Applications of process systems engineering(PSE)in plants and enterprises are boosting industrial reform from automation to digitization and intelligence.For ethylene thermal cracking,knowledge expression,numerical modeling and intelligent optimization are key steps for intelligent manufacturing.This paper provides an overview of progress and contributions to the PSE-aided production of thermal cracking;introduces the frameworks,methods and algorithms that have been proposed over the past10 years and discusses the advantages,limitations and applications in industrial practice.An entire set of molecular-level modeling approaches from feedstocks to products,including feedstock molecular reconstruction,reaction-network auto-generation and cracking unit simulation are described.Multilevel control and optimization methods are exhibited,including at the operational,cycle,plant and enterprise level.Relevant software packages are introduced.Finally,an outlook in terms of future directions is presented.

The Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has posed a serious threat to global health and the world economy.Antiviral therapies targeting coronavirus are urgently required.The Cepharanthine(CEP)is a traditional Chinese herbal extract.Our previous research revealed that CEP has a very potent anti-coronavirus effect,but its mechanism of action was not fully understood.To investigate the effect of novel coronavirus on protein glycosylation in infected cells and to further investigate the mechanism of action of CEP against coronavirus,a cellular model using coronavirus GX_P2V infection of Vero E6 cells was established.The effect of coronavirus GX_P2V on host cell protein glycosylation was investigated by N-glycoproteomic analysis,and the antagonistic effect of CEP on the abnormal protein glycosylation caused by coronavirus was analyzed.The results showed that GX_P2V could cause abnormal changes in protein glycosylation levels in host cells,while CEP could partially antagonize the abnormal protein glycosylation caused by GX_P2V.In addition,we also found that CEP could regulate the glycosylation level of coronavirus S protein.In conclusion,this article provides important ideas about the infection mechanism of novel coronaviruses,providing evidence for CEP as a promising therapeutic option for coronavirus infection.

We applied the Koch snowflake fractal antenna in planning calibration of the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST), hypothesizing second-order fractal primary reflectors can optimize the orientated sensitivity of the telescope. Meanwhile, on the grounds of NASA Science Working Group Report in 1984, we reexamine the strategy of Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence(SETI).A mathematical analysis of the radar equation will be performed in the first section, aiming to make it convenient to design a receiver system that can detect activities of an extraterrestrial civilization, according to the observable region of the narrowband. Taking advantage of the inherent potential of FAST, we simulate the theoretical detection of a Kardashev Type I civilization by a snowflake-selected reflecting area(Drake et al.).

Using a hydrothermal reaction,a novel holmium-mercury compound{[Ho(IA)(HIA)_(2)(H2 O)_(2)]_(2-)(Hg_(3)Br_(8))}n(nHgBr_(2))·2 nNO_(3)(1,HIA is isonicotinc acid)was synthesized and its crystal structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system,space group P2/c with a=13.0647(6),b=9.4659(3),c=26.0832(14)Å,β=97.522(4)°,V=3197.9(2)Å^(3),C_(36)H_(36)Br_(10)Hg_(4)Ho_(2)N_(8)O_(22),M_(r)=2863.95,Z=2,D_(c)=2.974 g/cm^(3),μ(Mo Kα)=18.331 mm^(–1) and F(000)=2575.It displays a two-dimensional(2 D)layer-like structure.A solid-state photoluminescence experiment revealed that it shows upconversion green emission.The emission peaks should come from the ^(5)I_(8)→^(5)G_(6) and ^(5)S_(2)→^(5)I_(8) characteristic emission of the 4 f electrons of the Ho3+ion.Compound 1 has a CIE chromaticity coordinate(0.1774,0.526).A solid-state UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectrum unveiled that this compound has a wide optical band gap of 3.26 eV.

Lasers with multi-wavelength colloidal quantum dots(CQDs) can be achieved using complex grating structures and flexible substrate. The structure contains graduated periods and rectangular cavity fabricated through interference lithography, which acts as the distributed feedback cavity. A layer of densely packed CQD film is deposited on the cavity via spin coating technique. The performance of CQD lasers based on different distributed feedback cavities is investigated. Multi-wavelength lasing is achieved based on a flexible rectangular cavity.

多腔波形钢板组合墙的轴压整体稳定性能研究

为了降低钢板混凝土组合墙的用钢量、提高其承载效率,同时避免大量使用剪力连接件,提出了多腔波形钢板组合墙,该组合墙由钢管混凝土柱和内填混凝土的双波形钢板交替连接组成。为了得到墙体稳定承载性能的影响因素,对6片高厚比为20.0和16.7的多腔波形钢板组合墙进行轴压试验,其中波形钢板包括梯形波折板和正弦波浪板两类。试验结果表明:试件承载力均由整体稳定控制,加载过程中所有墙体都出现了整体失稳破坏并伴随钢板局部屈曲,而波形钢板与钢管间的焊缝保持完好;增加墙体厚度(即降低高厚比)可以有效提高试件稳定承载力。采用ABAQUS软件建立精细化有限元分析模型,并将试验结果与有限元模拟结果进行对比,发现有限元能较好模拟多腔波形钢板组合墙的轴压整体稳定性能。采用经验证的有限元模型分析了高厚比、截面尺寸、混凝土强度以及波形钢板形式对组合墙轴压稳定性能的影响,发现钢管混凝土柱的板厚和宽度对承载力的影响随组合墙高厚比的增大逐渐增大,波形腔宽度和混凝土强度的影响随高厚比的增大逐渐减小,波形钢板厚度和波形钢板形式对承载力影响较小。提出了多腔波形钢板组合墙稳定系数的计算公式,有限元结果与公式计算结果的比值大部分在1.00~1.10之间,可以偏安全地预测试验结果。

目的评价北京市中小学校卫生工作者儿童青少年高血压相关知识的培训效果。方法选择2016年6月至2017年12月期间参与儿童青少年高血压相关知识培训的北京市中小学校卫生工作人员422人,问卷调查培训前后相关人员对儿童青少年高血压知识的掌握情况并进行分析。结果对问卷填写有效的390人进行分析。培训后学校卫生工作者对儿童青少年高血压知识平均总分提高8.4分(P<0.01),儿童青少年高血压流行现状(18.6±4.4 vs.16.7±4.3)、儿童青少年高血压危险因素(12.6±3.5 vs.10.0±3.5)、儿童青少年高血压靶器官损害(11.4±5.7 vs.9.0±5.3)、高血压的干预和治疗(16.0±6.7 vs.14.6±5.9)四个方面的平均得分均较培训前显著提高,差异达到统计学意义(P<0.01)。女性与不同年龄段、工作单位级别、职称以及行政职务的卫生工作者培训后得分均较培训前显著提高。结论培训对提高中小学校卫生工作者儿童青少年高血压相关知识有良好效果。

The present study aimed to understand the effect of dielectric barrier discharge cold plasma(DBD-CP)technology on the antimicrobial chitosan deposition and the properties enhancement of polylactic acid(PLA)films.The results indicated that DBD-CP was an effective method for improving the adhesion and surface hydrophilicity of PLA,facilitating the deposition of chitosan coating.This modification was attributed to the increased surface roughness,as well as the presence of polar functional groups observed through atomic force microscopy,surface free energy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis.The study further revealed that both water resistance and mechanical properties were significantly improved after DBD-CP treatment,which was positively correlated with the amount of chitosan deposited on the PLA surfaces.Following comprehensive evaluation,the treatment at 75 W was determined as the optimal condition for enhancing the properties.Additionally,the modified film exhibited strong antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.Consequently,the DBD-CP technology could be a promising tool for better utilization of PLA-based materials in the antibacterial food packaging industry.
