＜正＞ Like gastric folds for stomach integrity, large flat areas without any fold could be particular for injured stomach and muscle damage. Circular gastrotomy was at 1cm bellow rat cardia. only 5mm at small curvature remained intact. Therapy （mg/kg）（gastric pentadecapeptide BPC 157 （in IBD. PLD - 116. Pliva. Croatia）（0.01）. cimetidine （50）. atropine（10）. omeprazole （50）） was i.p. once daily, first immediately after surgery, last at 24h before sacrifice （at 1h. 2h. 6h. 24h. 5 days. 7 days. 14 days）. Results. Largely flatted stomach and only 40% area with thin gastric folds are along with poor healing of transected muscle, grossly and microscopically. Also, desmin immunohistochemistry/muscle regeneration shows sharp demarcation of positive fibers on the musclegranulation tissue border with only very scant immunoreactivity in vessel walls in the granulation tissue. All agents improved folds presentation, but only BPC 157 approaches to nearly 100%. with desmin immunoreactive cell clusters （muscle regeneration） penetrating the granulation tissue, and stronger immunoreactivity in vessel walls throughout the granulation tissue. Conclusion. BPC 157 is valuable for major stomach resection.

AIM: To study anxiolytic effect of a gastric pentade-capeptide, BPC-157. METHODS: In shock probe/burying test, pentadecapeptide BPC-157 (10 μg/kg, 10ng/kg, ip), diazepam (0.075, 0.0375 mg/kg, ip),and an equivolume of saline (5 mL/kg, ip) were givenat 30 min prior test. BACKGROUND Missing occult cancer lesions accounts for the most diagnostic errors in retrospective radiology reviews as early cancer can be small or subtle,making the lesions difficult to *** is the most effective technique for reducing these events and can be economically implemented with the advent of artificial intelligence(AI).AIM To achieve appropriate AI model training,a large annotated dataset is necessary to train the AI *** goal in this research is to compare two methods for decreasing the annotation time to establish ground truth:Skip-slice annotation and AI-initiated *** We developed a 2D U-Net as an AI second observer for detecting colorectal cancer(CRC)and an ensemble of 5 differently initiated 2D U-Net for ensemble *** model was trained with 51 cases of annotated CRC computed tomography of the abdomen and pelvis,tested with 7 cases,and validated with 20 cases from The Cancer Imaging Archive *** sensitivity,false positives per case,and estimated Dice coefficient were obtained for each method of *** compared the two methods of annotations and the time reduction associated with the *** time differences were tested using Friedman’s two-way analysis of *** Sparse annotation significantly reduces the time for annotation particularly skipping 2 slices at a time(P<0.001).Reduction of up to 2/3 of the annotation does not reduce AI model sensitivity or false positives per *** initializing human annotation with AI reduces the annotation time,the reduction is minimal,even when using an ensemble AI to decrease false *** Our data support the sparse annotation technique as an efficient technique for reducing the time needed to establish the ground truth.

Therefore, after crush throughout 14 days （rat gastrocnemius muscle complex, impulse force 0. 4653Ns, kinetic energy 0.7217J, force delivered 0.727Ns/cm2, not - treated or treated with 6-methylprednisolone Img/kg i.p., once daily）, BPC 157 (without a carrier, i. p. （10, 10ng） or locally （1.0 or 0.01 dissolved in distilled water/g commercial neutral cream） as a thin layer, given only immediately after injury （sacrifice at 2h） and/or once daily （finally 24h before sacrifice） improves muscle healing （i） function （walking recovery, motor function index reaches healthy）, （ii） microscopy （early increase, then less polymorphonuclears, advanced regenerating myofibres with desmin immunoreactivity and centralized nuclei, larger diameters）, （iii） macroscopy （decreased haematoma, edema, hyperaemia, maximum circumference, muscle weight;no post - injury leg contracture）.
