We p.eviously showed that hydrogen sulfide(H2S)has a neurop.otective effect in the context of hyp.xic ischemic brain injury in neonatal ***,the p.ecise mechanism underlying the role of H2S in this situation remains *** this study,we used a neonatal mouse model of hyp.xic ischemic brain injury and a lip.p.lysaccharide-stimulated BV2 cell model and found that treatment with L-cysteine,a H2S p.ecursor,attenuated the cerebral infarction and cerebral atrop.y induced by hyp.xia and ischemia and increased the exp.ession of miR-9-5p.and cystathionineβsynthase(a major H2S synthetase in the brain)in the p.efrontal *** also found that an miR-9-5p.inhibitor blocked the exp.ession of cystathionineβsynthase in the p.efrontal cortex in mice with brain injury caused by hyp.xia and ***,miR-9-5p.overexp.ession increased cystathionine-β-synthase and H2S exp.ession in the injured p.efrontal cortex of mice with hyp.xic ischemic brain injury.L-cysteine decreased the exp.ession of CXCL11,an miR-9-5p.target gene,in the p.efrontal cortex of the mouse model and in lip.p.lysaccharide-stimulated BV-2 cells and increased the levels of p.oinflammatory cytokines BNIp.,FSTL1,SOCS2 and SOCS5,while treatment with an miR-9-5p.inhibitor reversed these *** findings suggest that H2S can reduce neuroinflammation in a neonatal mouse model of hyp.xic ischemic brain injury through regulating the miR-9-5p.CXCL11 axis and restoringβ-synthase exp.ession,thereby p.aying a role in reducing neuroinflammation in hyp.xic ischemic brain injury.

Objective To assess the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)combined with adjuvant chemotherap. on myelosup.ression for colorectal cancer(CRC)p.tients using network meta-analysis(NMA).Methods Literature searches in both international(p.bMed,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library)and Chinese(China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure)databases for relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were conducted from incep.ion until October 10,*** included RCTs of p.tients who received CHM combined with chemotherap.,including FOLFOX,XELOX,FOLFIRI,and other relevant regimens in the CHM treatment *** outcomes included the incidence of myelosup.ression,leukop.nia,hemoglobin reduction,and *** reviewers indep.ndently screened the databases,extracted the data,and assessed the risk of bias and credibility of *** 5.4.1 software and STATA 14.0 were used to p.rform the *** A total of 31 RCTs were included,p.blished from 2008 to 2021 in *** these,2,314 p.rticip.nts comp.ring the following 9 CHMs were identified:Shengbai Recip.(SBR),Bazhen Decoction(BZD),Jianp. We study theoretically and exp.rimentally the acoustic p.rcell effect induced by quasi-bound states in the continuum(quasiBICs).A theoretical framework describing the acoustic p.rcell effect of a resonant system is develop.d based on the system’s radiative and dissip.tive factors,which reveals the critical emission condition for achieving op.imum p.rcell *** show that the quasiBICs contribute to highly confined acoustic field and bring about greatly enhanced acoustic emission,leading to strong p.rcell *** concep. is demonstrated via two coup.ed resonators sup.orting a Friedrich-Wintgen quasiBIC,and the theoretical results are validated by the exp.riments observing emission enhancement of the sound source by nearly two orders of *** work bridges the gap.between the acoustic p.rcell effect and acoustic BICs essential for enhanced wave-matter interaction and acoustic emission,which may contribute to the research of high-intensity sound sources,high-quality-factor acoustic devices and nonlinear acoustics.
