Background: In Japan, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, various behavioral restrictions were implemented from March 2020, resulting in an increased number of elderly people with reduced participation in care and rehabilitation. As a result, the decline in motor and cognitive functions became more pronounced. Purpose: The study examined how activities combining passive horticultural therapy, which is always introduced, with active functional recovery training, which is used in the functional recovery training of patients with hemiplegia, influence the behavior of elder people using the facility. Methods: 36 elder people with care need 1 or 2 who regularly used the day-care facilities after the pandemic ended and who agreed to participate in the study was included. The assessment data were every three months from December 2021 to December 2023 after the COVID-19 pandemic, the MMSE and Moca-J, TMIG-Index, and GDS15. AI-based text mining was used to compare changes in visit reports before and after the introduction of the Posture Chart and Red Code, and the relationship between the language used. Results: The results of MMSE and Moca-J were both significantly higher in Group B and C than in Group A. TIMG assessment, was significantly higher in Group B and C than in Group A, and Group C was significantly higher than Group B. The GDS, an assessment of depression in old age, tended to be significantly higher in Group A than in Groups B and C. In the “Co-Occurrence Network Analysis” shown after the introduction of the latest functional recovery training equipment such as the Red Cord, its results showed a high association between the words Bathing and CARE and words such as POSTURE, Red-Code, and AI, App, which are used in functional training and rehabilitation, and their analysis. In this paper, the outline of the Mach 4 supersonic wind tunnel for the investigation of the supersonic internal flows in ducts was firstly described. Secondly, the location, structure and characteristics of the Mach 2 and Mach 4 pseudo-shock waves in a square duct were investigated by color schlieren photographs and duct wall pressure fluctuation measurements. Finally, the wall shear stress distributions on the side, top and bottom walls of the square duct with the Mach 4 pseudo-shock wave were investigated qualitatively by the shear stress-sensitive liquid crystal visualization method. The side wall boundary layer separation region under the first shock is narrow near the top wall, while the side wall boundary layer separation region under the first shock is very wide near the bottom wall.

We explore the possibility of using a gigaparsec-scale local void to reconcile the Hubble *** a gigaparsec-scale void can be produced by multi-stream inflation where different parts of the observable universe follow different inflationary *** trajectories become different parts of the observable universe after inflation,when these scales return to the *** these trajectories have different e-folding numbers,these parts of the universe have different energy densities,possibly creating a local large *** impacts of such a void for cosmological observations are studied,especially those involving supernovae,Baryon Acoustic Oscillations(BAO)and the kinetic Sunyaev-Zel’dovich(kSZ)*** show that with the presence of the void,supernovae observations may be more consistent with the *** also estimate the impacts of a local large void on BAO *** addition,we show that a local large void and hence its capabilities to ease the Hubble tension is limited by the kSZ *** a benchmark model,a 1.7 Gpc scale void with boundary width 0.7 Gpc and density contrast-0.14 may ease the Hubble tension,evading the kSZ limit.

Estrogen receptor a is widely distributed in the rat brain, but the tissue- or target-specificity of the estrogen receptor a gene promoters remains unknown. In the present study, we used transgenic rats expressing enhanced green fluorescent protein under the control of the estrogen receptor a 0/B promoter to examine expression driven by this promoter in two significant nuclei that regulate cardiovascular activity, the area postrema and the nucleus tractus solitarius. Immunohistochemistry showed that enhanced green fluorescent protein-labeled cells were distributed in the area postrema and the nucleus tractus solitarius of both female and male transgenic rats, and a neural network of enhanced green fluorescent protein-positive fibers was seen between the area postrema and the nucleus tractus solitarius. The number of enhanced green fluorescent protein-labeled cells in the area postrema of female rats was significantly higher than in the males, but no significant difference was found in the number of enhanced green fluorescent protein-labeled cells in the nucleus tractus solitarius. The sex differences in the number of enhanced green fluorescent protein-labeled cells in the area postrema was not affected after ovariectomy or 1713-estradiol benzoate treatment in adult rats. Our results suggest that the effects of estrogen in the area postrema are related to the expression of estrogen receptor a under the control of the 0/B promoter, and changes in the sex hormone environment in the adult period do not affect estrogen receptor a expression in the area postrema or the nucleus tractus solitarius.

情感分析是自然语言处理中一个非常活跃的研究领域。近来,互联网上出现了许多包含用户评论的文本资源:互联网用户的想法、论坛、社交网络、消费者调查等。考虑到数据的丰富性,自动综合多个观点对于获得对即定主题情感的概述变得至关重要。该研究对于希望了解客户对其产品的反馈意见的公司,以及希望查询关于产品或旅行的评论的人来说都很有吸引力。在过去的十年里,推特已经变得很流行,并且成为许多人日常生活的一部分。在该论文中,笔者研究了Twitter消息中的讽刺检测。尽管大多数关于讽刺检测的研究都强调词汇、句法或语用特征的使用。这些特征通常通过比喻手段来表达,如单词、表情符号和感叹号。在本文中,作者将注意力机制与深度神经模型相结合,并将其与目前最先进的特征工程方法进行了比较,探索深度学习在讽刺检测任务中的应用。作者还建立了一个关于讽刺存在的tweet手动注释数据集。因为递归神经网络(RNN)模型通常不能囊括其最终的所有重要信息隐藏状态,作者重点关注机制的影响,首先通过与长期短期记忆(LSTM)结合探究,然后与双向长期短期记忆(BLSTM)结合探究找出句子中的每个单词的相对作用。结果表明,基于注意机制下的LSTM模型的F1score为0.91,基于注意机制下的BLSTM模型的F1score为0.90,与现有模型相比具有较强的竞争力。

Although viral hepatitis treatments have evolved over the years, the resultant liver cirrhosis still does not completely heal. Platelets contain proteins required for hemostasis, as well as many growth factors required for organ development, tissue regeneration and repair. Thrombocytopenia, which is frequently observed in patients with chronic liver disease(CLD) and cirrhosis, can manifest from decreased thrombopoietin production and accelerated platelet destruction caused by hypersplenism; however, the relationship between thrombocytopenia and hepatic pathogenesis, as well as the role of platelets in CLD, is poorly understood. In this paper, experimental evidence of platelets improving liver fibrosis and accelerating liver regeneration is summarized and addressed based on studies conducted in our laboratory and current progress reports from other investigators. In addition, we describe our current perspective based on the results of these studies. Platelets improve liver fibrosis by inactivating hepatic stellate cells, which decreases collagen production. The regenerative effect of platelets in the liver involves a direct effect on hepatocytes, a cooperative effect with liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, and a collaborative effect with Kupffer cells. Based on these observations, we ascertained the direct effect of platelet transfusion on improving several indicators of liver function in patients with CLD and liver cirrhosis. However, unlike the results of our previous clinical study, the smaller incremental changes in liver function in patients with CLD who received eltrombopag for 6 mo were due to patient selection from a heterogeneous population. We highlight the current knowledge concerning the role of platelets in CLD and cancer and anticipate a novel application of platelet-based clinical therapies to treat liver disease.
