this research aims to analyze the static bending and free vibration behaviors of bidirectional functionally graded porous(BFGP)curved microbeams with elastic boundary conditions resting on a Pasternak’s elastic foundation in a hygro-thermal *** analysis based on non-uniform rational B-splines,first-order shear deformation theory,nonlocal elasticity theory combined with the modified strain gradient theories,modified Timoshenko beam theory are formulated to depict bending and shear deformations of BFGP curved ***,because using the modified Timoshenko beam theory,this study removes the requirement for a shear correction factor and describes shear stress by zero at the upper and lower cross-sectional sites of the BFGP curved *** from traditional boundary conditions,where the beginning and end positions of a curved beam are connected by an elastic system of straight and torsion *** allows for greater flexibility in controlling the stiffness of the springs to obtain arbitrary *** assess the accuracy and convergence of the proposed approach,validation numerical examples were conducted in the various examples.

The origin and quality of groundwater in the Southeastern region （belongs to Southern Plain） were identified by using isotopic techniques and geochemical analysis. Groundwater samples were collected from 7 aquifers： the Holocene, upper Pleistocene, middle Pleistocene, lower Pleistocene, upper Pliocene, middle Pliocene and Miocene aquifers. The water isotopic compositions （82H and 8180） were determined to elucidate the origin and the interaction between surface water and groundwater studies. Transit time （age） of the groundwater samples was determined to explain the direction of groundwater flow. The dating techniques included 3H and ^14C isotopes measurement, followed by a correction for the initial ^14C-activity by the ^13C-composition （^13C） in TDIC （Total Dissolved Inorganic Carbon）. Geochemical parameters of the groundwater samples were measured either directly in the field or in the laboratory. The results showed that the groundwater from the Holocene and upper Pleistocene aquifers was most recharged from the local meteorological and hydrological systems, including local precipitation, fiver and reservoirs. thus, it has short transit time and its stable isotopic composition is spread around the local meteoric waterline and lines for rivers or reservoirs water. The groundwater in the deeper aquifers： middle and lower Pleistocene, and Neogene aquifers has old age up to 22.5 ka BP. Its water seems to be recharged from the areas with an altitude from 600 to 700 m higher to the Neogene deposit layer altitude. The groundwater in the SE SP （South-Eastern Southern Plain） region has a high quality. The water type is Na-Ca-Mg-HCO3 with low content of chloride and TDS （Total Dissolved Solids）. Calcite/dolomite and gypsum dissolution, organic matter decomposition and sequence of red-ox reactions proceeding through different electron acceptors sediment were controlled the chemistry of the groundwater in the study region.

Bacterial leaf blight of rice (BLB), caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, is one of the most destructive diseases in Asian rice fields. A high-quality rice variety, LT2, was used as the recipient ***21, which carries the Xa21 gene, was used as the donor parent. The resistance gene Xa21 was introduced into LT2 by marker-assisted backcrossing. Three Xoo races were used to inoculate the improved lines following the clipping method. Eleven BC_3F_3 lines carrying Xa21 were obtained based on molecular markers and agronomic performance. The 11 lines were then inoculated with the three Xoo races. All the 11 improved lines showed better resistance to BLB than the recipient parent LT2. Based on the level of resistance to BLB and their agronomic performance, five lines (BC_3F_3 5.***.5.1, BC_3F_3 5.***.5.12, BC_3F_3 8.***.6.44, BC_3F_3 9.***.4.1 and BC_3F_3 9.***.4.23) were selected as the most promising for commercial release. These improved lines could contribute to rice production in terms of food security.

Lithium aluminate (LiAlO2) powder was synthesized by sol-gel with EDTA method. The resultant powders were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) techniques. In addition, several thermoluminescence properties of synthesized LiAlO2 powder were reported. The results from X-ray diffraction (XRD), the powder prepared by sol-gel with EDTA method showed pure γ-phase when it was calcined at >900°C. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that the size of the lithium aluminate particles depended strongly on calcination temperature. The linearity is observed of synthesized LiAlO2 powder by sol-gel with EDTA with regression coefficient (R2) is 0.9971.

Water level predictions in the river,lake and delta play an important role in flood *** year Mekong River delta of Vietnam is experiencing flood due to heavy monsoon rains and high *** subsidence may also aggravate flooding problems in this ***,accurate predictions of water levels in this region are very important to forewarn the people and authorities for taking timely adequate remedial measures to prevent losses of life and *** are so many methods available to predict the water levels based on historical data but nowadays Machine Learning(ML)methods are considered the best tool for accurate *** this study,we have used surface water level data of 18 water level measurement stations of the Mekong River delta from 2000 to 2018 to build novel time-series Bagging based hybrid ML models namely:Bagging(RF),Bagging(SOM)and Bagging(M5P)to predict historical water levels in the study *** of the Bagging-based hybrid models were compared with Reduced Error Pruning Trees(REPT),which is a benchmark ML *** data of 19 years period was divided into 70:30 ratio for the *** data of the period 1/2000 to 5/2013(which is about 70%of total data)was used for the training and for the period 5/2013 to 12/2018(which is about 30%of total data)was used for testing(validating)the *** of the models was evaluated using standard statistical measures:Coefficient of Determination(R2),Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)and Mean Absolute Error(MAE).Results show that the performance of all the developed models is good(R2>0.9)for the prediction of water levels in the study ***,the Bagging-based hybrid models are slightly better than another model such as ***,these Bagging-based hybrid time series models can be used for predicting water levels at Mekong data.

From the work on the Eurocentric critical thinking and on the territorialisation of the Internet, three researchers will present the theoretical and epistemological bases of an international research on the intercultural aspects of the impact of the New Technologies of Information and Communication (NTIC) on the process of socialization and subjectivation of high-school students from three continents. It will be the issues of a methodological triangulation based on the ecology of knowledge and the intercultural perspective, in the respect for the cultural context of the participants, their pluralities and particular isms. Online questionnaire consisting of 50 questions was developed in Portuguese in Brazil and translated according to the method of trans-cultural adaptation in French and then in Vietnamese. It will be a question of a critical analysis of the construction and validation of the instrument, its cross-cultural adaptations, as well as the method of result analysis through the Program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the objective of which is to describe the modalities of use of social networks, and video games of high-school students in Hanoi. thus it is hoped to compare the characteristics of the population studied (number, age, schooling, and sexes), the rhythm and modalities of use of video games and social networks, the relationships between different members of the family and their peers, to the data of the other two populations studied. The parallel between the data obtained in Vietnam, France, and Brazil will contribute to the understanding on the part of the context and the cultural affiliation in the establishment of relationships between the users and the NTIC and consequently to the definition of the methods of prevention of risks more adapted to the realities of young people and their families.

Biotic and abiotic factors control aboveground biomass(AGB)and the structure of forest *** study analyses the variation of AGB and stand structure of evergreen broadleaved forests among six ecoregions of Vietnam.A data set of 1731-ha plots from 52 locations in undisturbed old-growth forests was *** results indicate that basal area and AGB are closely correlated with annual precipitation,but not with annual temperature,evaporation or hours of *** area and AGB are positively correlated with trees>30 cm *** areas surveyed(52.6%)in these old-growth forests had AGB of 100–200 Mg ha^-1;5.2%had AGB of 400–500 Mg ha^-1,and 0.6%had AGB of>800 Mg ha^-*** percent of the areas surveyed had stand densities of 300–600 ***^-1,and 64%had basal areas of 20–40 m^2 ha^-*** is an important factor influencing the AGB of old-growth,evergreen broadleaved forests in *** causing the loss of large-diameter trees(e.g.,>100 cm DBH)affects AGB but may not seriously affect stand density.

Based on guides RG 1.109, RG 1.111 published by United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC), our research concentrates in assessing radiation doses caused by radioactive substances released from the nuclear power plant (NPP) Ninh thuan 1 under the scenario of normal operation using software package NRCDose72 provided by the USNRC. The database including the released radioactive nuclides, meteorology, terrain, population and agricultural production activities have been collected and processed to build the input data for the model calculation. The wind rose distribution obtained from the meteorological data in a five-year period from 2009-2013 showed that the radioactive nuclides released to environment spread in two main wind directions which are North East and South West. The X/Q (s/m3) and D/Q (s/m2) qualities which are, respectively, the ratio of activity concentration to release rate and that of deposition density of radioactive nuclides to release rate were calculated within an area of 80 km radius from the NPP site using XOQDOQ. Population doses were calculated using GASPAR. The XOQDOQ and GASPAR are two specific softwares in NRCDose72 package.

随着越南经济的发展,越南旅游业呈现出前所未有的良好增长态势,政府对国家旅游资源的开发也已取得重大突破。在越南大力发展旅游业的同时,企业对人力资本的重视度也越来越高。目前,越南旅游业从业人员的总体素质并不高,人才流动性较强,旅游行业的整体服务质量和工作效率仍有很大的提升空间。本文以越南旅游行业为研究,通过问卷调查了解越南旅游行业人力资源培训开发与员工绩效情况。结合前人的研究成果和越南旅游企业特点,构建“人力资源培训开发——组织认同——员工绩效”三者间关系的模型,并以此为基础提出了相关假设。之后,以实证研究的方法分析人力资源培训开发、员工绩效与组织认同之间的关系,并据此提出优化和提升人力资源培训开发效果的策略,为越南旅游企业今后的人力资源培训开发起到指导作用。本文的第一章是绪论,介绍本文的研究背景与研究意义、研究目的与研究内容、研究方法。第二章是文献综述,包括人力资源培训开发的概念、员工绩效的概念、组织认同的概念,及三者间关系的国内外文献,同时提出本文的理论基础,员工激励理论和柯氏四级培训评估模型。第三章是越南旅游行业的概况、人力资源培训开发的特点及存在的问题。第四章是实证研究设计,对人力资源培训开发、组织认同和员工绩效这三个因素分别设计问卷量表,并对三个变量之间的关系提出理论模型。第五章是实证数据分析,对调查数据进行描述性分析,验证信度和效度,并针对各个变量之间做相关分析、组织认同的中介作用进行回归分析。第六章是全文的总结部分,包括研究结论、管理建议、研究的局限性和对未来研究方向的展望。本文得出的结论如下:(1)对三个变量在人口统计学变量上差异的分析得出,性别对人力资源培训开发、组织认同、员工绩效的影响均不显著。不同年龄被试在员工绩效上无显著差异,在人力资源培训开发、组织认同上差异显著。不同学历被试在组织认同上无显著差异,在人力资源培训开发、员工绩效上差异性显著。不同工作年限被试在三个变量上的差异均显著。(2)人力资源培训开发的各维度对员工任务绩效和关系绩效具有正向作用。(3)组织认同在人力资源培训开发对员工任务绩效起到部分中介作用,对员工关系绩效起到完全中介作用。
