In order to improve the surgical treatment of the congenital heart disease patient with single ventricle defect,two axial flow blood pumps,one with diffuser and the other without diffuser,were designed and virtually implanted into an idealized total cavopulmonary connection(TCPC)model to form two types of Pump-TCPC physiological structure.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulationswere performed to analyze the variations of the hemodynamic characteristics,such as flow field,wall shear stress(WSS),oscillatory shear index(OSI),relative residence time(RRT),between the two Pump-TCPC models.Numerical results indicate that the Pump-TCPC with diffuser has better flow field stability,less damage on endothelial cell of vessel wall,and lower risk of vascular injury and thrombosis formation than that without diffuser.

Background： With the rising incidence as well as the medical expenditure among patients with unstable angina pectoris, the research aimed to investigate the inpatient medical expenditure through the combination of diagnosis-related groups （DRGs） among patients with nnstable angina pectoris in a Grade A tertiary hospital to conduct the referential standards of medical costs for the diagnosis. Methods： Single-factor analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression method were used to investigate 3933 cases between 2014 and 2016 in Beijing Hospital （China） whose main diagnosis was defined as unstable angina pectoris to determine the main factors influencing the inpatient medical expenditure,and decision tree method was adopted to establish the model of DRGs grouping combinations. Results： The major influential factors of inpatient medical expenditure included age, operative method, therapeutic effects as well as comorbidity and complications （CCs） of the disease, and the 3933 cases were divided into ten DRGs by four factors： age, CCs, therapeutic effects, and the type of surgery with corresponding inpatient medical expenditure standards setup. Data of nonparametric test on medical costs among different groups were all significant （P 〈 0.001, by Kruskal-Wallis test）, with R2 = 0.53 and coefficient of variation （CV） 0.524. Conclusions： The classification of DRGs by adopting the type of surgery as the main branch node to develop cost control standards in inpatient treatment of unstable angina pectoris is conducive in standardizing the diagnosis and treatment behaviors of the hospital and reducing economic burdens among patients.

以六甲基二硅氮烷(MMN)、四甲基二乙烯基二硅氮烷(MMNVi)和四甲基二硅氮烷(MMNH) 3种不同结构的二硅氮烷为胺源,通过与氯硅烷和三氯化硼反应,制备出具有不同封端结构的聚硼硅氮烷.其中,以MMN、MMNVi为胺源可获得液态产物;以MMNH为胺源时,因合成过程中发生活性基团间的过度交联导致产物凝胶.采用核磁共振波谱仪、红外光谱仪对液态前驱体聚合物及其热解产物的结构进行了表征.研究结果表明:通过“一锅法”制备的液态聚硼硅氮烷主链具有较多的支化和环状结构,随着封端结构中乙烯基含量的增加,所得前驱体的固化温度降低,固化反应活化能降低.与以MMN为胺源和封端剂合成的聚硼硅氮烷相比,以MMNVi为胺源所得前驱体固化前后陶瓷产率分别提高了14.9%及8.1%.并且,通过改变胺源的种类和比例可以调节热解产物的元素组成,合成的液态前驱体聚合物热解所得SiBCN陶瓷结晶温度高于1700℃.

Amorphous MnO2 has been prepared from the reduction of KMnO4 in ethanol media by a facile one-step wet chemical route at room temperature. The electrochemical properties of amorphous MnO2 as cathode material in sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） are studied by galvanostatic charge/discharge testing. And the structure and morphologies of amorphous MnO2 are investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and Raman spectra. The results reveal that as-synthesized amorphous MnO2 electrode material exhibits a spherical morphology with a diameter between 20 and 60 nm. The first specific discharge capacity of the amorphous MnO2 electrode is 123.2 mAh-g 1 and remains 136.8 mAh·g^-1 after 100 cycles at the current rate of 0.1 C. The specific discharge capacity of amorphous MnO2 is maintained at 139.2, 120.4, 89, 68 and 47 mAh·g^-1 at the current rate of 0.1 C, 0.2 C, 0.5 C, 1 C and 2 C, respectively. The results indicate that amorphous MnO2 has great potential as a promising cathode material for SIBs.

本文研究一类具有多门限结构的条件异方差自回归模型(T-CHARM)的估计和应用。针对门限个数未知以及金融数据的厚尾性质,我们采用最小绝对偏差套索算法(LAD-LASSO)同时估计门限个数和模型的未知参数。该方法在模型误差项四阶矩不存在时仍然有效,放宽了经典LASSO方法在门限模型上的适用场合。蒙特卡洛模拟表明,在门限个数的正确识别率、门限值和波动率参数值的估计方面,LAD-LASSO方法均具有优良的有限样本表现。本文将提出的LAD-LASSO方法结合T-CHAR模型,应用于沪深300指数日度收益率数据的建模和预测。实证结果表明,与采用LAD方法估计的经典GARCH模型相比,本文提出的方法在样本内拟合和样本外预测方面均有优越表现。

Due to numerous obstacles such as complex matrices,real-time monitoring of complex reaction systems(e.g.,medicinal herb stewing system)has always been a challenge though great values for safe and rational use of drugs.Herein,facilitated by the potential ability on the tolerance of complex matrices of extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry,a device was established to realize continuous sampling and real-time quantitative analysis of herb stewing system for the first time.A complete analytical strategy,including data acquisition,data mining,and data evaluation was proposed and implemented with overcoming the usual difficulties in real-time mass spectrometry quantification.The complex Fuzi(the lateral root of Aconitum)-meat stewing systems were real-timely monitored in150 min by qualitative and quantitative analysis of the nine key alkaloids accurately.The results showed that the strategy worked perfectly and the toxicity of the systems were evaluated and predicated accordingly.Stewing with trotters effectively accelerated the detoxification of Fuzi soup and reduced the overall toxicity to 68%,which was recommended to be used practically for treating rheumatic arthritis and enhancing immunity.The established strategy was versatile,simple,and accurate,which would have a wide application prospect in real-time analysis and evaluation of various complex reaction systems.

Clinical features of dementia with lewy bodies in 35 Chinese patients

Objective:To investigate the clinical features of dementia with Lewy bodies(DLB)in a Chinese population.Methods:Computer-based online searches through China Biology Medicine disc and China National Knowledge Infrastructure were performed to collect case reports of DLB published between 1980 and 2012.Clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results:A total of 18 studies comprising 35 patients(26 males and 9 females)were included.The mean age at onset was 67.2±9.8 years.Onset was characterized by memory impairment and accounted for 58.8%of all cases,followed by parkinsonism(11.8%),visual hallucinations(8.8%),and compulsive personality disorder(2.9%).The other patients(17.6%)presented two of the three core features of DLB at onset.With disease progression,parkinsonism was reported in 100%of cases,followed by visual hallucinations(97.1%),psychiatric symptoms(85.7%),severe neuroleptic sensitivity(81.8%),fluctuating cognition(68.6%),repeated falls(40.0%),sleep disorders(22.9%),and transient loss of consciousness(17.1%).26 patients who were subjected to Mini-Mental State Examination scored≤24.10 patients presented relative preservation of hippocampus and medial temporal lobe structures on CT/MRI scan.Occipital hypometabolism occurred in 2 of 3 patients who underwent SPECT/PET perfusion scan.12 patients showed an increasing of slow frequency activity on EEG,prominently in frontal and temporal lobes.Conclusions:DLB often strikes elderly individuals.Its clinical core features are dementia,fluctuating cognition,recurrent visual hallucinations and spontaneous features of parkinsonism.Neuropsychological,neuroimaging and EEG examinations may improve the diagnostic accuracy and discriminate DLB from other dementias.

INTRODUCTIONThe National Health and Family Planning Commission of People＇s Republic of China released the ＂Regulations on canceling the admission approval of the third class medical technologies and relevant works＂ in July 2015. According to the new regulation, the obligations and responsibilities of health administration departments for the admission approval of the clinical applications on the third- and the second-class medical technologies will be transferred to medical institutions that perform the operations.
