Zinc metabolism at the cellular level is critical for many biological processes in the body.A key observation is the disruption of cellular homeostasis,often coinciding with disease *** an essential factor in maintaining cellular equilibrium,cellular zinc has been increasingly spotlighted in the context of disease *** research suggests zinc’s involvement in promoting malignancy and invasion in cancer cells,despite its low tissue *** has led to a growing body of literature investigating zinc’s cellular metabolism,particularly the functions of zinc transporters and storage mechanisms during cancer *** transportation is under the control of two major transporter families:SLC30(ZnT)for the excretion of zinc and SLC39(ZIP)for the zinc ***,the storage of this essential element is predominantly mediated by metallothioneins(MTs).This review consolidates knowledge on the critical functions of cellular zinc signaling and underscores potential molecular pathways linking zinc metabolism to disease progression,with a special focus on *** also compile a summary of clinical trials involving zinc *** the main localization of zinc transporters at the cell membrane,the potential for targeted therapies,including small molecules and monoclonal antibodies,offers promising avenues for future exploration.

The N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)modification is the most prevalent modification of eukaryotic mRNAs and plays a crucial role in various physiological processes by regulating the stability or function of target *** evidence has suggested that m6A methylation may be involved in the pathological process of major depressive disorder(MDD),a common neuropsychiatric disorder with an unclear ***,we found that the levels of the circular RNA HECW2(circHECW2)were significantly increased in the plasma of both MDD patients and the chronic unpredictable stress(CUS)mouse ***,the downregulation of circHECW2 attenuated astrocyte dysfunction and depression-like behaviors induced by ***,we demonstrated that the downregulation of circHECW2 increased the expression of the methylase WTAP,leading to an increase in Gng4 expression via m^(6)A *** findings provide functional insight into the correlation between circHECW2 and m^(6)A methylation,suggesting that circHECW2 may represent a potential target for MDD treatment.

Track correlation algorithm based on CNN-LSTM for swarm targets

The rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) swarm, a new type of aerial threat target, has brought great pressure to the air defense early warning system. At present, most of the track correlation algorithms only use part of the target location, speed, and other information for *** this paper, the artificial neural network method is used to establish the corresponding intelligent track correlation model and method according to the characteristics of swarm ***, a route correlation method based on convolutional neural networks (CNN) and long short-term memory (LSTM)Neural network is designed. In this model, the CNN is used to extract the formation characteristics of UAV swarm and the spatial position characteristics of single UAV track in the formation,while the LSTM is used to extract the time characteristics of UAV swarm. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional algorithms, the algorithm based on CNN-LSTM neural network can make full use of multiple feature information of the target, and has better robustness and accuracy for swarm targets.

Novel photoresponsive dinuclear nickel catalysts for ethylene(co)polymerization

Compared with the conventional strategies of electronic and/or steric perturbation, catalytic olefin polymerization modulated by light irradiation or metal-metal cooperativity effect is a fascinating challenge that attracts considerable attention in the academic community. In this context, we design a strategy that could employ both effects to influence the polymerization process. Some dinuclear salicylaldimine and α-imino-ketone nickel complexes bearing a stiff-stilbene bridge were prepared, which could transfer between(E)-isomers and(Z)-isomers under ultraviolet irradiation. This isomerization can tune the electronic, steric and metal-metal cooperativity effects of the nickel catalysts. In this way, the catalytic activity, as well as polymer microstructures including molecular weight and branching density can be modulated in ethylene polymerization and copolymerization *** strategy is generally applicable to other olefin polymerization catalytic systems and other types of transition metal mediated catalysis.

Two-stage Planning Method for Energy Router Considering Its Optimal Operation in Distribution Networks

An energy router can effectively optimize the network loss and power quality of distribution networks. The optimal configuration of the energy router is relatively complex because issues dynamically influence each other, such as the location of the energy router, optimal number and capacity of its ports, and building new distribution lines for the ports. Presently, there has been very few research studies on the practical problems for the energy router. In this paper, a planning model of an energy router combined with the distribution network is established, which fully exploits the active and reactive power control abilities of the energy router to optimize the operation of the grid. The configuration problem is decoupled into two stages. The upper layer determines the location of the energy router and the parameters of the candidate new distribution lines for the ports. The lower layer calculates the optimal configuration of the energy router by minimizing the total annual cost. Because of the same rated bus voltage in the distribution network, the existing structure of the energy router is changed to be more applicable for the distribution network, and then the power flow model of the energy router is also modified. Due to the nonlinearity of the model, the planning model is converted into a mixed-integer second-order cone model to solve efficiently. In addition, some core factors influencing the optimal scheme of the energy router are also analyzed in this paper. Simulation results show that the optimal scheme of the energy router can significantly improve the economic deployment of the energy router, and optimize the network loss and power quality of the distribution network.

Aerial target threat assessment based on gated recurrent unit and self-attention mechanism

Aerial threat assessment is a crucial link in modern air combat, whose result counts a great deal for commanders to make decisions. With the consideration that the existing threat assessment methods have difficulties in dealing with high dimensional time series target data, a threat assessment method based on self-attention mechanism and gated recurrent unit(SAGRU) is proposed. Firstly, a threat feature system including air combat situations and capability features is established. Moreover, a data augmentation process based on fractional Fourier transform(FRFT) is applied to extract more valuable information from time series situation features. Furthermore, aiming to capture key characteristics of battlefield evolution, a bidirectional GRU and SA mechanisms are designed for enhanced ***, after the concatenation of the processed air combat situation and capability features, the target threat level will be predicted by fully connected neural layers and the softmax classifier. Finally, in order to validate this model, an air combat dataset generated by a combat simulation system is introduced for model training and testing. The comparison experiments show the proposed model has structural rationality and can perform threat assessment faster and more accurately than the other existing models based on deep learning.

Aporphine alkaloids have diverse pharmacological activities;however,our understanding of their biosynthesis is relatively *** studies have classified aporphine alkaloids into two categories based on the configuration and number of substituents of the D-ring and have proposed preliminary biosynthetic pathways for each *** this study,we identified two specific cytochrome P450 enzymes(CYP80G6 and CYP80Q5)with distinct activities toward(S)-configured and(R)-configured substrates from the herbaceous perennial vine Stephania tetrandra,shedding light on the biosynthetic mechanisms and stereochemical features of these two aporphine alkaloid ***,we characterized two CYP719C enzymes(CYP719C3 and CYP719C4)that catalyzed the formation of the methylenedioxy bridge,an essential pharmacophoric group,on the A-and D-rings,respectively,of aporphine *** the functional characterization of these crucial cytochrome P450 enzymes,we reconstructed the biosynthetic pathways for the two types of aporphine alkaloids in budding yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)for the de novo production of compounds such as(R)-glaziovine,(S)-glaziovine,and *** study provides key insight into the biosynthesis of aporphine alkaloids and lays a foundation for producing these valuable compounds through synthetic biology.

可再生能源发电系统的快速增长使得电力系统的频率安全面临着挑战。针对分布式储能集群二次调频过程中所面临的问题,提出一种计及调频能力和经济效益的储能集群多状态区间优化策略。该策略依据荷电状态将所有储能单元划分为多个状态区间,再结合自动发电控制指令及各区间的极限功率确定优化区间。针对非优化区间内的单元,输出功率直接由出力优先级确定;针对优化区间内的单元,利用反映调频成本和整体荷电状态的目标函数及约束条件完成最优求解,从而确定输出功率。仿真结果表明,所提策略能大大减小控制中心的运算量,功率分配结果能有效提升储能集群的二次调频能力,同时提升储能集群的经济效益。

Planning Model for Energy Routers Considering Peer-to-Peer Energy Transactions Among Multiple Distribution Networks

A high proportion of renewable energy affects the power quality of distribution networks,and surplus energy will be sold to the upstream grid at a low *** this paper,considering peer-to-peer energy transactions,the energy router-based multiple distribution networks are analyzed to solve the above problems and realize collaborative consumption of renewable ***,the investing cost of an energy router is high,and research on the economic operation of energy routers in distribution networks is ***,this paper establishes a planning model for energy routers considering peer-to-peer energy transactions among distribution networks,and explores the benefits of peer-to-peer energy transactions through energy router based multiple distribution networks.A structure of an energy router suitable for peer-to-peer energy transactions is selected,and a power flow calculation model based on a multilayer structure is *** energy router’s scheduling model is established,and unique functions of the energy router and revenue of each distribution network are considered.A power flow calculation model based on peer-to-peer interconnection of multiple distribution networks through energy routers is also ***,simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed planning *** show that peer-topeer energy transaction among distribution networks through energy routers can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost of distribution networks,significantly improve the power quality of the distribution networks,and reduce the impact of power fluctuation on the upstream grid incurred by the distribution network.
