Correspondence Principle for Empirical Equations in Terms of the Cosmic Microwave Background Temperature with Solid-State Ionics

Previously, we presented several empirical equations using the cosmic microwave background (CMB) temperature that were mathematically connected. Next, we proposed an empirical equation for the fine-structure constant. Considering the compatibility among these empirical equations, the CMB temperature (Tc) and gravitational constant (G) were calculated to be 2.726312 K and 6.673778 × 10-11 m3·kg-1·s-2, respectively. Every equation can be explained in terms of the Compton length of an electron (λe), the Compton length of a proton (λp) and α. However, these equations are difficult to follow. Using the correspondence principle with the thermodynamic principles in solid-state ionics, we propose a canonical ensemble to explain these equations in this report. For this purpose, we show that every equation can be explained in terms of Avogadro’s number and the number of electrons in 1 C.

Every equation can be explained numerically in terms of the Compton length of an electron (λe), the Compton length of a proton (λp) and α. Furthermore, every equation can also be explained in terms of the Avogadro number and the number of electrons at 1 C. We show that every equation can be described in terms of the Planck constant. Then, the ratio of the gravitational force to the electric force can be uniquely determined with the assumption of minimum mass. In this report, we describe the algorithms used to explain these equations in detail. Thus, there are no dimension mismatch problems.

This paper proposed and evaluated an estimation method for indoor *** method combines location fingerprinting and dead reckoning differently from the conventional *** uses compound location fingerprints,which are composed of radio fingerprints at multiple points of time,that is,at multiple positions,and displacements between them estimated by dead *** avoid errors accumulated from dead reckoning,the method uses short-range dead *** method was evaluated using 16 Bluetooth beacons installed in a student room with the dimensions of 11×5 m with furniture *** Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI)values of the beacons were collected at 30 measuring points,which were points at the intersections on a 1×1 m grid with no obstacles.A compound location fingerprint is composed of RSSI vectors at two points and a displacement vector between *** Forests(RF)was used to build regression models to estimate positions from location *** root mean square error of position estimation was 0.87 m using 16 Bluetooth *** error is lower than that received with a single-point baseline model,where a feature vector is composed of only RSSI values at one *** results suggest that the proposed method is effective for indoor positioning.

This paper proposes a quadrant glitch compensation method to achieve nanometer-level accuracy of contouring control for a feed drive system using linear ball *** proposed method is a combination of a modified disturbance observer(“disturbance suppressor”)and an improved repetitive control *** motion tests with 1 mm amplitude and 0.1 Hz driving frequency were conducted using a single-axis feed drive system to verify the quadrant glitch compensation ability of this ***,the repeatability of the quadrant glitches in the experimental system was verified,which is the most important characteristic required for compensation via repetitive ***,by applying the combination of disturbance suppressor and conventional repetitive control,the amplitudes of the quadrant glitches were decreased to less than 1 nm;in other words,the ratio of the magnitude of the quadrant glitch to the amplitude of the position reference was less than 1/1,000,***,for both compensation schemes mentioned before,vibrations were generated when the feed speed ***,the amplitudes increased with the number of *** reason for the vibrations was identified as the repetitive control *** suppress these vibrations,the repetitive control was applied only to narrowed regimes near the quadrant ***,the maximum contouring error was decreased to 2 *** addition,the nonlinear spring behavior of the linear ball guides was confirmed to affect the stability of the control systems.

Mastic gum is derived from the tree named Pistacia lentiscus that is grown only in Island Hios of *** Mastic was first reported to kill Helicobacter pylori(***)in 1998,there has been no further study to elucidate which component of mastic specifically shows the antimicrobial activity against *** this study,we examined which component of mastic gum was responsible for *** *** prepared the essential oil of mastic gum and identified 20 constituents by GC–MS *** standard components were assayed for *** activity,and it clarified that a-terpineol and(E)-methyl isoeugenol showed the *** activity against four different *** strains that were established from patients with gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric *** components could be useful to overcome the drug-resistance *** growth in stomach.

Although tin monoxide (SnO) is an interesting compound due to its p-type conductivity,a widespread application of SnO has been limited by its narrow band gap of 0.7 *** this work,we theoretically investigate the structural and electronic properties of several SnO phases under high pressures through employing van der Waals (vdW) *** calculations reveal that a metastable SnO (β-SnO),which possesses space group P2_(1)/c and a wide band gap of 1.9 eV,is more stable than α-SnO at pressures higher than 80 ***,a stable (space group P2/c) and a metastable (space group Pnma) phases of SnO appear at pressures higher than 120 *** and topological analyses show that P2/c-SnO has a high possibility to directly transform to β-SnO at around 120 *** work also reveals that β-SnO is a necessary intermediate state between high-pressure phase Pnma-SnO and low-pressure phase α-SnO for the phase transition path Pnma-SnO →β-SnO →α-*** phase transition analyses indicate that there is a high possibility to synthesize β-SnO under high-pressure conditions and have it remain stable under normal ***,our study reveals that the conductive property of β-SnO can be engineered in a low-pressure range (0-9 GPa)through a semiconductor-to-metal transition,while maintaining transparency in the visible light range.
