Ionic partition equilibrium on a charged membrane immersed in a mixed electrolyte solution was systematically investigated and several models were established for the determination of partition coefficients. On the basis of theoretical models, the effects of the concentration ratio λ of the fixed group(charged density) to reference electrolyte, the concentration ratio η between the two electrolytes existing in the solution and the valence of the electrolyte ions on the partition equilibrium in a positively charged membrane were analyzed and simulated within the chosen parameters in detail. The obtainable results can also be applicable to a sytem of mixed electrolytes contacting with a negatively charged membrane. The theoretical calculations were confirmed with the experimental data of model mixed electrolytes, NaCl+HCl and CaCl 2+NaCl partitioned in the system of self made negatively charged membrane sulphonated poly(phenylene oxide)(SPPO) with different charge densities.

Rare-earth zirconate pyrochlores,which exhibit various interesting properties,especially low thermal conductivity,are of great *** is an effective strategy involving defect engineering to reduce the thermal conductivity of *** this work,a long series of solid solutions,εSmO_(1.5)·(1−ε)ZrO_(2)(ε=0.200,0.250,0.350,0.400,0.450,0.500,0.525,0.550,0.600,and 0.650),were designed and synthesized to investigate the effects of nonstoichiometry on the structural evolution,defect chemistry,and thermal conductivity of SmO1.5–ZrO_(2) system across the entire pyrochlore phase field and phase transition *** similarity of all the Raman spectra provides an incredible opportunity to confirm the structural details and evolution of pyrochlore and defective fluorite,as well as the emergence of the expected point defects.A new solution mechanism concerning nonstoichiometry was proposed and confirmed by analyzing the variations in the experimental density and Raman *** thermal conductivities of all the samples were measured,and investigated in terms of the phonon-scattering *** results show that the nonstoichiometry with SmO1.5 excess is more effective in reducing the thermal conductivity to an extremely low value of approximately 1 W/(m·K),which can be attributed to the dramatic decrease in the average acoustic velocity in addition to the strong phonon scattering of Zr ion vacancies and oxygen *** the other hand,the nonstoichiometry with ZrO_(2) excess significantly reduces the thermal conductivity at room temperature,but conversely leads to a slight increase of it above 200°*** former variation can be attributed to the phonon scattering of the 8a interstitial oxygen ions,which has a similar effectiveness to the defects on the SmO1.5-rich *** latter variation may be attributed to the Umklapp scattering of phonons.

Accurately estimating the State of Health(SOH)and Remaining Useful Life(RUL)of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)is crucial for the continuous and stable operation of battery management ***,due to the complex internal chemical systems of LIBs and the nonlinear degradation of their performance,direct measurement of SOH and RUL is *** address these issues,the Twin Support Vector Machine(TWSVM)method is proposed to predict SOH and ***,the constant current charging time of the lithium battery is extracted as a health indicator(HI),decomposed using Variational Modal Decomposition(VMD),and feature correlations are computed using Importance of Random Forest Features(RF)to maximize the extraction of critical factors influencing battery performance ***,to enhance the global search capability of the Convolution Optimization Algorithm(COA),improvements are made using Good Point Set theory and the Differential Evolution *** Improved Convolution Optimization Algorithm(ICOA)is employed to optimize TWSVM parameters for constructing SOH and RUL prediction ***,the proposed models are validated using NASA and CALCE lithium-ion battery *** results demonstrate that the proposed models achieve an RMSE not exceeding 0.007 and an MAPE not exceeding 0.0082 for SOH and RUL prediction,with a relative error in RUL prediction within the range of[-1.8%,2%].Compared to other models,the proposed model not only exhibits superior fitting capability but also demonstrates robust performance.

BACKGROUND Hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma(EHE)is a rare vascular endothelial cell tumor of the liver,consisting of epithelioid and histiocyte-like vascular endothelial cells in mucus or a fibrotic *** is usually positive for vascular markers,such as factor VIII-related antigen,CD31,and *** EHE can have a varied clinical course;treatment includes liver transplantation,liver resection,chemotherapy,and radiation *** SUMMARY A 46-year-old woman with abdominal discomfort and elevated serum carcinoembryonic antigen was found to have multiple low-density lesions in the liver and lung on computed tomography(CT)*** ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy revealed a fibrous stroma with dendritic cells,containing intracellular *** staining found that the tumor cells were positive for CD34,CD31,and factor VIII-related *** patient received four courses of combined chemotherapy and was followed-up for 13 years,at which time the patient was in stable condition without disease progression and a confined neoplasm,as evidenced by CT *** The histology and immunohistochemical characteristics of hepatic EHE are well *** may be effective in patients with extrahepatic lesions.

The rod-like oligo（p-phenylene ethynylene）-functionalized perylene bisimide triad was synthesized and characterized. Aggregation behavior in solvents of different polarity was investigated by absorption and fluorescent spectroscopy. The results showed that stronger aggregations took place in low-polarity slovent. The experiments also indicated that the energy and electron transfer might takeplace between the two chromophores during the photoinduced excitation. Highly ordered two-dimensional assemblies could be observed at solid/liquid interfaces.

In Internet of Things(loT),data sharing among different devices can improve manufacture efficiency and reduce workload,and yet make the network systems be more vulnerable to various intrusion *** has been realistic demand to develop an efficient intrusion detection algorithm for connected *** of existing intrusion detection methods are trained in a centralized manner and are incapable to identify new unlabeled attack *** this paper,a distributed federated intrusion detection method is proposed,utilizing the information contained in the labeled data as the prior knowledge to discover new unlabeled attack ***,the blockchain technique is introduced in the federated learning process for the consensus of the entire *** results are provided to show that our approach can identify the malicious entities,while outperforming the existing methods in discovering new intrusion attack types.

PSR B0540-69 has a braking index measurement in its persistent state： n = 2.129± 0.012. Recently, it has been reported to have changes in its spin-down state： a sudden 36% increase in the spin- down rate. Combining the persistent state braking index measurement with different spin-down states, PSR B0540-69 is more powerful than intermittent pulsars in constraining pulsar spin-down models. The pulsar wind model is applied to explain the variable timing behavior of PSR B0540-69. The braking index of PSR B0540-69 in its persistent state results from the combined effect of magnetic dipole radiation and particle wind. The particle density reflects the magnetospheric activity in real-time and may be responsible for the changing spin-down behavior. Corresponding to the 36% increase in the spin-down rate of PSR B0540-69, the relative increase in the particle density is 88% in the vacuum gap model. The braking index calculated with the model in the new state is n = 1.79. Future observations that measure the braking index of PSR B0540-69 in the new spin-down state will be very powerful in distinguishing between different pulsar spin-down models and different particle acceleration models in the wind braking scenario. The variable timing behavior of PSR J 1846-0258 is also understandable in the pulsar wind model.

This article considers a semiparametric varying-coefficient partially linear regression model with current status data. The semiparametric varying-coefficient partially linear regression model which is a generalization of the partially linear regression model and varying-coefficient regression model that allows one to explore the possibly nonlinear effect of a certain covariate on the response variable. A Sieve maximum likelihood estimation method is proposed and the asymptotic properties of the proposed estimators are discussed. Under some mild conditions, the estimators are shown to be strongly consistent. The convergence rate of the estimator for the unknown smooth function is obtained and the estimator for the unknown parameter is shown to be asymptotically efficient and normally distributed. Simulation studies are conducted to examine the small-sample properties of the proposed estimates and a real dataset is used to illustrate our approach.
