上海软X射线自由电子激光装置(SXFEL)是我国首台X射线自由电子激光用户装置,目前建有2条波荡器线、2条光束线以及5个实验站.装置可提供2—15 nm波长(80—620 eV)的X射线脉冲,用于高时空分辨的前沿科学研究.利用XFEL高亮度、短脉冲和全相干的特性实现单脉冲相干衍射成像,可以有效地减轻辐射损伤,提高图像的空间分辨率.SXFEL设计重复频率为50 Hz,实现单脉冲成像的关键在于通过定时系统能够精确地控制X射线脉冲到达样品点的时间,以确保只有一个脉冲被选中用于成像.同时,还需要与成像系统的触发进行同步,以确保成像系统在正确的时间采集X射线脉冲与样品作用后的图像.本文介绍了SXFEL单脉冲成像定时的设计与实现.通过单脉冲成像的结果表明该定时方案能满足在50 Hz的SXFEL开展单脉冲成像的需求.

The accumulating evidence revealed that gut microbiota plays an important role in pathological process of disease including obesity,type 2 diabetes mellitus,heart failure,and non-alcoholic fatty liver *** extracted from Chinese medicine(CM)can not only alleviate pathological status but also promote health by anti-inflammatory,regulating immunity,lowering blood glucose and lipids,anti-cancer,and *** alterations of gut microbiota composition and metabolism pathways are the potential mechanisms of CM polysaccharides *** addition,they exert functions through gut-organ axis or play an indirect role by synergistic actions with other drugs or components mediated by gut *** review summarizes the molecular mechanisms of CM polysaccharides interacted with intestinal microbial inhabitants as potential prebiotics forpromoting health.

CsPbBr_(3)inorganic perovskites have been regarded as the promising materials in the field of photo-voltaics because of the high tolerance against *** high energy barrier of phase transition from lead bromide(PbBr_(2))to CsPbBr_(3)perovskite and low solubility of perovskite in organic solvent impede the further improvement of device performance in terms of CsPbBr_(3)solar ***,an intermediate phase-assisted growth of CsPbBr_(3)perovskite was proposed by introducing tetraphenylphosphonium bromide(TPPB)as *** TPPB is expected to react with PbBr_(2)in organic solvent to form an intermediate phase of[***]-PbBr_(2),which not only effectively improves the crystallinity of PbBr2 crystals,but also greatly reduces the phase transition energy barrier,leading to uniform and compact CsPbBr_(3)perovskite films with large grain size and high *** combination with carbon electrode,the CsPbBr_(3)solar cells yield a champion device performance of 9.57%in comparison of pristine CsPbBr_(3)solar cells showing a low efficiency of 8.17%.Furthermore,the intermediate phaseassisted growth of CsPbBr_(3)-based solar cells displays an outstanding storage over720 h.

Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STRING database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIRI rats. In this study, the effect of extreme laser fields on the α decay process of ground-state even–even nuclei was *** the deformed Gamow-like model, we found that state-of-the-art lasers can cause a slight change in the α decay penetration probability of most nuclei. In addition, we studied the correlation between the rate of change of the α decay penetration probability and angle between the directions of the laser electric field and α particle emission for different nuclei. Based on this correlation, the average effect of extreme laser fields on the half-life of many nuclei with arbitrary α particle emission angles was calculated. The calculations show that the laser suppression and promotion effects on the α decay penetration probability of the nuclei population with completely random α particle-emission directions are not completely *** remainder led to a change in the average penetration probability of the nuclei. Furthermore, the possibility of achieving a higher average rate of change by altering the spatial shape of the laser is explored. We conclude that circularly polarized lasers may be helpful in future experiments to achieve a more significant average rate of change of the α decay half-life of the nuclei population.
