We investigate the nonlocal transport modulated by Coulomb interactions in devices comprising two interacting Majorana wires,where both nanowires are in proximity to a mesoscopic superconducting(SC)island.Each Majorana bound state(MBS)is coupled to one lead via a quantum dot with resonant levels.In this device,the nonlocal correlations can be induced in the absence of Majorana energy splitting.We find that the negative differential conductance and giant current noise cross correlation could be induced,due to the interplay between nonlocality of MBSs and dynamical Coulomb blockade effect.This feature may provide a signature for the existence of the MBSs.

n-Caproate,which is produced via chain elongation(CE)using waste biomass,can supply various fossilderived products,thus advancing the realization of carbon neutrality.Ammonia released from the degradation of nitrogen-rich waste biomass can act as a nutrient or an inhibitor in anaerobic bioprocesses,including CE,with the distinction being primarily dependent on its concentration.Currently,the optimal concentration of ammonia and the threshold of toxicity for open-culture n-caproate production using ethanol as an electron donor,along with the underlying mechanisms,remain unclear.This study revealed that the optimal concentration of ammonia for n-caproate production was 2.0 g∙L^(-1),whereas concentrations exceeding this threshold markedly suppressed the CE performance.Exploration of the mechanism revealed the involvement of two forms of ammonia(i.e.,ammonium ions and free ammonia)in this inhibitory behavior.High ammonia levels(5.0 g∙L^(-1))induced excessive ethanol oxidation and suppressed the reverse b-oxidation(RBO)process,directly leading to the enhanced activities of enzymes(phosphotransacetylase and acetate kinase)responsible for acetate formation and diminished activities of butyryl-coenzyme A(CoA):acetyl-CoA transferase,caproyl-CoA:butyryl-CoA transferase,and caproyl-CoA:acetyl-CoA transferase that are involved in the syntheses of n-butyrate and n-caproate.Furthermore,the composition of the microbial community shifted from Paraclostridium dominance(at 0.1 g∙L^(-1)ammonia)to a co-dominance of Fermentimonas,Clostridium sensu stricto 12,and Clostridium sensu stricto 15 at 2.0 g∙L^(-1)ammonia.However,these CE-functional bacteria were mostly absent in the presence of excessive ammonia(5.0 g∙L^(-1)ammonia).Metagenomic analysis revealed the upregulation of functions such as RBO,fatty acid synthesis,K^(+)efflux,adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase)metabolism,and metal cation export in the presence of 2.0 g∙L^(-1)ammonia,collectively contributing to enhanced n-caproate production.Conversely,the aforementioned functions(exc

Background:Due to the outbreak and rapid spread of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),more than 160 million patients have become convalescents worldwide to date.Significant alterations have occurred in the gut and oral microbiome and metabonomics of patients with COVID-19.However,it is unknown whether their characteristics return to normal after the 1-year recovery.Methods:We recruited 35 confirmed patients to provide specimens at discharge and 1 year later,as well as 160healthy controls.A total of 497 samples were prospectively collected,including 219 tongue-coating,129 stool and 149 plasma samples.tongue-coating and stool samples were subjected to 16S rRNA sequencing,and plasma samples were subjected to untargeted metabolomics testing.Results:The oral and gut microbiome and metabolomics characteristics of the 1-year convalescents were restored to a large extent but did not completely return to normal.In the recovery process,the microbial diversity gradually increased.Butyric acid-producing microbes and Bifidobacterium gradually increased,whereas lipopolysaccharideproducing microbes gradually decreased.In addition,sphingosine-1-phosphate,which is closely related to the inflammatory factor storm of COVID-19,increased significantly during the recovery process.Moreover,the predictive models established based on the microbiome and metabolites of patients at the time of discharge reached high efficacy in predicting their neutralizing antibody levels one year later.Conclusions:This study is the first to characterize the oral and gut microbiome and metabonomics in 1-year convalescents of COVID-19.The key microbiome and metabolites in the process of recovery were identified,and provided new treatment ideas for accelerating recovery.And the predictive models based on the microbiome and metabolomics afford new insights for predicting the recovery situation which benefited affected individuals and healthcare.

Human T cell leukemia virus type 1(HTLV-1),an etio-logical factor that causes adult T cell leukemia and lym-phoma(ATL),infects over 20 million people worldwide.About 1 million of HTLV-1-infected patients develop ATL,a highly aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma without an effective therapy.The pX region of the HTLV-1 viral genome encodes an oncogenic protein,Tax,which plays a central role in transforming CD4+ T lymphocytes by deregulating oncogenic signaling pathways and promoting cell cycle progression.Expression of Tax following viral entry is critical for promoting survival and proliferation of human T cells and is required for initiation of oncogenesis.Tax exhibits diverse functions in host cells,and this oncoprotein primarily targets IκB kinase complex in the cytoplasm,resulting in persistent activation of NF-κB and upregulation of its responsive gene expressions that are crucial for T cell survival and cell cycle progression.We here review recent advances for the pathological roles of Tax in modulating IκB kinase activity.We also discuss our recent observation that Tax connects the IκB kinase complex to autophagy pathways.Understanding Tax-mediated pathogenesis will provide insights into development of new therapeutics in controlling HTLV-1-associated diseases.

职业收入是推动职业发展的关键因素。民国时期,供职于大型出版企业的从业者普遍具有良好的发展前景和社会地位。编辑类从业者的收入处于出版行业上游,出版行业技术工人的收入普遍高于其他低级职员,整体体现出社会对脑力劳动、技术劳动价值的认同。从业者收入普遍高于、部分远超城市职工平均收入。对比民国时期其他行业的收入分配,出版行业从业者的财富较为分散,而其职业地位相对集中于社会中上层,这使得从业者更容易实现社会阶层的上升流动。出版从业者的收入、人数和生活水平偏向于“纺锤形”分布,他们大致可以体面生活或糊口。民国出版业利用收入调节求职者的分布与流向,强化从业者的职业认同,笼络劳动力市场中的通用型人才,形成了空前的职业吸引力和影响力。

Prognosis of gestational choriocarcinoma diagnosed incidentally during laparoscopy for a presumed cornual pregnancy:a report of five cases

The clinical presentations of gestational choriocarcinoma vary markedly, and a misdiagnosis could be made in atypical patients if simply relying on clinical features. Laparoscopic resection of uterine mass lesion is rarely used in gestational choriocarcinoma diagnosis because of the fear of heavy blood loss and distant metastasis. Five patients who were preoperatively diagnosed as having cornual pregnancy underwent laparoscopic resection of mass lesion and then proved to have gestational choriocarcinoma based on pathological examinations. Chemotherapy was started within two days after surgery, and the rate of complete remission was 100%. The mean follow-up time was 29.8±19.1 months, and no patient showed signs of relapse. Laparoscopic resection of uterine mass followed by timely postoperative chemotherapy may be an effective and safe way to obtain pathologic results in patients with suspected gestational choriocarcinoma.

Sensitivity analysis of single-angle polarization reflectance observed by satellite

Two channels of the Cloud Aerosol Polarimetric Imager,onboard the TanSat-Chinese carbon dioxide observation satellite,are designed to detect the polarization state of radiation reflected by the earth-atmosphere system in a single-viewing angle.Aiming to understand how the earth and atmospheric parameters affect the polarization state of radiation,we conduct a sensitivity analysis of the polarized reflectance at the top of atmosphere(TOA)with respect to the aerosol microphysical parameters,atmospheric profiles,and surface polarization properties.It is found that(1)the TOA polarization reflectance at 0.66 lm is most sensitive to the real part of the aerosol complex refractive index,the mean radius of the fine mode aerosol particles,as well as atmospheric pressure and temperature profiles;(2)the TOA polarization reflectance at 1.64 lm is sensitive to the volume ratio between the coarse mode and fine mode particles as well,but it is not sensitive to atmospheric profiles;and(3)surface polarization properties have a relatively weak influence on the TOA polarization reflectance at both 0.66 and 1.64 lm.

进入新时代,主流意识形态叙事发生了路径转换。在弘扬伟大抗疫精神的过程中,宏大叙事与细小叙事之间的紧张状态得到有效缓解。主流意识形态的叙事主体超出主流媒体的范围而日益多样,叙事内容聚焦日常工作与基层故事,叙事角度选取平凡人物与普通职工,叙事形式侧重年轻态的图像叙事,叙事传播采用寓引导于服务的基本策略。新的叙事路径的实质是特定议程下的多主体叙事,这种叙事可以实现宏大叙事与细小叙事的辩证统一,推动主流意识形态话语的自我更新与自我优化,它既是党对意识形态工作实施全面领导的微观呈现,又是主流意识形态叙事适应自媒体空间传播规律的现实表征。在后疫情时代,要深刻总结弘扬伟大抗疫精神过程中主流意识形态叙事的成功经验,继续优化主流意识形态的叙事路径。

机器人手术系统凭借微创、精细、灵活、无震颤等优势,在多个外科领域不断得到普及应用.然而,现有的机器人手术系统尚未充分发挥人和机器各自的优势,在智能化交互方面的表现有待提高.因此,文中首先从系统科学的角度分析机器人手术系统中交互关系的发展,并从多方面提出当前人机交互的不足.然后,构建面向机器人手术系统的“人-机-环”信息流框架,以机器人辅助乳内动脉获取手术场景为例,梳理“人-机-环”各部分之间的复杂交互.最后,基于“人-机结合”理论,结合构建的“人-机-环”信息流框架,提出以“人机融合智能共进”为目标的新一代机器人手术系统的设计思路,为实现更安全高效的机器人微创外科手术目标提供借鉴.
