Antimicrobial resistance(AMR)is a growing phenomenon that poses a major public health challenge worldwide(Dhingra et al.2020;Antimicrobial Resistance Collaborators 2022).The selective pressure exerted in clinical settings has contributed to the longlasting successful dissemination of multidrug-resistant(MDR)Gram-negative bacteria in these environments(Chia et al.2020).

抗体是一类Y字形的蛋白分子，在机体内识别数百种自身或非自身的成分。抗体是后天免疫系统的核心成分，以一种可溶性的方式存在于B细胞表面或血液中。人们通过不同类型的哺乳动物表达载体来表达人源化抗体并将其投入使用。对于抗体的研究已经成为生物学及现代医学关注的热点话题。通过基因工程改造而产生的抗体药物的应用为很多疾病的治疗带来了新的希望。抗体药物与化学药物的联合应用刺激了新生药物的产生。本研究的主要内容即构建了人源化抗体的哺乳动物表达载体，并将其转入到大肠杆菌中。反应中用到的寡聚核苷酸来自H1c9序列，并分别在5’及3’端插入BglII和EcoRI限制性内切酶位点。哺乳动物表达载体使用的是pEGFPC1。PCR产物及酶切产物采用1%的琼脂糖凝胶电泳，目的片段通过凝胶回收试剂盒进行回收。连接后将连接产物转化大肠杆菌感受态。从我们所得到的数据可以看出，人源化单链抗体表达载体pEGFP-C1-hscFv构建成功。

This paper discusses a mathematical model for a liquid phase reacting flow occurring at the cathode of a patent pending novel fuel cell geometry, where a non homogeneous catalysis carried by gold and Prussian Blue, with the first reducing air O2 and the second the resulting H2O2. The breathing zone is porous walls microtubes, with three different types of pores in its walls. Inside the microtubes there is water solution of sulfuric acid. The microtubes possess an external layer of extremely porous polymer hydrophobic agent. A Prussian Blue thin porous layer is over the selective membrane. Appropriate porous and tubular connecting elements close the fluid loop. The asymmetry induces proper current and electric potential profiles, which leads to a mainly electrocapillary electrokinetic flow, which enhances the oxygen transport and assures the H2O2 flow to its reduction layer.

Animals that feed from resources that are constant in space and that refill may benefit from repeating the order in which they visit *** is a behavior known as traplining,a spatial ***,like other central-place foragers,use short traplines when moving between several rewarding *** we investigated whether traplining hummingbirds also use relevant temporal information when choosing which flowers to *** rufous hummingbirds that were allowed to visit 3 artificial flower patches in which flowers were refilled 20 min after they had been depleted repeated the order in which they visited the 3 *** they tended to visit the first 2 patches sooner than 20 min,they visited the third patch at approximately 20-min inter*** time between visits to the patches increased across the experiment,suggesting that the birds learned to wait longer before visiting a *** birds appeared to couple the sequential pattern of a trapline with temporal regularity,to some *** suggests that there is a temporal component to the repeated spatial movements flown by foraging wild hummingbirds.

With increasing demand to reduce the carbon emission of buildings,it is crucial to quantify the life cycle envi-ronmental impact of new buildings,including the environmental impact due to natural hazards,such as *** study presents a novel comprehensive probabilistic framework to quantify the environmental impact of buildings,including uncertainties in the material extraction and production,transportation,construction,seis-mic exposure and aging(including deterioration),and end-of-life *** developed framework is used to quantify the environmental impact of a 3-story residential building located in Vancouver,*** results show that there is a significant variation in the environmental impact of the prototype building in each stage of the life cycle *** the prototype building is hit by the design level earthquake,it is expected that the median environmental impact of the prototype will be further increased by 42%.In addition,by accounting for the probability of occurrence of different earthquakes within a 50-year design life of the prototype building,the earthquake related damage will result in an additional 5%of the initial carbon emission of the *** shows the importance of including earthquake hazard and deterioration in whole building life cycle assessments.

Abundances of the fireworm Hermodice carunculata were counted through a monitoring assessment study of fish cages in Barranco Hondo（NE Tenerife）. Seven campaigns were conducted from November 2007 to June 2010 and temporal variations were found, as well as differences among sampling stations. The polychaete H. carunculata obtained its highest abundance in sediments beneath fish cages throughout the study period. Thus, the assemblages of this omnivorous species were favoured by the presence of fish cages.

This study describes the dynamic behaviour of droplets of biological liquids on hydrophobic surfaces under electrostatic actuation, to devise sample handling in lab-on-chip diagnostic tools. Bovine Serum Albumin （BSA） is taken as a representative biomolecule, since it is often used in adsorption studies. Green Fluorescence Protein （GFP） is also considered, given its natural fluorescence. Several effects such as sample concentration and pH are discussed. The results show negligible effects of proteins concentration in electrowetting, although increased concentrations endorse passive adsorption mechanisms, which alter the local wettability of the substrates precluding droplet motion. Bioinspired surfaces promote the largest spreading diameter, which is beneficial for droplet motion. However, surface roughness promotes energy dissipation limiting the receding droplet motion. Hence, the most effective approach is altering the surface chemistry. The coating is applied to a surface with a mean roughness smaller than 20 nm and does not alter significantly the topography, thus leading to the so-called smooth superhydrophobic surface. This coating also reduces passive proteins adsorption, as confirmed by Confocal Microscopy （CM）, which is beneficial for droplet motion. Evaluating absorption spectra of protein solutions evidences an increase in protein concentration ascribed to droplet evaporation as confirmed by theoretical analysis and time resolved infrared visualization.

The p53 tumor suppressor gene is the most frequently mutated gene in cancer. Significant progress has been made to discern the im- portance of p53 in coordinating cellular responses to DNA damage, oncogene activation, and other stresses. Noncoding RNAs are RNA molecules functioning without being translated into proteins. In this work, we discuss the dichotomy of p53 regulation by noncoding RNAs with four unconventional questions. First, is overexpression of microRNAs responsible for p53 inactivation in the absence of p53 mutation？ Second, are there somatic mutations in the noncoding regions of the p53 gene？ Third, is there a germline mutant in the non- coding regions of the p53 gene that predisposes carriers to cancer？ Fourth, can p53 activation mediated by a noncoding RNA mutation cause cancer？ This work highUghts the prominence of noncoding RNAs in p53 dysregutation and tumorigenesis.

The pisco and wine industry produces hundreds of tons of grape pomace each year in Chile,generating environmental problems,and demanding urgent strategies for its *** aim of this work was to study the pisco grape pomace based on a physicochemical characterization,an iron/copper speciation analysis,and the optimization for polyphenols recovery,establishing the polyphenolic profile,antioxidant properties,and the Fe^(2+)/Cu^(2+) chelating activity,to promote their revalorization as an ingredient with potential application in the food *** chemical characterization showed mainly high values for crude protein(15.36%dw)and potassium(9240.66 mg/kg).The Fe/Cu speciation depicted that iron and copper soluble forms in pisco pomace flour represented 70.57%and 52.18%,respectively,regarding total *** optimized extract showed mainly pyrogallol,catechin and epicatechin,with concentrations of 1078.43±60.14μg/g,883.20±7.57μg/g and,751.76±23.04μg/g,respectively,with a relevant antioxidant capacity by Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity(ORAC)of 1402.15μmol TE/g dw GPE and,a better chelating ability to complex Fe^(2+) than Cu^(2+).The pisco pomace was for the first time chemically characterize,showing it as a potential source of minerals and antioxidant biocompounds,making it a good candidate for nutritional applications,as a rich source of organic matter or even could be potentially utilized to produce value-added commodities,toward a circular economy.
