Objective:This study explores the interplay between job stress,job-related factors,work performance,and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help among Vietnamese ***:A total of 374 employees in Vietnam were surveyed using random sampling and an online questionnaire from November 07 to November 28,*** data and self-reported from three scales:The New Job Stress Scale(NJSS),Work Performance(WP),and Attitudes Toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help(ATSPPH_SF)were ***:Significant variations were found across several variables,including forms of work,operating hours,education levels,monthly income,numbers of daily working hours,and the presence of a psychological counseling department within the *** analysis has highlighted direct relationships between key latent *** who were more open to seeking professional help tended to report higher levels of job *** negative relationship was found between job stress and attitudes toward seeking professional ***,work effort was positively associated with work *** analyses revealed the influence of co-worker support on role expectation conflict and work effort,role expectation conflict and work-life balance,as well as interactions between role expectation conflict and attitudes needed toward seeking professional *** analyses showed that work effort mediated relationships between openness to seeking professional help,co-worker support,work-life balance,role expectation conflict,and work *** toward seeking professional help also mediated relationships between work-life balance,job stress,and work ***:The study highlights the complex dynamics surrounding job stress,job-related factors,work performance,and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help among Vietnamese *** highlights the importance of addressing help-seeking barriers,promoting work engagement

3-dimension(3-D)printing technology is growing strongly with many applications,one of which is the garment *** application of human body models to the garment industry is necessary to respond to the increasing personalization demand and still guarantee *** paper proposes amethod to construct 3-D human models by applying deep *** calculate the location of the main slices of the human body,including the neck,chest,belly,buttocks,and the rings of the extremities,using pre-existing ***,on the positioning frame,we find the key points(fixed and unaltered)of these key slices and update these points tomatch the current *** add points to a star slice,we use a deep learning model tomimic the form of the human body at that slice *** use interpolation to produce sub-slices of different body sections based on the main slices to create complete body parts *** combine all slices to construct a full 3-D representation of the human body.

An updraft gasifier was employed to treat 3 kg of dried rice husk per batch with different types of gasifying agents such as air,steam/air,and air with dolomite catalyst addition at various operating *** H2 content,low heating value,and H2/CO ratio in syngas were compared to determine the most effective solution to enhance the H2 production from rice husk *** presence of dolomite in air gasification produced the highest H2 content in the product gas,up to 15.4 mol%,followed by 7.08 and 3.6 mol%when steam/air and air standalone were used as gasifying agents,*** higher low heating value of syngas 5.1 MJ/Nm3 was observed in catalytic air gasification compared to 3.6 MJ/Nm3 when steam was *** optimal operation condition was reported at an airflow rate of 3 m3/h and a catalyst mixing ratio of 15%.

To study an application of low-value fishmeal (i.e. organic manure) and the effect of different nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) ratios (N/Ps) to the composition of algae prevailing in fertilized ponds for culturing Artemia. Phytoplankton composition and their abundance were determined through qualitative and quantitative sampling and analyses. The experiment included five treatments, control treatment using chicken manure (300 g/m^3), the others with fishmeal in different rates (i.e. 30 g/m^3, 60 g/m^3, 90 g/m^3, 120 g/m^3) with 3 replicates each and in a combination with inorganic fertilizer. Result indicated that the algal density of the experiment varied from 318 × 10^3 to 2,590 × 10^3 cells/mL and a significant difference among treatments (p < 0.05). The density of algae at the second treatment (30 g/m^3) is the highest with a mean density of 2,590 × 10^3 cells/mL. There are 38 phytoplankton species belonging to five phyla of algae, i.e. Bacillariophyta, Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta, Dinophyta and Euglenophyta. Also, there are 18 species of Bacillariophyta, 14 species of Chlorophyta, 4 species of Cyanophyta, 1 species of Dinophyta and 1 species of Euglenophyta. Algae compositions were 32, 34, 31, 27 species at control treatment, and 30 g/m^3, 60 g/m^3, 90 g/m^3, 120 g/m^3 fishmeal treatments, respectively. The dominant genus was usually Nitzschia, Thalassiosira, Navicula (Bacillariophyta), Tetraselmis (Chlorophyta), Oscillatoria (Cyanophyta), Euglena (Euglenophyta). Euglena usually appeared in the late phase of the experiment.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the drought tolerance,agro-morphological characteristics and yield of 10 rice varieties collected from different *** experiment one,drought tolerance of rice varieties under artificial drought condition in the greenhouse was assessed through root and leaf *** experiment two,the growth and yield of rice varieties in the rainfed rice field was *** results showed that drought has affected the root characteristics,leaf rolling and leaf drying of these *** rainfed rice field of Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam province,summer-autumn 2016 and winter-spring 2016-2017 crop season,these rice varieties grew and developed *** growth time was 90-119 d in summer-autumn crop season,while in winter-spring crop season was 107-131 *** yield of these rice varieties ranged from 37.02 quintals/ha to 56.33 quintals/ha and from 42.33 quintals/ha to 66.60 quintals/ha,*** rice varieties with high yields in both two crop seasons were OM4900,GSR38,IR93340 and *** is sugessted to conduct production experiment on a large area in rainfed field for these four varieties to evaluate them objectively and early put them into structure of rice varieties in Central Vietnam.

Salinity Effect at Seedling and Flowering Stages of Some Rice Lines and Varieties(Oryza sativa L.)

This study used 10 rice lines and varieties,including the salt tolerant variety(Pokkali)and salt susceptible variety(IR29)as *** for screening rice salinity tolerance at seedling stage was conducted in hydroponic system using five different salinity concentrations(0,4,6,8 and 10 dS/m).Flowering stage was evaluated at the salinity level of 8 dS/*** experiment was designed in randomized completely block(RCBD)with three replications for each line/variety under non-saline and saline *** results showed that the growth of rice lines/varieties was retarded severely with increasing salinity levels,and almost all of leaves were drying and dead completely(score 7 and 9).Plants of IR29 and OM7347 were dead at the electrical conductivity(EC)=10 dS/m,whereas Pokkali(the tolerant variety)and IR93350 were evaluated at score *** stress caused the reduction of overall vigor of rice lines/varieties especially in the pollen germination,fertilization and grain *** lines/varieties were classified to salinity tolerance levels as following:IR5040,IR93350,IR86385-8D-1-2-B and Pokkali(tolerant);OM8104,IR93340 and IR93343(moderate susceptible);OM7347,IR87832-303-1-B and IR29(susceptible).

Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is a growing problem among Asian *** on the Centers for Disease Control,the age-adjusted prevalence of T2 DM for Asian Americans is 9%,placing them at "moderate risk".However differential patterns of disease burden emerge when examining disaggregated data acrossAsian American ethnic groups; with Filipino,Pacific Islander,Japanese,and South Asian groups consistently described as having the highest prevalence of T2 *** and strengthening prevalence data is vital for on-going prevention *** strongest evidence currently available to guide the prevention of T2 DM in the United States comes from a large multicenter randomized clinical control trial called the Diabetes Prevention Program,which targets individual lifestyle behavior *** has been translated and adopted for some Asian American groups,and shows *** stronger study designs and attention to several key methodological considerations will improve the *** attention has also been directed toward population level downstream prevention *** an infrastructure that includes both individual and population approaches is needed to prevent T2 DM among Asian American populations,and is essential for reducing health disparities.
