Here,we report a case of acute attack of coronary heart disease(CHD).A 47‑year‑old pregnant woman with gestational hypertension developed sudden‑onset chest tightness,palpitations,dyspnea,and cyanosis of the face and lips after *** blood pressure was 180/110 mmHg and her blood oxygen saturation was 45%at that *** cardiopulmonary resuscitation,a weak heartbeat was restored,but oxygen saturation did not increase ***,she was transferred to the intensive care unit;however,she died after 21 days of *** findings revealed that a foreign body was embedded in the esophagus near the right piriform,and her heart weighed 392 g;histopathological examination revealed CHD,thrombosis in the lumen of the right coronary artery,cardiomyocyte hypertrophy,vascular hyaline degeneration in arterioles,neutrophils in the bronchiole and *** the tested samples yielded negative toxicological *** status and autopsy findings were not compatible with a diagnosis of peripartum *** patient’s sudden death was attributed to CHD,and esophageal foreign‑body impaction was considered to be concomitant *** findings might help in increasing the awareness between esophageal foreign‑body impaction and sudden cardiac death and they can also help in clarifying that understanding the primary cause of death is the key to resolving an iatrogenic medical tangle.

目的探讨敲除S1PR3是否通过抑制丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(maPKs)途径改善脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠急性肺损伤。方法用LPS诱导小鼠急性肺损伤模型。雄性C57BL/6J和S1PR3敲除小鼠,随机分为4组:C57 NS组(C57,生理盐水处理)、C57LPS组(C57,LPS诱导)、S1PR3^(-/-)NS组(S1PR3敲除鼠,生理盐水处理)、S1PR3^(-/-)LPS组(S1PR3敲除鼠,LPS诱导),8只/组。RT-qPCR检测S1PR3,IL-β和IL-18表达,HE染色检测肺部组织损伤,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡水平,Western blot法检测caspase-1,GSDMD,p-JNK,p-ERK p-p38蛋白表达水平。同时,Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞(MLE-12细胞)铺板后分为4组:PBS组、LPS组、CYM5541组(仅加入S1PR3激动剂)、CYM5541+LPS组(加入S1PR3激动剂+LPS),检测各组细胞焦亡水平及maPK信号通路分子的表达水平。结果急性肺损伤小鼠肺组织S1PR3表达上调(PmaPKs家族(JNK,ERK p38)的激活因S1PR3敲除后受到抑制,因加入S1PR3激动剂而表达明显升高(PmaPK信号通路改善急性肺损伤。

There are a large number of Mesozoic intrusive and volcanic rocks in western Liaoning of China,which is an ideal place to study the Mesozoic Paleo-Pacific subduction processes,and lithospheric destruc-tion of North China *** petrographic,zircon U-Pb dating and geochemical studies of the Early Jurassic granites in Huashan pluton,Xingcheng,western Liaoning,indicate that the Early Jurassic granites were formed at 184-174 ma,mainly composed of syenite and *** geochemical characteristics show high contents of SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3)and Na_(2)O+K_(2)O,low contents of Fe_(2)O_(3)and MgO,enrichment in LREEs and LILEs,and depletion in HREEs and HFSEs,and have a high content of Sr and low contents of Y and Yb,with weak negative Eu anomalies and slightly negative anomalies of Ce,indicating that they are a set of intermediate-acidic adakitic granites in high-K calc-alkaline *** the facts significantly suggest that the Early Jurassic adakitic granites were formed at the active continental margin in the context of Paleo-Pacific plate subduction.

目的基于神经生长因子(NGF)/酪氨酸激酶受体A(TrkA)通路探讨天麻素注射液治疗局灶性脑缺血致肺损伤大鼠的作用机制。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、假手术组、模型组和天麻素治疗组(10只/组)。采用栓塞大鼠右侧大脑中动脉复制局灶性脑缺血模型,造模成功后,用天麻素注射液腹腔注射10 mg/kg,1次/d,持续14 d;假手术组和模型组大鼠不予治疗。治疗结束后,测定大鼠肺组织湿/干重比值,HE染色检测肺组织病理变化,ELISA法检测动脉血液中炎性因子(IL-10、TNF-α)的含量,Western blot检测肺组织NF-κB p65、TNF-α的表达,免疫组织化学染色法及蛋白质免疫印迹试验检测肺组织NGF、TrkA的表达。结果与正常组和假手术组相比,模型组呈现出明显的炎症性肺损伤病理表型,肺湿/干重比值增加(P<0.01),动脉血中TNF-α浓度增高(P<0.01),肺组织内NF-κB p65(P<0.01)、TNF-α(P<0.01)、NGF(P<0.05)和TrkA(P<0.05)蛋白表达水平上升;与模型组相比,天麻素治疗组肺部炎性病理变化减轻,肺湿/干重比值降低(P<0.05),动脉血中TNF-α浓度降低(P<0.01),IL-10浓度增高(P<0.01),肺组织内NF-κB p65和TNF-α蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.05),肺组织内NGF和TrkA蛋白表达水平增加(P<0.05)。结论脑缺血可引起炎症性肺损伤,NGF/TrkA通路可能参与了炎症反应的发生过程;天麻素注射液可减轻脑缺血大鼠的肺损伤,其机制可能与NGF/TrkA通路激活抗炎途径有关。

In this paper,the principal decomposition of the velocity gradient tensor[∇v]is discussed in 3 cases based on the discriminant∆:∆0 with 3 distinct real eigen values,and∆=0 with 1 or 2 distinct real eigen *** velocity gradient tensor can also be classified as rotation point,which can be decomposed into three parts,i.e.,rotation[R],shear[S]and stretching/compression[SC],and non-rotation point,we defined a new resistance term[L],and the tensor can be decomposed into three parts,i.e.,resistance[L],shear[S]and stretching/compression[SC].Example matric are also displayed to demonstrate the new *** of principal decomposition between 3 different cases,and between Resistance and Liutex will also be discussed.

The biopharmaceutical industry contributes substantially to volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions,causing growing concerns and social developmental *** study conducted an on-site investigation of the process-based emission of VOCs from three biopharmaceutical *** the workshops of the three enterprises,26 VOCs were detected,which could be sorted into 4 classes:hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,oxygen-containing compounds,and nitrogen-containing *** were the main components of waste gases,accounting for 44.13%-77.85%of the overall ***-based source profiles were compiled for each process unit,with the fermentation and extraction units of tiamulin fumarate being the main source of VOC *** heptanone,vinyl acetate,diethylamine,propylene glycol methyl ether(PGME),and benzene were screened as priority pollutants through a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation *** level concentration simulation results of the Gauss plume diffusion model demonstrated that the diffusivity of VOCs in the atmosphere was relatively high,indicating potential non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks 1.5-2 km ***,the process-based formation potentials of ozone and secondary organic aerosols(SOAs)were determined and indicated that N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone,dimethyl heptanone,and PGME should be preferentially controlled to reduce the ozone formation potential,whereas the control of benzene and chlorobenzene should be prioritized to reduce the generation of *** results provide a basis for understanding the characteristics of VOC emission by biopharmaceutical industries and their diffusion,potentially allowing the development of measures to reduce health risks and secondary pollution.

The reduction of phosphogypsum(PG)to lime slag and SO_(2)using coke can effectively alleviate the environmental problems caused by ***,the PG decomposition temperature remains high and the product yield remains *** adding additives,the decomposition temperature can be further reduced and PG decomposition rate and product yield can be ***,the use of current additives such as Fe_(2)O_(3)and SiO_(2)brings the problem of increasing economic ***,it is proposed to use solid waste copper slag(CS)as a new additive to reduce PG to prepare SO2,which can reduce the cost and meet the environmental benefits at the same *** effects of proportion,temperature and thermostatic time on PG decomposition are investigated by experimental and kinetic analysis combined with FactSage thermodynamic calculations to optimize the roasting ***,the reaction mechanism is *** is found that adding CS to the coke and PG system can increase the rate of PG decomposition and SO_(2)yield while lowering the PG decomposition *** example,when the CS/PG mass ratio increases from 0 to 1,PG decomposition rate increases from 83.38%to 99.35%,SO_(2)yield increases from 78.62%to 96.81%,and PG decomposition temperature decreases from 992.4℃to 949.6℃.The optimal reaction parameters are CS/PG mass ratio of 1,Coke/PG mass ratio of 0.06 at 1100℃for 20 min with 99.35%PG decomposition rate and 96.81%SO_(2) *** process proceeds according to the following reactions:2CaSO_(4)+ 0.7C + 0.8Fe_(2)SiO_(4)→0.8Ca_(2)SiO_(4)+ 0.2Ca_(2)Fe_(2)O_(5)+ 0.4Fe_(3)O_(4)+2SO_(2)+ 0.7CO_(2)Finally,a process for decomposing PG with coke and CS is proposed.

With the rapid development of renewable energy,wind-thermal-bundled power transmission by line-commutated converter based high-voltage direct current(LCC-HVDC)systems has been widely *** dynamic interaction mechanisms among permanent magnet synchronous generators(PMSGs),synchronous generators(SGs),and LCC-HVDC system become *** deal with this issue,a path analysis method(PAM)is proposed to study the dynamic interaction mechanism,and the damping reconstruction is used to analyze the damping characteristic of the ***,based on the modular modeling,linearized models for the PMSG subsystem,the LCC-HVDC subsystem,and the SG subsystem are ***,based on the closed-loop transfer function diagram of the system,the disturbance transfer path and coupling relationship among subsystems are analyzed by the PAM,and the damping characteristic analysis of the SG-dominated oscillation mode is studied based on the damping *** with the PAM,the small-signal model of the system is obtained and eigenvalue analysis results are ***,the effect of the control parameters on the damping characteristic is analyzed and the conclusions are verified by time-domain ***,the penalty functions of the oscillation modes and decay modes are taken as the objective function,and an optimization strategy based on the Monte Carlo method is proposed to solve the parameter optimization *** simulation results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
