showed the inhibition of *** HPLC-ESI-QTOF-MS analysis revealed the presence of Rutin,Quercetin,Ferulic acid,Hyperoside,Kaempferol-7-O-glucoside,and Morin in ***,in silico docking analysis revealed the significant binding energy of these flavonoid molecules;especially Rutin with ***:The ethyl acetate and methanolic extracts of *** showed paramount flavonoid and phenolic content along with noteworthy potential towardsthe inhibition of neuro-degradative enzymes such as BChE which can be characterized further for pharmacological *** study on the isolation of metabolites and their pharmacological properties from *** is recommended.

Computational Study on Furnace Process in a Multi-burner Boiler of Pulverized Coal Fired Tangentially at Four Corners

Aiming at the optimization of the operation condition, a general numerical method for calculating pulverized coal combustion in a full scale furnace fired tangentially at four corners is adopted. “ k ε ” turbulence model is used for the gas phases and a stochastic approach based on the Lagrangian technique is used for particle phases. Two competing reactions model for the coal devolatilization and PDF (the probability density function) method for the combustion of the gas phases are employed. In the numerical simulations, assuming the air distribution of second port level is of pagoda, waist drum and uniform type. The results show that pagoda type air distribution is advantageous to ignition and smooth combustion of pulverized coal, and suitable to inferior coal combustion in practice. In the present furnace, the igniting distance at 1st and 3rd corner is longer than that at 2nd and 4th corner. The results from numerical calculations are in good agreement with those of observed in practice.

Excimer formation of pyrene and benzyl 4-(1-pyrenyl) butanoate was used to study the microviscosity of polystyrene/toluene solutions over the entire concentration range. Two critical concentrations (C(PS)similar to 0.32, 0.82g/ml) have been observed from the log-log plot of IB/IM vs C-PS. The results are explained in terms of the onset of cohesional interaction and the glass transition of the polymer chains, respectively.

The effect of graphite particulate reinforcement on the resultant damping behaviour of ZA27 metal matrix composites (MMCs) has been investigated in an effort to develop a new functional material. The MMCs were processed by a spray atomization and deposition technique. The damping capacity, as well as the relative dynamic modulus, was measured at frequencies of 1 and 4 Hz in the 30 to 200 degrees C temperature range. There exists a transformation point at 55 degrees C in the internal friction and temperature spectrum of the MMCs. It is shown from microstructural analysis that the damping capacity of ZA27 can be significantly improved by the addition of graphites particulates through spray deposition processing. Finally, the operative damping mechanism is discussed in light of the data obtained from characterization of microstructure and damping capacity.

The variation of the I1/I3 ratio of the fluorescence of pyrene in polystyrene-based quaternary ammonium salt (PA) and sodium carboxymethylamylose (NaCMA) aqueous solutions was measured as a function of sodium perfluorooctanoate (SPFO) concentration. Association of the anionic fluorocarbon surfactant with cationic polyelectrolyte (PA) to form mixed micelles occurred at the surfactant concentrations far below its normal critical concentration, while no interaction between SPFO and anionic polyelectrolyte (NaCMA) was detected. The driving force for the formation of mixed micelles of *** PA is electrostatic interactions.
