Fresnel incoherent correlation holography(FINCH)is a well-established incoherent imaging *** FINCH,three selfinterference holograms are recorded with calculated phase differences between the two interfering,differently modulated object waves and projected into a complex *** object is reconstructed without the twin image and bias terms by a numerical Fresnel back propagation of the complex hologram.A modified approach to implement FINCH by a single camera shot by pre-calibrating the system involving recording of the point spread function library and reconstruction by a nonlinear cross correlation has been introduced *** expression of the imaging characteristics from the modulation functions in original FINCH and the modified approach by pre-calibration in spatial and polarization multiplexing schemes are *** study reveals that a reconstructing function completely independent of the function of the phase mask is required for the faithful expression of the characteristics of the modulating function in image *** the polarization multiplexing method by non-linear cross correlation,a partial expression was observed,while in the spatial multiplexing method by non-linear cross correlation,the imaging characteristics converged towards a uniform behavior.

The catalytic performance is highly related to the catalyst ***,a series of Ni nanoparticles supported on Y_(2)O_(3) with different morphologies were successfully synthesized via hydrothermal process screening different pH *** Ni/Y_(2)O_(3)catalysts were applied to efficiently produce CO_(x)-free H2through ammonia *** identify a significant impact of Y_(2)O_(3)supports on nickel nanoclusters sizes and *** experimental results show that Ni/Y11 catalyst achieves 100% ammonia decomposition conversion under a gas hour space velocity(GHSV) of 12,000 ml·h^(-1)·gcat^(-1) and temperature of 650℃.Such a high level of activity over Ni/Y11 catalyst was attributed to a large specific surface area,appropriate alkalinity,and small Ni nanoparticles diameter with high dispersion.

We report on the temporal contrast performance of the PHELIX facility in view of the requirements imposed by solidtarget interaction experiments. The requirement analysis for the nanosecond and picosecond temporal contrast is derived from empirical data and simple theoretical modeling, while the realization shows that using an ultrafast optical parametric amplifier and plasma mirrors enables meeting this specification.

Development of high energy laser sources with nanosecond pulses at several hertz values for repetition rate has been very attractive in recent years due to their great potential for practical applications. With the recent advancement in fabricating large size laser quality transparent ceramics, diode pumped solid-state laser generating pulse energy of 100 J at 10 Hz has been recently realized at HiLASE center using Yb:YAG ceramic with Cr:YAG cladding. This review discusses Yb based high energy lasers, specific laser geometries for efficient thermal management and the role of transparent ceramics in such diode pumped high-energy-class solid-state lasers around the world.

电池电动汽车(BEV)的主要挑战之一是续航里程是否足够,因此在任何最近的车辆概念中,最大化的电池体积是合乎需要的。悬架作为最大的电动汽车子系统之一,对这一点有着重要的影响。本研究目的是使用自动化方法进行悬架开发,主要是引入一种新的可转向后悬架概念与电力推进系统,即从配备内燃机(ICE)的传统汽车开始,开发一种悬架,以满足纯电动汽车的新装配要求,同时保持有关驾驶动力学的典型要求。悬架概念是为具有大电池尺寸的高级汽车而优化的,此外还考虑了先进的主动系统,如空气弹簧和大转向角的主动后轮转向。该概念还提出了一种具有良好调整运动学性能的封装解决方案,符合原始设备制造商的调整理念。为解决由此产生的高复杂性,使用了新开发的方法,即运动学优化是用一种创新的方法完成的,该方法根据给定的要求自动提出新的硬点。在设计中,使用简化模型来表示复杂零件的形状,因此可以从包装的角度自动判断运动学概念是否可行。结果表明,新的悬架概念可以处理具有挑战性的装配问题和复杂的运动学要求。

电基合成燃料(E-Fuels)是实现环境和气候目标的一个重要组成部分。其中C1含氧化合物因其具备清洁燃烧的特性而备受关注,包括氧化亚甲基醚(OME)、碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和甲酸甲酯(MeFo)。为探索新型燃料在内燃机中的潜力,对汽油和柴油燃烧、排放模型进行了优化和扩展。在成功验证和标定模型后,对虚拟测试车辆进行了研究,重点关注燃料的效率潜力、排放水平和经济性。首先,基于现代汽油、柴油和天然气发动机,开发了不同概念的OME和DMC/MeFo发动机;其次,在真实驾驶循环(RDE)中对这些发动机概念在E级乘用车和40 t卡车上的应用进行了评估。结果表明,通过调整喷射策略和匹配废气再循环,OME发动机能实现最佳的热效率和极低的排放;混合燃料DMC/MeFo由于高抗爆性,结合先进的发动机技术,能达到接近柴油机的热效率,且发动机复杂性大大降低,这使得DMC/MeFo燃料在重型卡车应用中具有广阔的前景。

Background:Genome-wide association studies(GWAS)have identified thousands of genomic non-coding variants statistically associated with many human traits and diseases,including ***,the functional interpretation of these non-coding variants remains a significant challenge in the post-GWAS *** polyadenylation(APA)plays an essential role in post-transcriptional regulation for most human *** employing different poly(A)sites,genes can either shorten or extend the 3'-UTRs that contain cu-regulatory elements such as miRNAs or RNA-binding protein binding ***,APA can affect the mRNA stability,translation,and cellular localization of ***-scale studies have revealed many inherited genetic variants that potentially impact APA to further influence disease susceptibility and phenotypic diversity,but systematic computational investigations to delineate the connections are in their earliest ***:Here,we discuss the evolving definitions of the genetic basis of APA and the modern genomics tools to identify,characterize,and validate the genetic influences of APA events in human *** also explore the emerging and surprisingly complex molecular mechanisms that regulate APA and summarize the genetic control of APA that is associated with complex human diseases and ***:APA is an intermediate molecular phenotype that can translate human common non-coding variants to individual phenotypic variability and disease susceptibility.

Tributaries are one of the most important factors contributing to variability in the downstream evolution of bed sediment grain *** primary aim of this work is to evaluate the response of the bed sediment texture in the recipient channel induced by ten tributaries of the?ernáOstravice stream and find reach-scale and catchment-scale parameters that would be able to predict this *** research was based on collecting information on the grain size distributions at sites adjacent to confluence zones.A significant change in sediment texture occurred in the vicinity of five *** the other factors contributing to grain size variability(e.g.,local channel geometry,lithology,and lateral sediment sources),it was assumed that only four of them were associated with a sufficient bedload influx to alter the sediment calibre below the ***,a significant morphological effect in the form of a large confluence bar was observed in one *** tributaries had several common features:(i)they had a larger relative catchment area than that of nonsignificant tributaries;(ii)they were characterized by different bed grain sizes,with some exceptions;and(iii)they had a higher unit stream power close to the confluence in relation to that of the *** characteristics were represented by the proposed relative parameters,including the relative unit stream power and bed material texture,which allowed the best classification of significant and nonsignificant *** their simplified form,the parameters described the transport capacity and grain size distribution,which were generally considered to be primary factors responsible for a redefinition of the sediment texture in the recipient ***,it should be noted that these results are subject to some degree of uncertainty due to the relatively small sample size of only 10 tributaries.
